Nicholas Hishon: Stopped in on a Friday around 7, with no issues finding parking or a table when I entered. The staff was attentive to me. The beer choices on tap were a good, a variety to any taste bud. I ordered a black and blue burger and potato skins. The burger was great, along with the skins. Two pool tables, 4 dart boards, and plenty of game entertainment for all to play.

Erin Owiesny: I can’t decide what I love more- the drinks, the food, or the amazing staff. I CRAVE their spicy chicken nachos atleast once a week and HIGHLY suggest you give them a shot (and the cauliflower wings with this bourbon sauce is incredible). Playing pool and darts with strangers that become some of my favorite people by the end of the night is something I’ll always look back on and cherish about my favorite hometown bar! Jayce: Really nice place to hang out with a few friends. Have some drinks. And watch sports as well on there many TV's. In the back, they have a pinball machine, darts, pool table, and a video machine. Very clean and friendly! Bathrooms are kept clean and stocked. There is also a guy pretty high up in the Pistons organization that hangs out there.

KRISSY: After waiting a week to decide if I wanted to review or not, I've found myself still pretty upset with this experience. I waited an hour FOR CHIPS AND SALSA. My couple of friends and I waited at least a good half hour for drinks as well. I literally could've ran next door to Oak Ridge and came back with my own chips and salsa in less than 10 minutes. The only thing that seemed decent were the prices at this place. Our waitress didn't tell us how low staffed she was or what the wait times were like either. You never expect to wait that long on a super simple appetizer/drinks. I would never go there again.

I liked that the place was clean and the prices were spot on.If you have an opportunity, give this place a chance. You won't be disappointed.

Kristie Lee: I'm giving this 5 stars for exactly what it is. One of the best dive bars in town with a good crowd that feels like family. I've had some great nights singing my heart out here and I'm not alone. My favorite menu items are the garlic parmesan chicken wings and the cheesy bread with ranch and marinara. Chris Miller: I always have a great time here but this place can get packed. They need to hire more wait staff than just people to hang out behind the bar. The chili was pretty good but $17 bucks for 2 bowls of chili is over the top, Im sorry but no way. nice job on the up sale btw.

Fairs Kasir: checken sandwich was so dry like it was like biting into a piece of wood no joke amd this was the 2nd and last time I will go there because 1st time was the same, I told the waitress she said sorry. waited to get a refill about 25 minutes while she was at the bar smoking and taking thats the truth 25 minutes.

Carl Olszewski: My wife and I came here to Jimmy's Tavern, for the first time today. It looked like a nice place based on reviews and photos. When we got there, we didn't know if we could seat ourselves. No one came over to us. So we asked a customer. We waited for at least 5 minutes for the waitress. We ordered 2 old fashions. They tasted like Iced orange water. My wife couldn't drink it. She ordered a cosmo that tasted like Kool aid. When we told the waitress about the drinks, she didn't seem to care. The bartender wasn't measuring the liquor. She was basically pouring a splash. And they started giving us dirty looks.On a positive note, the food was excellent. I wish we could have tipped the cooks.We won't be coming back. We'll go to Malones instead.

J: What's not to love?! Can order food from the Coney Island or Jimmy's Tavern menu, great selection of draft, bottle and canned beer. People are friendly and plenty of space for medium-sized groups.
Kelly Summers: The burgers were not too exciting. It seemed kike they were frozen patties just thrown on the grill then topped with whatever toppings your burger came with. Not worth the cost.
