Barb Messics: My mother gifted me some cleaning services to help with my mental health and this company does a fantastic job. Jason coordinated and was responsive, polite, and happy to help. I watched the cleaners arrive and leave on my Ring doorbell and they were on time and locked up just like I wanted them to. The texting service is also a nice touch to know when they will be there. My home smelled amazing when I walked in and it was like a dream, I instantly teared up with happiness. The floors were spotless, the shower was sparkling, carpets soft and vacuumed, I kept walking around to see what else looked amazing, like the oven and microwave. I left them a note stating that my cat (4 years old) was friendly and to thank them, and they wrote a sweet note back, even hoping to pet him again, it made me smile so big. Just know you made a big difference for someone in a couple hours. We schedule now every two weeks because we are so happy with the cleaning team and the results! Carrie Ketelhut: I was disappointed in this service company for our deep cleaning job. To start with, they arrived after the 2-hour window estimated arrival time. Then, apparently the "clock starts" when they pull up on the driveway, not when they actually start working. It took about 20 minutes to do the walk-around and get all their cleaning supplies moved into the house. So I paid for about 20 minutes that didn't include any actual cleaning time. In addition, with a "deep cleaning" of the first floor half bath, they did not clean the blinds on a small window. I did not specifically ask for the blinds to be cleaned, but I would think they should ask if they are notsure (I did request that the window be cleaned). I didn't notice until they were gone because the blinds were raised when they finished working. So, I had to clean the blinds myself after they left.....Service:Deep clean

Kristie Kramer: Jason the manager or owner was extremely rude! He gave me two prices for service for 2 1/4 hours and 3 1/4 hours. When I got my price he said $675!!!!! The most it should have been was $500. He sent 5 girls which I did not ask for. He would not give me an hourly rate. He said to me “it’s simple math”. How rude. He quoted two prices then says ohhh I’ll give $100 off because I can’t believe the price!!! This place is a scam and after looking over my house more closely they did not do an amazing job. Asked for the wood on my stairs to be shined up they still have dust and they didn’t clean a few blinds. Lucky I could afford it. Well not really! I could have taken two days and done it myself. Laiby Philip: I booked for a deep cleaning for the entire house and ended up doing just one bathroom and the kitchen and that took about two and half hours for 2 people. They did poor cleaning for the money they charged and my bathroom had no difference even after the cleaning. All the cobwebs and dirt were still there on the bathroom walls and the toilet was partially cleaned. I pointed it out and the Second Lady came and checked and confirmed it is cleaned and it was still there when I checked later. I will never recommend this service to anyone I know.
