Rodney Denne: This business has stolen over 200.00, two hundred dollars from me. My son had a membership briefly, which was under his name, and he is a minor. Due to the unprofessional conduct of employees and management I canceled the membership in summer of 2022. They repeatedly kept taking money from my account and when I called and inquired about why my card was still being used, they said they had zero notes about me canceling the membership and when I asked if they were trying to say I was lieing about canceling the membership they said I was. They refused to even refund the money they recently took today, the very day I called them. I wish I could give them zero stars. I also have in my possession sick and disgusting text messages sent from one of their employees personally attacking myself and my Minor child. Avoid this place like the plague.

Noah Kim: As a frequent renter of Pickup USA basketball courts, I am beyond disappointed with the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior exhibited by staff in cancelling our pre-paid court rental just one hour before the scheduled time.The level of disrespect and disregard for our time and commitment is unacceptable. We made the effort to pre-pay for the court rental, as well as coordinate schedules and transportation to make this event happen. To have our plans shattered by a last-minute cancellation is not only frustrating, but also demonstrates a lack of responsibility and respect for customers.Not only did Pickup USA fail to fulfill their obligation to provide a reserved court, but they also failed to communicate in a timely and effective manner. A one-hour notice is simply not enough time to adjust plans and find an alternative location. It is evident that their priorities do not lie with providing a satisfactory experience for their customers, but rather with their own convenience.As a result of this unprofessional behavior, I will not be returning to Pickup USA and will be spreading the word to other basketball players in the community to avoid this facility. I strongly advise the management at Pickup USA to take responsibility for their actions and improve their communication and customer service policies in the future.

Jason Hollis: Used to be great. Now alot ofvthe lockers are broken and it's not as clean. Still has plenty of rims and courts but the daily pass and membership are too expensive.

Lori Anderson: My son LOVES this place! He went -7 days a week the first month of his membership. He has reeled it back some due to school work and family time and goes 3 days. It is very "kid/teen" based establishment, just to clarify some of the negative reviews. It is a wonderful option for busy/active young people to go and partake in their interests to have fun and to stay healthy!

Chris Stevens: Terrible establishment. The owner Andre Farr is more concerned with looking at the very few women that come to use the facility. The gym is always trashed loud music. The staff is horrible. If you wanna waste your money and time this is the place for you.

I am Lego Man: This place is trash. The staff are very rude. The courts are always filled with small 8 year old. There are 2 small half court and 1 mini full court and large high school size full court. U never get to play in the actual courts because they are always filled by random kids who say they are aau. Many aau teams come here and thier coaches are the trainers that this gym offers, because of this many coaches don't care about other people like us. Don't do group training here if your above 7 and decently know how to play basketball because the trainer are awful and trash and Don't teach anything valuable that can be used in games. I payed 700 dollars for this traing center hoping to get better but the group traing is trash and not useful and most of the time the court are filled by so called AAU kids who don't even have the membership and get to play just because of thier coaches who own the building and us people who pay don't get to play. I would recommend this to anyone. I would give it 0 stars if I could. All the coaches are trash and Don't know how to teach people .

Joey Shy: **They just stole $880 from me.** Their 6 MONTH plan was charged 5 TIMES in 5 months and I just caught it. They are DEFLECTING liability and being evasive, saying I'll have to contact the previous owner. I'm in disbelief.

Ted Yellb: Customer service is pathetic if you’re not someone paying for 1:1 training or the parent of a child enrolled at the gym.If you’re an adult, this place is not for you. Gym is over-run with children at all times of the day. Even when their schedule specifically states hours for adult pickup games only, it’s children running games.The open and close times also fluctuate on a seasonal basis so if you ever wanted to get in before your 9-5 shift, you’re out of luck. And if you try to get in after 5, well good luck with that because there will be over a hundred 8 year olds in the gym.You will routinely be kicked off a court as well. Because they all of a sudden need to use it for some 7 year old to practice. The management plays clear favoritism to certain groups instead of treating every individual member as equal.If you’re the parent of a child that believes their child has a chance at being a division 6 high school phenom, then this is your place!!!
