M CT: Lisa was very very rude. Spent over $3,000 on an item to find out it was broken, get the run around, jump through hoops. Ridiculous customer service.I expect to see a blanket response “we take pride in our ? Years of service… reach out to our management so we can better understand”… I’m not interested. Treat you clients better, provide actual customer service and stand by the items you sell, retrain your staff. I’ve read this isn’t a isolated incident so actually address and fix the issues because THOUSANDS are spent with little in return.

When I got there I told the young man at the desk I was looking to buy used restaurant equipment. He escorted me back to what I thought would be an open area to shop. Instead was a wall of junk packed all together. I couldn't buy anything less even see anything and just as we were walking back towards the front a man yelled to him oh yeah the used section is all torn apart. I couldn't believe I came all this way for this so I decided to check some of the brand new prices to buy something for the drive. I started asking the young man about a few items such as condiment caddy or portable warmers for catering he didn't know what I was talking about be he's the guy showing me around a business. I will never come back nor refer anyone to this store.

We paid you in store and I had called twice before about this bill and you told me don’t worry about it they have it wrong in the system. Now we got a letter about it again. I was In need of a few items and I had visited their website and noticed how reasonable their prices were, so I decided to stop in. I was like a kid in a toy store - there were so many items to choose from! I found exactly what I had been searching for and a few other items that I had been contemplating (which I will get on my next visit!). The store is great and caters to both businesses and to those who want to enhance their own kitchens! I noticed they are renovating the store so I can only imagine what additional products they have to offer!So glad they are in the Detroit area - I highly recommend to others and cannot wait for my next visit!!
