One is the new master singing bowl, and the other is the heart sutra singing bowl. They are both beautiful to look at, but unfortunately, the heart sutra bowl is not playing very nicely due to having a fawl in the inner ring of the bowl. I can tell it would sound beautiful if not for this issue, but with this issue, it lets off a vibration that lasts approximately 8 seconds after being rung, and it does not sound pleasant. I did message the company yesterday morning and am still waiting for a response from them. I'm hoping they rectify the issue as I will not be able to use it for my sound therapy sessions in which I purchased it for.

Evelina Yulianova: It was my first experience with the Dharma Shop. I've ordered two Moon signing bowls and just now, reading the negative reviews I am quite surprised. I had an excellent experience with a customers service, the bowls arrived nicely packed... The bowls sounds and looks EXACTLY as it was pictured / reordered on the website, when using the wool mallet (not included). The included mallet is small, so I would just go and order the wool one to produce the same deep tone.

I have been very pleased with the quality of the items, and they are packed well and with care. Shipping is usually very timely. Its very rare there's an order issue-- of all of times I have ordered, there is only one time I experienced an issue. I had a small item missing from an order, but they are very prompt in both answering and resolving the issue in a timely and with courtesy. The item pricing is reasonable, and knowing that it supports the artisans better than other online-purchasing options is well worth it.
