Courtney Funk: I came in with my order form from my psychiatrist, and they told me it wasn’t in the system. Told me i’d have to leave and call them. My psychiatrists office keeps trying to get ahold of them and can’t get through to figure out what more they could possibly need other than an official order form… this was Monday it is now Thursday and they still can’t get through and have not heard back from them. I fasted from 6am until 3pm to get my blood work done… this is crazy… if the person working with me couldn’t figure it out, there were others there in the lab that could have helped her if she had just asked i’m sure… but put her trouble on me… I’m so confused and frustrated…

I go there on a Saturday they don't drug test for employers on Saturdays only Monday-Friday only way I found that out is because I had to call the number doesn't say that on their website doesn't say that anywhere in the paper for my employer. This is unfair The people who have to work monday-Friday who can't make it till Saturday only you need to fix this please

SafiaMasroor: Very incompetent and unhelpful staff.Went on Monday but they had closed the lab for the entire day just because they had power outage in the morning. Did not notify me. No sign on the door either.Went on Friday. Had an appointment for 3:30 but was called in at 4:00 then was told that the order sheet I had from the doctor had only the names of the test, no test codes. So she didn't draw the blood and asked me to come back on Monday. Very frustrating.Went back a week later. A different lady took us in. She didn’t have any problem with the same order sheet.However it’s almost two months now the doctors’s office hasn’t received any results. I tried contacting them via email and they said they couldn’t locate anything. I am wondering if they are doing this purposely?

Boy was I wrong they mad me sit for atleast 2 and a half. They need to move faster. It's 3 people in here and they are moving slower then my grandma walks. Never again will I come here. Mtev: Agreed with negative reviews; even with an appointment I had to wait for all the walk ins to be seen even tho most came in after me. So it took an hr of wait with an appointment. That didn’t happen on other sites. Avoid this one, very lazy people and unprofessional. One in Troy was way better.

Nazifa Hussain: I decided to give two stars because once i actually got my test done, it was quick and the staff was nice and friendly. HOWEVER, this place needs to make it more clear that if you don’t make an appointment, there is a very little chance you will be able to take a urine test for your employer. I came on three separate days for a walk in appointment, and each time, ranging from early in the morning to around 2 pm, was told that they would not be doing any more urine tests. So then I scheduled an appointment for the earliest date possible which was literally the day of when my urine test was due because they had very limited options for appointments. My appt was at 8:10 and I waited 25 mins to get service. Within that time, the computers stopped working and they began having network issues which was very frustrating to hear. I know this is out of the control for the staff however it is unacceptable to have people take time out of their work, come all the way to this location, and be told that even though they scheduled an appointment, the location is having network connectivity issues. Whoever is reading this and has to take JUST a urine test, schedule an appointment as early as possible!! I thought this would be a quick 10 mins in and out, but I have spent 4 separate days and many hours trying to complete this one test.

Tiffany Scheid: Extremely positive experience! I was greeted by the receptionist with a smile and a polite, "Hello, how are you?". The instructions were clear, and I was giving the specimen within two minutes of walking in the door. The collections lady (wish I could remember her name!) was very friendly, and was clear in her directions as well. All in all, I was in and out within five minutes! I'd never had to take a drug test before, so having such a professional, friendly staff really made this a good experience. I would highly recommend this place!!

Kevin Ritsema: Other testing facilities can test vape carts with a 1% error margin. You are giving a 10% margin and fluffing up results. Specifically looking at Presto brand but I'm sure other products are inflates. I hope you either fix the 10% boosting or go out of business. You are ruining the name of medical cannabis.EDIT: Not sure exactly where to message you, but I am looking at a Presto brand vape that clearly states a 10% margin. When compared to similar Presto brands tested through PSI, the numbers are about 10% less but do not state 10% being acceptable. I am wondering if these are fake stickers if you do not have a 10% margin. I can take a picture of the label of what I got to show you. It is claiming distillate to have over 95% THC. Even wax that strong is hard to find, let alone a budget vape. I was happy seeing the 70-80%The vape tastes clean, but if it's a fake sticker then I am concerned about metals and vitamin e.Please let me know where I should send the pictures.
