One thing that woodview park needs is street lights it's very dark at night the light poles are broken only lights are people porch light also. The owner needs to fix the pavement there are giant pots holes it's a matter of time before a car will be damage. John you are doing a great job as an inspector keep up the good work. David Carey: Maybee Property Inspection was recommended to us by our realtor. Erik came out on time and was friendly but, did not perform a very thorough inspection of the home we purchased. After the initial walk around and discussing his findings, we had to walk around again to point out glaring obvious issues. We, the home buyers, also missed a lot of things that are pretty obvious, but we did not catch at the time. I was hoping that someone that makes a Carrer out of this line of work would have done a better job. A recommendation for anyone purchasing a home and going through the inspection, turn on all the lights, run water in ever sink, tub, shower etc. we failed to do this as did our inspector.

Kyiana Parrom: The Building Department not only disrespected me and my realtor after we sent my Furnace Certificate over four times; for a re-inspection added more items and wrote about an item that the front office worker said the inspector George never even saw. The inspector never contacted me or the seller to discuss any issues of being locked out.The lack of communication, respect, and work ethic from this city is the exact reason why it is going nowhere and Becky is an absolutely atrocious front desk worker. I am young and cannot wait to move out of this horrible city!
