Katie Dwyer: I recently visited Alessandra Bridal for bridesmaid dress shopping. During my visit I was approached by Aziza, a bridal expert, who inquired about the status of my wedding dress. I mentioned that I had yet to select a dress when she immediately asked whether I would be interested in shopping for my wedding gown at their shop. I had not planned to shop for my wedding dress at their store, however, I had shown Aziza my Pinterest board of styles I was interested in. She then proceeded to show me a few dresses that matched the style perfectly! She told me to come back in a week for the wedding dress fittings, so I did. To my surprise, the FIRST dress Aziza selected for me from the back of the store was the dress I was dreaming of. I did not plan to purchase my dress right away, especially without searching around first at other bridal stores. Yet, the dress was too beautiful to say no to, and Aziza's assistance throughout the process was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend frequenting this store for your dress shopping needs and requesting Aziza for assistance. She knows what she is doing, knows exactly what dresses might fit your preference, and is an absolute peach!

Allyson: I booked an appointment at Alessandra a while back because they carried a specific gown that I was interested in trying on. I wasn’t able to look at dresses other than the one I requested to try. I tried on the gown and wasn’t able to take any photos in it to compare to the pics of my other favorite from another shop. Even though my wedding was two years away and I felt uncomfortable saying yes right then, they pressured me so hard to buy and forced me to make another appointment to come back. I was so turned off by the experience that I went with the other shop. To update based on the response from the shop: I am absolutely not confusing this experience with another shop.

Now, beyond the STELLAR job she did with my dress...I messaged her in a PANIC two days before my wedding because my mother's dress has been altered in properly from a nice big chain that rhymes with mavid's midal... and AGAIN MICHELLE TOOK US IN LAST MINUTE. She fixed the dresses and helped my mom figure out what best to wear with the dresses. My mom purchased a garment from her and on the tag the astronomical retail price was showing and she didn't charge us that. She is an ABSOLUTE SAINT and pleasure to work with. This woman deserves your business, absolutely AMAZING.

Full account: I've been looking for my dress my whole life lol. I'm the type of gal who's had a wedding planned since I was 10. I'd saved 100's of photos and none of them ever felt "me" enough to commit to such a big purchase. I booked an appointment and they hooked me up with Kelly C. Within about 20 minutes I had the one. We had a ton of fun with our appointment, maybe too much fun! I took my brother with me and I think he had more fun than I did! Kelly went above and beyond, from prettying up my brother to finding me a hoop skirt, belt, veil, anything I needed to envision the look and make my choice. Obviously I can't add my final pick just yet but I promise I've never felt more fantastic in my life. Even if you end up shopping elsewhere this is a 10/10 experience!

Mona lisa Jhonwick3: It was the most awful experience the tailor has no sense of time nor a correct schedule and does not take care of their customers in a mannered way nor treats her customers in a correct way I had asked her tailor me a dress she gave the given time and I went on time when I came to the boutique she didn’t have it done and I needed so she kept pushing it back and on the date I needed the dress I didn’t have it and it ruined my schedule as I had to go look for another dress last second I understand people work and have jobs and a life but if you cannot commit to your word and an honest answer than why even think of doing it from the beginning so it just like to state if you are to shop at this store be careful because you’ll probably have a terrible experience
