Kendrick Sutton: Super cool staff, broker didn't specify it was an appt. Was unloaded quick. So yes, don't be late (my load from shipper was the time problem - Middletown, OH). Broker the problem too. Need more time specifics.

buruk hasret: Appointment time is important for this facility because of they don’t have enough doors.I delivered and it took almost one and half hour.They have a restroom for guests.No all night parking inside the facility but you can park on the street.

Kristina Tonelli: 01/28/2022- I had a delivery..To check in, you go up to the door for Shipping/Receiving and press the button on the call box. Someone will answer and give you instructions.They are completely contactless.I was instructed to put my paperwork on the hanging clipboard (where there's further instructions on what to do). There's also a set of bolt cutters on the table. Grab those, break your seal, remove your load locks and/or straps. Return bolt cutters back to table. Slide your tandems to the rear. Back into any dock 1-6 (whichever one is open.. if there isn't an open dock you have to wait for one to open).Only downside- I didn't see any restrooms/ porta johns. So plan accordingly.I arrived at 0831. I was unloaded, given my paperwork, and rolling out of the gate by 1008am.The one worker I did encounter (I believe he was the one that unloaded me) was extremely friendly!!If every experience was like the one I had today, I definitely wouldn't mind hauling more loads to this place.Great way to start my Friday and kick off the weekend!Stay safe out there fellow drivers.*sorry for the length of this review, but as a driver that uses these reviews to gauge what I'm going to be getting myself into, I wanted to be thorough.

Janice Brown: Was told not to be late for delivery because they were strict about appointments. Got here and had to wait for 20 mins before anyone would answer the call box at the door ( 12noon). Not drivers allowed inside. Man finally came to the door and was rud. Made me want for 1 1/2 hr before unloading started. Won't be back.

There's parking on street for 3/4 trucks. The warehouse smelled like beer. DUH..it's a beer warehouse 😍. I felt like kid in candy store

Pappy Young: The navigation took me right to it. The turn on Modern looks a little tight. It is all the way at the end. You will run into the gate. Get close up to it and it will open. Go straight to the shipping/receiving office. The had me unloaded in 20 minutes. 41,000lb load of Beer. It was a pleasant experience. The people were very nice as well.

Terry Barton: The delivery man that delivers to the Lion's Wine and Deli in Waterford always blocks in my vehicle and he takes any where from 45 minutes to an hour. It's always on Tuesdays and after 330 and I leave work at 4. Don't know why he takes so long but there are other places he could park so he doesn't block me in.

Hassan Keshwani: Good employees. Fast unloading. Turn around from back of building. Can b tricky to back in. And can b further tricky to get here. The warehouse on modern street has docks by road side. So some trucks might have taken the whole street to get unloaded. Good luck !!

Delui Beauchamp: OTR driver very busy distributor. Many local deliveries. Try to be here very early by 6AM if not they won' t unload you until next day. Employees are friendly.
