Toya Craig: First, I would like to say the store is very clean and you can find all sizes I do understand that there is a return policy, and we all have rules to follow, but I do think some of the management needs to learn how to treat customers and not just be biased to one race and I hate to use the word race because we are living in a different time but I guess not. I had a bad experience about two weeks ago and yes this is 2023 and this is the month of April and I had it in the month of April with a manager very rude very disrespectful treated me as if I was coming in as a thief came in with a receipt and I like I said I do understand there is a return policy had a very very bad experience with them . I think sometimes we need to be reminded of why we got the position and sometimes we need to go back to the basics, which is how to treat people and I know that some days we have good days and bad days, but never should’ve been taken out on a customer , now other staff members were very very very great. I will not discredit everybody but the management steel needs to be in pool not all of them, but some of them do need to be important, and being reminded of why they got promoted into that position.

Doreen Painter: Always fun to shop here!! I love their selection and prices. All the cashiers are friendly and efficient! The other employees are always cleaning and I’m always greeted by friendly people when I come to shop.

Paula Sizemore: Excellent prices on name brand wear, and great clearance sales! My goals were toddler sleepers, tees and sweats for spring, and for myself update my lingerie drawer. For less than $50, I have 6 beautiful bra, panty sets for myself and my grandson has 4 spring sleepers, 3 sweatpant outfits, 2 graphic tees.

Risi: A pretty standard Burlington, they did have really good deals on shirts, I got quite a few for only $3-$4 each. But the line was about 20 people long and one of the employees called all the other employees (the ones ringing people out on the registers) to come over to the corner to take a picture together. I work retail too and it's fun to bond and take pics but not when the line is that long! A bunch of people dropped what they were going to buy and left.
Laurie Robinson: While they didn't have exactly what I was looking for (a new Spring jacket), the sales lady let me know that they do get new arrival shipments six days per week. Very helpful 👍I was able to find a new Adidas T for the warm weather that's right around the corner!! 🤞 And a cute burgundy, flannel "shacket" for next Fall on clearance. Love me some bargain's!If you haven't been, give it a half hour or so to browse... see if you can't find something!
