Adam Fieber: This facility is not equipped with the proper staff to care for you as a patient safely. They just fired 68 Nurse Anesthestits. All because they wouldn't allow St. Johns to trade them like slaves to some outside company. If you are having surgery here in the next year I would be very cautious of your safety. And the fact that there is not enough staff to do your anesthesia safely. Make sure to ask how long your anesthesia provider has been on shift because they will have to be spread very very thin.

james pelt: Poor. No follow up, lack of clear discharge instructions. Date of discharge PT appears to do assessment. When told patient was discharged, ask if still wanted assessment. No. Cannot do assessment in 5 minutes. Lack of communication between staff.RN & PT ordered at discharge; told discharge person wanted Beaumont Home Care. Complained that paper had to be redone. Waited 30 minutes, RN came in to say that computer was down and "someone" would make referral to Beaumont. I ask for a written referral but told had to come from St John.Very poor level of care and lack of communication between staff members.Third World hospital in every respect.
