Chloe Reed: I'm a stay at home mom and lead an extremely busy life so I have to make time in my day to workout. I did some research and came across the Adventure Bootcamps. I didn't think I could commit to something like this but because they have such early morning hours I was able to fit it into my day. I love how energetic I feel after those morning workouts. I've only done one of their boot camps so far and I'll plan on going back in a few months.
Jenivie McKevit: I used to play tennis for my college team and it has been years and I still play often but I wanted to ad something something extra to keep me in shape. I had a few of my friends mention the Adventure boot camps and they convinced me to sign up for one of their one month camps.When I was younger I could stay in shape by just playing tennis and now I feel like I need to do something extra to keep playing. This boot camp is just what I needed right now.The workouts are very intense and the special attention we get in our group was perfect. I also wanted to mention that David Krainiak is great, he really knows his stuff and he inspires confidence.

Karoline Ferraz: I've never thought about coming to a gym 5 times a week and on Burn I want to go even more, like twice a day or so. This is how much I love being there. The energy in this place is unbelievable it makes you feel so powerful. They thought about everything in there, from the signs on the wall to a childcare so, Mamas, grab your kid and come have fun with them. My kids absolutely love it too, and I can't wait to take them with me on Mama and Me camp this Saturday ❤️

Steve Holmes: I cannot recommend this group exercise MORE! It is an all-inclusive gym; all fitness levels are welcome and made to feel welcome. The trainers are kind and encouraging. It’s 45 minutes with class mixes of all weights or conditioning or both. I have gotten stronger and healthier by attending.

I went one time in the winter and Justin remembered me six months later! Everyone that attends are of all shapes and sizes. We are pretty all inclusive and I have definitely made a friend or two. Jagoda Shipley: I went there for 9 months. It is pretty pricey ( 140-175$/mo range) but it is worth every penny. If you value your health and want to get back in shape this is the place to go they offer 7 day free trials, free childcare with membership, an extremely supportive community of women and the fitness program is phenomenal. By going here I retrained my habits and went from never working out to working out 6 days a week, eating healthier, treating myself better in terms of mental state, and just overall improved physical and mental well being. Even after leaving my habits continue and there is not one day that I don't want to go back, I just cant afford the process at the moment. If its within your budget this is the place to be.

Angela Reichling: I have been a member of burn for about a year now and I love it. The workouts are different every day so it never gets boring and there are always modifications depending on your fitness level. Seriously, this is a gym for any fitness level. Do not feel intimidated to come in because you aren’t fit enough and don’t think the workouts won’t be hard enough because you are super fit. Finally, it’s really nice to work out in an all women’s gym where there aren’t any creepers:).
Erika Guirey: My sister and I have been attending Burn since early August and we love it! I am an avid marathon runner but had always struggled with getting myself to do any sort of strength training so when I saw the Groupon, I asked my sister if she wanted to go, she agreed and we bought it! We at first were intimidated to start coming as we did not know what to expect / what the environment would be like. That anxiety was quickly eliminated as every single trainer - Bianca, Alyssa and Emily - were SO welcoming and excited to have us. The other women are welcoming and always willing to help too. The workouts are killer! We are consistently challenged week in and week out. They walk you through the entire workout every time as well as provide modifications for all exercises. To anyone considering Burn, do it! I promise you won’t regret it!

john radtke: Gym is awful. I had hip surgery continued to make me pay per month for my gym membership that I can’t use. The managers did not want to speak with me and I was required by my doctor to refrain from physical activity for 2 months. I tried to see if I could get back into the gym on the 1st of the month to see if I could do the bikes. All of them were too high and had too much range of motion. They will not give me my money back and had terrible customer service. The manager Aaron was especially rude and claimed he talked to me when he did not. I wasn’t even allowed to explain my side of the story. Beyond the worst experience I’ve ever had at a gym. Do not sign up for a crunch membership, they’re terrible.

N S: I had a consultation scheduled for today with the owner of this gym. When I showed up no one was there and the door was locked. I tried calling them and the call didn’t go through as if their phone was disconnected. My experience with them or lack thereof left a bad impression. I took time out of my day to show up to the consultation only for the no one to be there. There was no courtesy as no one reached out to let me know they would be closed and ask me about rescheduling my consultation. Very unprofessional and shows no interest in wanting my business. I also would not trust them with my business after this experience.

Shout out to the owner, Michelle, who has somehow found a way to make it fun for me to workout on the regular (and even lift weights!). She's really built a great little place with an awesome team of instructors.
Samantha Schmerheim: Where do I start when I loved absolutely everything about this place?There are so many things that separates 6 Degree Burn from other fitness classes. Other places, I feel judged, awkward...etc. but I felt truly welcomed here from the moment I walked in the door. The gym has never really worked for me, but this class was so interactive! The instructor, Michelle, is an inspiration, she is so attentive and genuinely wants to see you succeed. She actually cares about her clients and she is so uplifting/encouraging. Also, there are so many different people, from fitness veterans to beginners. I went to the “Cardio Burn Kickboxing” class. I love that they had classes at 7pm because that really works for my schedule. They ended the class with yoga poses and it felt so amazing and peaceful. I’m so excited for my next class.
Sumana Palle: Great classes! I've only ever been to the kickboxing classes so I can't speak to the cycling or boot camp classes. Michelle is my favorite instructor and I really like her style of teaching: she's a little in-your-face (which I think is needed for the intensity of kickboxing) and really engaging. She is really good about talking to everyone during class and making sure everyone has the correct posture/sequence down.I've been to another instructor's class once or twice but found her to be slower-paced so I mostly stick to Michelle's classes.Definitely take a yoga mat, even when you go to kickboxing classes - there is about 10 minutes of stretching at the end of every class and mats are required for this portion.
Roula El-Moghrabi: Highly recommend this place. I love the atmosphere and classes. The trainers are amazing. My fav is the kick boxing classes. Michelle’s class is fun, Rays class is very hectic haha which is good and Sunday is the best. I don’t recall the name of the instructor but she is amazing. She does all the exercises with you so it’s easy to follow. I also like Melissa and George’s boot camp. Great place

Andrew Sobush: Went to a few classes with a friend. There should be no reason why the instructor was winded before I was. After going consistently for nearly a year I've seen no change in her physique. She tried to end her contract but gym is still making her pay for the same class that's offered and advertised as free online. A disappointment and a hindrance to any looking to begin their exercise journey.

Kelly Dye: I signed up during the 4 week promotion for $99! I have completed 3 classes, and can’t stop talking about how much I enjoyed each one with family and friends. The classes are challenging but exactly the challenge I was looking for. After having two kids, Im ready to focus on myself, and Burn Boot Camp in Canton, MI is the perfect start. Everyone staff/members are so friendly and encouraging. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a fun/challenging fitness class!

When I came for a trail my heart condition stopped me from finishing that day but the instructor checked on me. Talked with me. Encouraged me and even checked on me a couple days later. Once I was relieved from medical, I joined. I am pretty new but I have not worked out once where I haven’t made a new friend.
Dannon McGuire: I came in for the 4 week special and ended up signing an 18 month contract at the end of those 4 weeks! Burn has it all - great trainers, great workout partners, great availability of classes. One of the things that I love the most is that no two workouts are ever the same.

Blair Elizabeth: Came to Burn a year and a half ago after my sister in law invited me to try it out. I spent 3 years being a member at Planet Fitness and went a handful of times. Now I try never going a full week without at least 1-2 classes. The trainers are amazing, classes are decent 45 minutes and I like that we use ourselves along with some equipment rather then only use machines. Each day is a different focus which is great variety. The community is great, free childwatch and plenty of resources to reach your goals.
