Kathy Szczepanski: In the past month, we’ve dined in once and carried out twice. The dine in experience was a very good one from food to the service. I was more impressed by carry out. We do take out a lot. Invariably, there’s something missing. Not at Red Olive. Spot on! And a small touch but they wrap dressings, soup, anything leakable in plastic wrap. Takes extra time but little things mean a lot. I’m gonna be a regular!

The daft waitress served me a tossed salad with croutons when I had already said I can't eat anything with gluten in it. She forgot? I said, "It ruins the salad." When she brought it back I said, "You didn't just take the croutons off and give me the same salad?" She said, "No, no, no!" I didn't believe her. Feeling fine. Why would the wait staff give us Tatziki sauce in a teeny plastic container with a lid when we're dining here!? PILLOCKS! Not paying attention and making mistakes! Daedra L. Secrest: The food is good but you are charged for all the extras. I got a falafel sandwich and I couldn’t get hummus without being charges and extra $.50. With the lunch combo you get charge for a large portion of fries but only get a small portion of fries.The gentleman that was making my food kept saying that corporate doesn’t want us to add you your sandwich. I can’t give you hummus without charging you.

Jennifer “Jenn Marie” McDonald: DO NOT ONLINE ORDER - this is the 3x I did an online order and when I get to pitaway they haven’t even started my ordered was set to be ready @ 603PM got there at 610PM and they haven’t even dropped my crispy chicken into the fryer before I got there. Had to sit and wait for my order so whats the point of doing the online ordering.. and this wasn’t the first time they did this.

Chy L: I’ve had Mediterranean food a couple of times, and was interested to have it again. I was recommended this place by a friend, and I will definitely be back! Sarah was so kind, and knowledgeable about the menu, I was able to ask her anything and she knew the answer right away. She even described different ways people make their rice bowl to help recommend what I should put in mine. It is a little expensive, but it’s understandable.

Vanessa Smith: I ordered here for the first time through Doordash. Four of the toppings (feta, hummus, white sauce, and fattoush dressing) were missing from my salad bowl. I had asked for an extra cup of white sauce with the order for an extra charge, and that was included. The salad was dry, although I could tell quality ingredients were used. The falafel in the salad was pretty tasty. The lentil soup was not the greatest. Pretty bland. I'd like to try again, but next time, I'll go myself to be sure everything I requested is added.

Matthew Olds: I’m 45, I’ve been in customer service since my first job when I was 12. I have to say that this is some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen at 12 and Hoover at the Peter way in Warren. Sarah is wonderful. I hope whoever owns this place recognizes this and recognizes her verbally financially whatever. You’ve got a great team here and I can’t believe it isn’t packed every day. Felicia Nguyen: I love this place. A whole family can eat for under $40. They always give you fresh bread! The portions are generous and everything taste so fresh. I have started coming here every other week. Try their deboned chicken- chargrilled chicken with rice, salad, and bread. You will definitely have leftovers.

My pre req requirements are bread and toum need to be included with my meal. It comes off as cheap if the restaurant charges separately for toum/bread with the meal. Second, the bread needs to be freshly cooked, if it’s plain cold pita bread. That’s insanely cheap on the restaurants part.Non of that was the case, my hummus with chicken entree was cooked perfectly. The bread was nice and warm, the toum was perfect and was also included with the meal. I will definitely be back to oasis and will continue to support this restaurant.
