Anything you asked Scott for he delivered. I'm extremely picky when it comes to jobs like this and I cant say enough great things about the job they did. They were very courteous and respectful. I'm also pleased how clean they kept the area as they went along. Mandy was constantly vacuuming and sweeping every time I came out to look at their progress. Cabinets look brand new in white Shaker style that we went with vs the old golden oak we had from the 90's. Looks like a totally different kitchen. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. Dj Mathieu: They installed the new flooring like it was a sub floor every cut is off and just filled with caulk the tub was installed over the flooring and not mounted and. secured properly it took them 120 days and they never finished it instead gave me a small discount. Think twice before you use this company and if you have had work done by them odds are it installed wrong. Because their lead installer agreed it was installed wrong and said no That's how they install all of them. Judy Johnson: I had them take out the tub and install a shower. They did it all in one day, I think it’s quality work and it looks beautiful. The only reason for 4 stars is they didn’t clean the silicone off the shower doors and it took me days to do it with different solutions. It was a lot of work. I also just discovered that when they drilled downstairs/basement to put new piping in ( they always do) they didnt clean up all the sawdust and pipe shavings. There’s now a mess all under and on my shelving and on items on the shelves that I have to deal with now. I had it done over a month ago and just noticed all this or I wouldn’t have paid until they came back and cleaned it up.Service:Bathtub replacement

Rick Birch: Had them do a conversion from a tub/shower combo to a walk in shower. After having the initial consultation get cancelled because of miscommunication almost everything went smoothly except for a minor glitch in the actual installation date. On the new date, the installers showed up promptly and completed the job in one day. They were very careful as the bath was upstairs and due to the scheduling issues, new carper was installed just three days earlier. They laid down tarps and were extremely careful when removing the debris and the old tub.The finished product is exactly what we were looking for. I can absolutely recommend them for anyone looking to convert a bathroom, as we did, with our second Master bath.Had the scheduling issues not arisen, I would have given them the fifth star.
Diane P: We just had our walk in shower remodeled and we are extremely happy with the results! Our shower was completely tiled and, after many years, was done with the scrubbing and trying to maintain the grout and mold issues. Joe was the best! He was so kind and professional, took his time and made sure everything was just the way we wanted, making sure shelves were just where we wanted them and that we were happy with everything. I cannot say enough about him and the incredible difference in the way our shower looks. It is beautiful! Heather Nelson: We had the true “before and after” shower… the tiles were falling off of the wall and crumbling! We decided to consult with 5 Star Bathroom and I am so happy we did! Our shower is so beautiful! The salesman that came to our house made the selection process so incredibly easy and he listened to us! I could tell he brought years of experience to the table and made me feel confident in our decision. We had to wait a few months for the new install but it was worth it!!!!! (No fault of the company). This shower is beautiful! Kyle did a super with the demo and install. He asked questions and kept everything cleaned up. I never leave reviews but this company and their employees deserve it. Beni did a nice job measuring the job and reinforcing our decision. Alan Coe: Extremely satisfied with the remodeling from bathtub to walk-in shower. Complete removal of old tub & ceramic tiled walls, and floor. Installed a beautiful walk-in shower with new fixtures, shower doors, overhead light, and a new floor. Rerouted plumbing of new 2 inch center drain. Additionally relocated the water lines to the correct wall with access panel.Their installation material is of very high quality. We visited a builders home improvement show prior to starting our home project. We then visited Home Pro showroom. Very impressed how we were received, thank you Jeff. They set us up with an extremely competent salesman, Kevin.The two installers were very professional, they cleaned up each day after their work. Appreciate that they were able to keep our bathroom useable each day, as it is our only bathroom. Thank you to Cameron and Rob.We had no issues afterwards. We highly recommend them if you are looking into remolding bathroom. It definitely adds value to our home, and looks beautiful!
wakeupnfly: Complete Bathroom Remodel - We just had Home Pro USA remodel the bathroom in our 110 year old home. We had compared about half a dozen different home bath contractors at a local home show. We settled on Home Pro USA after looking at the quality of their work, and especially the quality of the materials that they use. This was in April 2022. The salesman came out and we discussed all of our options and he did a quick measure. Later another person came out and did a more accurate measure of the bathroom. All this was normal so far. The actual remodel did not start until October 31st. 2022, due to OUR schedule and their availability due to the Pandemic. Work was started and we were amazed at the depth of the deconstruction of the old bath. Walls and floor were taken completely out! The two workmen, Adam and Dave were a joy to watch and work with! They obviously worked as a well oiled team. They were PERFECTIONIST in all the phases of the construction. Accurate measurements and installation of floor, walls, vanity, shower, plumbing and electrical. The install took a few days and Adam and Dave cleaned and removed the trash from the days work, everyday leaving our home as comfortable as possible, considering the extent of the work. All in, a very professional experience! Definitely worth the wait! Anna Kozak: They literally will not stop calling me after I inquired about a quote and then told them I was not moving forward with the project. Leave me alone. Calling me 3 times a day during WORK does not make me want to use your business. If I say “no” and then continue to call me daily I certainly couldn’t trust you to follow instructions on a remodel project.
Alan G: It has been over 5 months since HomePro USA completed my master bathroom remodel and I am still completely satisfied with the outcome. I have a second bathroom that needs to be updated and plan on using HomePro USA for that work too. This was a big job and the sales person (Kevin) worked closely with us to make sure we would be happy (despite our indecisiveness). I really liked that the job was scheduled only once all materials were in and took the planned 10 days (I wouldn't have completed in 6 months). Small issue with the shower door, but HomePro addressed the issue immediately without question and no more issue. From picking the styles to coordinating the colors to match items that were remaining in the bathroom. The installer Mike was excellent. Showed up daily on time and worked constantly throughout the days. Mike was very patient as I kept inquiring and checking out the work. Neat as a pin. Absolutely left no mess whatsoever. One hiccup which was the screws that came with the cabinet hardware were too long. Mike made a note and as promised I received a call regarding this matter to get it corrected. Chris Haywood: We had our bathroom remodeled in October 2020. It’s not a big bathroom, so we didn’t move any plumbing, but gutted and updated everything. We are very happy with how our bathroom turned out. We ended up going with Home Pro because the price seemed fair and we were really impressed with the lifetime warranty on any of the products they installed. Also loved that they don’t use subcontractors. They were also very communicative which was really great. Every time I called, I got an answer to my question right away or was called back within the hour. Several of the guys also gave me their personal phone numbers so they were even easier to get in contact with. We were able to buy several items on our own (toilet, fan, light fixture) and just had them install those. I especially loved this because I had a really specific design in mind and I was able to do research and get the exact products I wanted. James Nawrocki: These guys were a Joke! Talked a huge game but when it came time for delivery they definitely underperformed. I thought I was getting turnkey he didn’t even pull the painters tape off and didn’t cover my marble threshold. The products are good just they need to care about the job at hand. They had no problem cashing the check right away. It’s not like you can go in there and inspect the work when they are done until it dries. Called back a number of times with no response. AuntBee: This company did a fantastic job, I highly recommend if your looking to basically redo your bathroom tile, walls, floor, shower and tub with Glaze, we got the premium package and let me tell you the $$$$ and time we saved having Tub Shine do the job, we had it done in Sept 2020 and it still looks spanking brand new, if I haven't said it already I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, very trustworthy and prompt service with a splash of comedy sense of humor 😄 Tim was great, well done and again Thank you so much!
Eric Bauer: To start with they were late to the initial appointment by about an hour, no phone call or anything to tell me they would be late. The initial refinishing was full of chunks in the finish and the large ones easily chipped off down to the original tub surface (a different color). They also got overspray on my freshly painted walls and didn’t care at all when I brought it up. After weeks and multiple attempts to contact, I was finally able to get them to return and fix the work. This rework wasn’t without issue either. They re-sanded the original work with too rough of a sandpaper and you can now see scratches in the new finish. There is also an area that appears to have been coated too thin and is flaking off. The final finished surface was also very rough and has what is called “orange peel” in the painting world. It’s rather frustrating because my tub used to have a perfectly smooth surface, just not the color I wanted. After all of my trouble, I was offered a $100 refund. This refund was supposed to come by a check in the mail. It never arrived and I have not gotten any response from the business owner when asking about the refund check that never came. Overall bad experience all the way through and I don’t trust they would honor any warranty.Service:Bathtub resurfacing

Took them 2 days.Check the bathroom, and just sloppy work - missing paint on the edges near baseboards, around toilet, and worst of all got paint on the vanity that is clearly visible as soon as you enter the room.I figured it would be an easy fix - contacted them and they assured me they’d come back to fix it, but not until the week after.Since then? We have an extremely old tub so we called them to have it re-glazed and after a few hours of scrubbing and prep (pre-glazing) it looked brand new. Given the quality of the tub, they recommended NOT glazing so as to keep it original as long as possible. As a result, it was $400 less than the original price we expected to pay. Ocean “TrulyStressFree” Breeze: This company is the best. Their work ethic, reliability, availability, performance and attention to detail is impressive. I had my entire kitchen and bathroom gutted to the studs and literally custom rebuilt. There were specific teams that performed their expertise on any given day. Once, my neighborhood had a power outage, they showed up on time as usual with a generator and continued the work!! They tried to sell me some non necessary topography study on my yard. Jennifer Wray: I contracted Lunar 25 years ago for a major addition project that added over 1000 sq. ft to my Royal Oak property, so this is not a fly by night company that will rip you off. They did a fantastic job and I always remembered the quality and professionalism from that time.In the fall of 2020 I needed to add an addition to my small house in Hazel Park. I called several places to get estimates and the only one to show up was Lunar... They listened to every question, adjusted my blue prints several times (which they drew up from my sketches), helping me with financing and getting this all done in a pandemic...BEFORE winter. I highly recommend working with this company.My addition is 14 x 23 Ft cement slab foundation. It includes a laundry area, sitting area, bedroom with a bathroom with a full size walk in shower. They replaced (all) my plumbing which was rotting away, upgraded my electric from screw in fuses to circuit breakers, new windows, roof, siding , gutters, and driveway. It was a huge amount of work to get done in 4 months, but they did it. They are Very reputable and trustworthy and know what they need to do to get the job done to make sure you are happy.
