Everything is very realistic to how procedures are done in a real bar. Darryl was an awesome teacher. He teaches real world applications. The school also offers job placement as well.One word of advice is the practice, practice, practice. Don't be afraid to practice.

Jessy B: My wedding was in 2019 and I’m still angry about how poorly my experience went. The bartender was 2.5hrs late to the event. One of my bridesmaids was bartending and did a MUCH better job. When the bartender arrived she was super disorganized and frazzled - because she was late - which made her super rude and rushed to my bridesmaid who already had it under control. None of my guests knew there was pop there because she only served the liquor. I went home with CASES of pop because none of it was served. Thank god for family and the fact that they brought coolers full of beer and the water being on the side because what the guests could see is what they got. I didn’t get any of my money back. I also didn’t appreciate the taken aback look when i would ask for water. I didn’t drink and I’m PAINFULLY aware of how unorthodox and unamerican it is, but i have a condition and i would have appreciated not seeing or having to explain it on my wedding day when someone is asking what i want to drink.
