Chris Runde: Staff is very nice and accommodating. There is a big variety of sports you can play here and they have a lot of fun, drop in mixers. My only complaint would be that the courts sometimes get condensation, but they will turn on the fans/heat for you to help with that.

Hannah N: I recently got a membership here to play racquetball. I've gone a few times and will continue to go. It's not your modern state of the art facility but what they lack in that arena, they more than makeup for it in friendliness, authenticity, community orientation and helpfulness. From when I walked in to make an enquiry, I felt welcomed and encouraged. My observation of members is that they feel right at home here. Yes appearance does matter and it gets too cold for me sometimes but I had the choice of a modern gym and this one and I chose this one. I guess it all depends on what you're looking for.

Rashelle R.: Run down and raggedy. Went to check out the place with a couple of friends and surprisingly we ended up remaining friends after this ordeal. Looks like a county jail rec room minus the Oakland inmates v. Macomb inmates tournament. Although it doesn't sound like a bad idea to throw on a striped jumpsuit and run around the court playing wallyball in leg irons and belly chains. Might even be a better time. I don't consider the $7 an entry fee, I consider it posting bond.

Andrea Katen: Unprofessional...I called ahead for a 6pm time slot and we were told we didn't need to book a court because it wasn't busy at that time. We arrived at 6pm and after multiple attempts to contact someone on top of waiting an extra 30 minutes...no body showed up. Bad for business!

Kristin Terry: Clean. Well kept. Quiet area. Probably best for those 5-10. There is a huge ladder/ bridge to bigger slide. It's pretty intense. I alllowed my 3 year old to do it, but even his brave self got nervous half way through. Not much sade by play area, hut no metal slides to have to worry too much about it. There is shaded area with tables to the side. The special needs swing latch is broken. There is a mommy and me swing, with is nice. And the walkway is pretty nice.

Mommy Lackie: High rating for bathrooms and trees and a nice path... Lost stars because the play structure is for older kids (no pictures look like what's actually at this park). I was not going to let my toddler do a horizontal ladder to get to the big slide! She got bored quickly of the same small slide so we didn't end up staying very long. Oh, and the swing with the pressurized lock was broken when we went.

Mommy Lackie: Half of the playground was shaded still when we arrived in the morning - quite a feat because it's so big! I'm not sure I've seen any so big. Many sections are meant for elementary or older kids, but there was still plenty for my toddler to do, too. Plus, she loves the small rocks used at a lot of Warren playgrounds for filler. There was a portapotty, so I don't know if the bathrooms had something going on or if that's because we came after Labor Day. Only two swings is a little sad, but the playground is so big, my daughter was only interested in them for a moment anyway.Playground: Very large playground, not sure I've seen any so big. My family was sad when they removed the basketball courts and didn't improve any particular thing. The bathrooms are now open which is great. Many local folks enjoy the field, trees, and tables there.

L Edwards: The parking areas need some work. Grass is growing up over the curbs. My father in law tripped and fell over it. I would like to see less tire tracks on the soccer fields off Chicago road as well. Find a way to keep people from driving and doing doughnuts on the fields would be perfect. Visitors also need to clean up after themselves better. There is always trash blowing around. People need to care more about our parks and not be selfish with their attitudes about cleaning up their litter! Update 10/1/2022: The bathrooms are never open.... I literally just walked the entire park and not one facility is open. There are soccer games going on, families on the playgrounds, full tennis courts and a birthday party going on and not one bathroom is open. My star rating has just dropped to a 2.

Anti Establishment: Overall this is a good place to come by yourself or with your family. The gym is really nice and is well maintained and managed with reasonable rates. The only thing bad is the track is very old and not well maintained and needs to be replaced. Other than that it is a great facility that is clean and well maintained.

Jenna Luksetich: I go for the gym, so this review is only about the gym. It's never packed so you can always get the equipment you need. The machines are a little out of date, but everything is clean and works. Staff is friendly and the locker rooms are always clean

Maryam Talib: The way that when I called the front desk to ask when my annual membership would end because I didn't want to continue paying the monthly fee. I was told it would it would end in February, and then the payments continued through April. When I called in, they told me I had to come in person to cancel my membership. When I asked the billing department for a refund for the months ofMarch and April, he said there was nothing he can do for me even though I wasn’t given the full information when I inquired about it. Then he said you should’ve remembered that you had to come in person to cancel the membership when I MADE THE MEMBERSHIP OVER A YEAR AGO! how is it that I lost $120 because someone was too incompetent to provide me with the complete information?!

Plebb Gaming: They wouldn’t let us in even with a membership and the employee was very passive aggressive and rude. Also I’ve seen many workers let in friends of theirs without memberships. Lastly they’ve never cleaned their courts or gyms, I constantly slip over the dust on the courts. I almost forgot to include the fact that they have guest passes on their website and when we asked to use a guest pass they said they don’t do them!Both the member and guest were above the age of 18 and we were still refused.a guest pass. Also when we purchased the membership we were never told that there would be an age limit to the guest pass, and many employees have told us that don’t do guest passes even though we were told the membership comes with guest passes.

They don’t take concerns about racism seriously, instead they gaslight and invalidate their black members rather than taking accountability and apologizing. They’re overpriced and unprofessional, go to another gym. If you’re looking for a professional women’s only gym try powerhouse or athletica. don’t give this place your money, they won’t respect you

Kideck: The customer service was amazing today! Ali, the manager, stopped what he was doing to help my son find an item that was lost. Thank goodness he found it, but many establishments would have told him to take the L and the manager would have kept doing whatever else he was doing. Aphrojite x: If I could give zero stars I would. The staff does not take racial slurs and bullying seriously. Especially when it’s African Americans. Instead of canceling or suspending the membership’s of racist people they suspended victims of bullying. Which led to suspending the racist for A WEEK. Then claimed we’re playing the victim. I have never experienced a more unprofessional facility.

Cassidy Moore: Unfortunately I have to say this place is not African American friendly at all, if you are of any other race that’s not Arab I would stay away from this establishment. There are no regulations for children who seem to run the place more than the actual staff, so be prepared to hear loud,un behaved kids run around saying racial slurs and not even have a membership… you pay all this money just to have others just hanging around for free because again they don’t have strict enough guidelines when it comes to these things. To put the cherry on top if any kind of incident happens with you were you want action to be done and someone to be held accountable that simply will not happen you will be blown off and not taken seriously so if you plan on bringing your kids be prepared for the bullying because it’s outrageous!It became about your organization when your organization decided to do nothing about the situation, seeing how you again blame the victim shows your true colors alone, you fail to take responsibility and care more about protecting racist. Also this wasn’t a bad experience with just 1 child this was a group of children that has happened more than once so again you as an organization tolerate racism and to say Im being discriminatory and hurtful when not only my family but another were victims of discrimination by the lack of action of your organization is disgusting. Maysaa Rahal: I'm not sure how long I've been going to this gym. Excellent programs and classes. My daughter enjoys it. It's also close to our house. The staff is friendly, with special mention going to Brian and Leon, who are both friendly and professional. I only wish they could open at 4 or 5 a.m., which would be very convenient for working people.

Aimanj 421: Hype athletics is a very nice place, has nice people and very good equipment both in the gym and the basketball courts which have been up to date each year, I recommend it to anyone that likes going to the gym for weight lifting or to play basketball

Nooralhuda Albahiesh: Ive a member of this gym for 7 years now. The ladies side is always expanding and offers everything you need whether is a light workout or more advanced. It’s very clean and their hours stay late which makes it convenient for my schedule. I’d definitely recommend it!! The front desk workers are really friendly and helpful!
