amani ammari: Wish I could give zero stars. Every aspect of this experience from A to Z was horrible. From doing a cleaning without a walk through, “cleaning” one bedroom and one bathroom in two hours, to random breaks, to the horrible HORRIBLE owner sending me harassing messages when I wouldn’t fall for their obvious scam for more money. I have had a cleaning company come to my house every two weeks for the past 4hrs and our whole 1100 sq feet home would be cleaned in less than 3 hrs. This lady was kind but was a very slow cleaner and after she left I saw the one bedroom she did do was not clean. Literally saw that she even dusted around items and didn’t even pick them up. At the end I asked her to leave 30mins before her time ended because the owner scared me. I saw the cleaning lady talking in her truck and then the owner called very aggressively and asked for more money. She was very mean when I refused and just asked for her to leave and I didn’t even want any of my money back. I felt it was some kind of scam and I asked her to leave. Also the smell of smoke was overwhelming and I just wanted to open the windows, reclean the house myself and get the job done. Honestly save your money. I don’t know how the BBB hasn’t been informed of this scam. They were very suspicious. So much so that I informed the cop that lives across the street from us and sent him all the ring videos outside and inside the house and all the text messages, something weird going on here.
