Freddy Bender: My Doctor tested me for Klonopin on the 1st of November and I take medicine everyday. The results showed check mark for yes in my system. Then another check for no not in my system. I'm waiting for them to call my Doctor today. I need this medicine. I'm 72 and could go into seizures. $500 on my insurance for 2 tests. Horrible.

Jerry Brady: Got my daughter a COVID test on June 6th and were promised 24 hour results. The online results system barely worked and we couldn't look up results without calling. It took 5 days to get out results.Fast-forward to today when I get a bill for over $655 with insurance payments of $80 and a balance due of $309 for a COVID test.Feels like a total insurance billing scam operation to me. There were four tests billed to my insurance including one that mentioned chlamydia!Now the fun begins trying to get a hold of their billing people.

Emily Short: I was tested on 2/26/2022 and STILL do not have my results. I called the emergency COVID testing number (which will I’m sure be noted in the response from owner on this review if they respond), no response. There was also not an option to leave a voicemail, despite what the recording stated - the recording was on a loop and did not go to a voice mailbox. Their services were not rendered and were a waste of my time and money. This is absolutely unacceptable service.

Martin James-Howard: Wonderful experience with this Lab. I would knock a half star down for a few small billing issues, but this lab does not do their own billing, an out sourced company does. Billing in the Medical Field right now is an absolute joke, as I am also in the Medical Field. I would not blame this company for anything billing. Thanks again Biotech. Good experience overall.
