Emily Decker: What should have been an 8 hour drive to Washington D.C. took us 12.5 hours. Our itinerary had us arriving a couple hours earlier, therefore we were late to our event and he never seemed to care. Our driver avoided toll roads, taking us completely out of the way on very rural roads, driving 35-40 almost the whole way there. This bus is old and VERY dirty. The bathroom doesn't look like it has been cleaned in years. The seats don't have footrests, as is standard on charter buses. We also were told this bus had outlets to charge things, however he told us they didn't work after we were driving. On our drive back, we were unable to stop because he said he wasn't sure he could get the bus going again after stopping. This bus should not be on the road! Very unsatisfied and will never ride with this company again. I do not recommend elite tours.

Teri Lynn: I've never been on a worse ride than the ride in their limo bus. We were told we were allowed to leave belongings on it, but when we returned to it my Tervis was on the floor on the other end of the bus all scraped up, ruined and empty. While riding in it, you could feel every little tiny bump, and at times it was so shaky and loud that we were sure a tire had to be popping or something underneath. Our bottoms also left the seats airborne a few times! Truly insane, and I'm surprised that no one threw up to be honest. Worst ride ever.

When our original limo company backed out of our contract 3 days before the wedding, I called many other companies asking if by some miracle they had anything left. I spoke with Sharna, and she was incredibly sympathetic to my situation. She was able to find a shuttle bus and a driver for us so last minute; I was in complete shock. The shuttle bus was spacious and clean - Sharna even sent pictures of it to me so I knew exactly what I was booking. We brought a speaker, champagne, and snacks on the bus and my wedding party and I had an absolute blast! We were also impressed by how courteous our chauffeur was. Ken went above and beyond by scoping out locations for pictures, driving us to places that weren't on his original itinerary, and overall just being super friendly and professional. I cannot thank the team at Lavdas enough for working with my husband and I on such short notice!
