Zach rosario: I was hesitant about bringing my vehicle to this location after seeing the 3.7 stars out of 5 rating, i gave this place a chance. The female employee with the fish bowl cut was not welcoming as soon as I walked in. Not only was she rude right away she was in a bad mood already, our interaction was nothing but expected from a place that has a low rating. Not to mention the help wanted sign out front, would not be surprised if this place has a high turn over rate because of the environment inside.

D Д: I made a 4pm appointment at this location.Waited 3 days for the appointment to arrive and drove 6 miles through the heaviest traffic during rush hour, I called the location several times and kept getting hung up on and when I finally arrived i called again while I was standing in line just to see what would happen and sure enough the Bald guy at the counter didn't even bother picking up the phone. Then Michelle withNo greeting & No Smile rejected my appointment and kept telling me that the reason was because they close at 5pm when the website says they close at 7pm. Why would I make an appointment for 4 PM if I knew you close at 5pm?! And thenMichelle said that the guy in the back was leaving... drop off your car and we will get it done tomorrow and it's $135 !!! This place charged me $30 to balance 4 tires a few months back. What a ridiculous price! I can get it done somewhere else that will honor my appointment and charge way less than that!Some people just don't want to work and make free money 😒If you wanna get treated like you're not even welcome. Then go to this place but be sure to call or go there to make an appointment because online appointments obviously are NOT HONORED!Absolutely wasted my time !

Philip Bond (Mr Phil): I'm sure I reviewed this Firestone in the past,but I'm always glad to do it againI've been coming to this Firestone for more than a decade. The service is fantastic, the counter staff is awesome ( Michelle and Ben are great people )they're willing to help you any way they can. I've had a few minor and few major issues, but every time I go they've always been very helpful. They are expedient and explain what the problem is and what has to be done to fix it. So if you need a place to get your car fixed this Firestone is absolutely the best.

Kylie: If I could rate 0 stars I would. Horrible experience. The lady at the front was very rude. I received a call at 3:40pm stating that if I was not there by 4pm then I would not be able to pick my vehicle up until 9am the next day because they were closing, and picking my vehicle up the next day was not an option, meanwhile the locations website said they closed at 6pm. I had brought my vehicle in to get tires, a wheel alignment and an oil change. After I left my vehicle drove horribly. I feel unsafe driving my car. I took it to a different Firestone location the next day and they told me that my tires were not balanced, and unfortunately the technician that works on suspension/wheel alignments was not in to make sure that service was done on my vehicle. My car is still driving all over the road and I still feel unsafe driving my vehicle after visiting this Firestone location. I would not recommend this location to anyone. T Moor: I was a first time customer, on 07/20/22. The day before Ben set up supposed appointment. When I arrived Michelle, said it was 1car in front of me. My appointment was for 3:30. I WAITED 45 before I left. Michelle, called me but chose not to leave a voicemail, as call was missed. I made it 1mile down, called back as she said they closed at 5:00, and wouldn’t take me. Abbey !!: Ridiculous. Made an appointment for 9am, it was confirmed. Got there the guy at the front desk said it would take around 2-3 hours. Got a call from them saying they’d call before they close, they did not. We called them twice during open hours no answer. They kept my car overnight WITHOUT telling me. Put me in the worst situation with getting rides to work and such. I HAD TO CALL AGAIN the next day even hours after open, my car still wasn’t even done and they had just started inspection. Finally got a call the next day hours after open that my car would cost more than we bought it for to fix and did not address the specific issue I had and brought it in for. Told them don’t touch it and picked it up, took it somewhere else!
