Tried all 3 numbers and got voice-mail, that was bad enough but then all 3 numbers voice mail full so can't leave a message. I figured at least 1 number was a cell so I decided to text all three explaining I called all 3 numbers and voice-mail full and needed to know prices on bounce house for few days. I believe a day later I get a text back t hat read 500. Thats it, just a number with no explanation or what $500 would get me, also no mention of the 3 numbets I called or thanking me for letting them know. you would think I would get a call since I was a customer. But no. All I get was 500. No call no nothing. So good luck if you decide to use this place. The person who handles company calls sucks big t I me.

Taylor Cosio: Called and rented tables, chairs and tent for my wedding. Was originally told a Wednesday for delivery, then once confirmed all when got closer to wedding day I was told Thursday between 4-5PM for delivery. 7PM comes rolling around, still no delivery. I’ve called the office 3 times, no reply. I text Dave, and he response that he will not be making it but will be there Friday AFTER 6PM. Mind you, my dinner rehearsal is Friday at 630. My fiancé calls to ask what’s going on, and Dave is EXTREMELY rude and yelling at him, refusing to let him talk and talking over him. Never once apologizes for any miscommunication then himself and Danielle (office) both lie to him and myself saying that they never told us Wednesday or Thursday and this is just a “side gig” so they really don’t care about when they deliver. I immediately found a different company on short notice, as I do not ever want to pay a company who speaks to their customers this way. Dave and Danielle are both extremely extremely rude. If you want to make sure your event isn’t treated just as a “side gig” I would go through a different company 110%.

The unfortunate last minute planning and adjustments for the c/o 2020 once the executive order was lifted seemed effortless working with Danielle. They have full service rentals for all party needs; tents, chairs, bounce slides, snow cone machine, etc. The guys came out and set up the day beforeI REALLY APPRECIATE YOU ALL. I only have 1 graduate but we'll find a reason for a celebration and definitely call again!! 😀

JustAsia&Lila: First I want to say that they only accept cash 🙄 That’s very inconvenient and ancient for that matter. This is 2021 they need to update their payment system. Second, When I first put the deposit down I was told that the bounce house would be dropped off first thing in the morning of the party. I was also told that the rest of the money would be due after the bounce house is picked up. Fast forward to the day of party, the guy calls and tells me that he’s on his way (I was out picking up my daughters cake) I said okay (my boyfriend was at home waiting for them). The guy arrives at the house to drop the bounce off and calls me to say he needed the rest of the money now. I said “O, I thought you said you didn’t need it until pickup” He then gets a rude tone of voice and says “No! Why would I say some sh... like that?! No! It’s due now! It’s due when I drop it off!” I said “Okay you’re about to get your money” He says “I don’t have all day I have to go!” I said “Okay my boyfriend is about to give you the money right now” Now I’m taken back because this is horrible display of customer service. Even if you thought that I was trying to fxck you over (which I wasn’t), that is not how you handle any customer. All you had to say is “Miss, I’m sorry if you misunderstood me but the money is due now or I will unfortunately have to take the bounce house away” That would’ve been customer service done right. Also he was way too late picking the bounce up. He told me at first he would pick it up at 6, then he said 6:30, his contract says 7pm and he didn’t arrive until 7:50. What if I was at a hall or had somewhere to be be? That’s just unprofessional and dare I say ghetto. When picking the bounce house up, there was no greeting, no thank you for your rental or nothing. One of his workers were even pulling the cord out before he asked me to unplug it from the wall. I was just in awe.The only reason he’s getting 2 stars is because he actually had the character that I was looking for.

Export Ghost: Horrible business. Booked them for my daughter’s 1st birthday. First and foremost, the customer service was awful. One of the employees spewed expletives at the mother of my child because he changed his mind at the last minute about the final payment. Say one thing over the phone and mean the other in person kind of deal. Second, they gave us a pickup time for the bounce house and showed up an hour and a half later. He told us if we were not present when he comes to pick it up, it would be an extra $25, all the while waiting on them to show up. Go figure. This company can quickly ruin a special day.

After the party his employees came to get the equipment and literally was throwing the machines in the truck I told them that’s the reason they stuff don’t work! I would never recommend this place !
