I called Jeff, who was a tad busy at the moment, but he politely asked if he could call me right back. He called me back and quickly was able to walk me through the GPS & mobile app settings and things are great now.He’s very knowledgeable and skilled! 👍🏼

Wayne Repich: I had the great pleasure to be assisted by Jennifer Ott, Sales Manager, for the purchase of an Extended Warranty, who was espousing how sensible this warranty is based on the cost of the coverage for the number of years. I am good for 6 years, and unlimited mileage -- one of the best warranties I've ever purchased.I never would've been aware of this Warranty were it not for her posts on Facebook. As she is a BMW MOA Ambassador, I had been following her posts, and happened to catch her mention of this. (I had bought my bike at a BMW dealer in NYC, which has since closed.)She never pushed me to do it immediately, and suggested waiting until I get an in-progress move from NYC to the midwest settled, and then she would assist over the phone.She also helped me to educate my local dealer with getting the required document needed tp get the Warranty in place. Without her assistance, I would not have this Warranty, nor would I have even considered it.She is a true professional, an incredible Ambassador for BMW, and a delight to work with. Whether I am in NYC, the midwest or somewhere else, my next bike purchase will have me calling her. And yes, I will buy the Warranty with the bike.

Siddhant Garg: There is the place and the people to go to!I came here with little-to-no experience and background on motorcycles or gear except for a safety class for my endorsement. Jeff spent over an hour explaining just riding gear and letting me try on boots, jackets, helmets, and gloves for comfort and fit, explaining what it should feel like if it's the right size. Jen took over the transaction for my first bike and made sure that I got the full benefits of all the incentives available. They made everything quick, easy, and stress-free. At no point did I feel pressured and I could tell that Jeff and Jen both truly wanted to set me up to make sure that my first riding experiences would be as awesome as possible.

A C: Never had a bad experience here. This group manages themselves on their own very well. Never had to wait an extended amount of time for service, & always taken care of promptly.
Ben Howell: Had a fuel pump recall done. Super nice service writer. They squeezed me in and got me out in the same day. Tech took really good care of my bike. Went above and beyond and did a few little things for no extra charge.

Then after I had put 600 miles on it, they picked it up for it's first service. Then dropped it off at the same time again. I have had several questions about parts and service. Raina is fast to reply to emails. The owner is a good guy too. He also owns Ducati Detroit. I wish they sold Aprilias!

Elizabeth Fritz-Cottle: Much like its sister store, Ducati Detroit, you can expect warm, friendly, knowledgeable staff and customer service for any of your Motorrad needs. People here are excited about the sport and want you to get excited, too. As always, there’s no pressure other than to come and sit on bikes, talk bikes, dish on upgrades, and learn. I’ve bought and sold about 8 bikes between BMW Motorcycles SE MI and Ducati Detroit and I’ve only had good experiences from top to bottom. If you’re a newer rider or a woman who’s had poor service or support at other shops, come here! The used inventory is also fantastic- and Raina and Jeff will stay in touch with you if what you’re looking for isn’t available. Bonus: you can take just about any bike you’re interested in for a test ride. Not many dealers will do that, but as long as your endorsement is good, you can actually try before you buy. Parts, service, and support is par excellence- Mike in parts is a guru and can help you kit your bike out exactly as you’d like it. I can’t say enough good things. Eduardo Romeo: Dealing with parts today (Joseph) was what you get from a people that care. I’m from Canada and on my 6th day of a 2 week trip around Colorado and Utah my K1200S broke on the road (a plastic gas connector with the fuel pump) middle of nowhere, and this guys found the part and placed on FedEx express delivery so I will receiving it tomorrow. They even connected me with their service department to ensure I have all I need to fix it and continue my trip.Top notch customer service, and thank you guys
Ray: I want to thank Kevin Hiller and BMW Motorcycles of Southeast Michigan for the outstanding experience and support on my BMW motorcycle purchase. I have been searching for awhile for the right R1200RT and found it online at BMWMSEM. Kevin was professional and patient with my questions and requests throughout the process and working with the service department for a modification I wanted on the bike.I arranged pick-up and transport with a known motorcycle shipper but in the end, they could not transport my bike in a timely manner, so I made the decision to drive out from Philadelphia and pick-up the bike. I let Kevin know and he made sure the bike would be ready when I arrived as well as provide help with bike preparation for the return trip. A shout out to Nick who loaded the bike on the trailer and tied down the bike for the ten-hour trip.Thank you for the assistance and follow-up after my purchase that I made it home safe and that the bike has met my expectations. The bike is terrific and I long forward to many journeys.
