We were with VIP and have discovered that the medical billing company is completely inexperienced, misleading and incompetent. We, as a medical practice can not enforce enough and discourage that any medical billing needs NOT to be placed in the hands of VIP Management, L.L.C.

Tami Peterson: I have been using Genius Solutions' eThomas program for over 10 years. We explored their EHR system and thought it might be a good addition to our practice: Oxford Recovery Center. However, what they promised was not at all what the system was. We told them the day after signing the contract when we discovered the discrepancies that we did not want to use their EHR. They said no problem and stated we would be credited the $1,995 we gave as a downpayment. However, they lied. After telling us for months it would be credited, they now refuse.

Dan Thomas: After a key employee left quite suddenly, I was left without an experienced biller. Genius stepped up and did a webinar for avery reasonable price. It didn't end there....they continued toanswer questions for weeks under my support agreement. Thiscompany has been a joy to work with over the years. My office isrunning better now than it has in many years. Thanks Genius Solutions !

Pankaj Mavani: We have used eThomas for Practice Management (billing and scheduling) purposes and not EHR. We've been with them for 6+ years.This is a great software with very solid capabilities. The technical support is very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. The sales staff is great too as they are not out to sell you things. They have great webinars, and training. They also update their software frequently so that the latest ICD codes etc. are populated in the billing system.The cost is extremely reasonable when compared with other services that take a percentage of your revenue. We've found this to be the most cost effective software till date.

Mohamed Moghnieh: The worst working experience of my life. Those guys did not commit to the hourly pay we agreed on and they underpaid me for months until I confronted them about it. They apologized about it, but when I asked for a reimbursement; Chebbani told me: "lets forget about it." lolThey did not reimburse me for my insurance for the 1st 6 months until I made a fuss about it and talked to MIchelle for not less than 7-8 times and every week she comes up with an excuse. She told me she needs more proof that I am insured (other than the proof of payment for the insurance and the statement). So, I asked her if I can go for an hour during the weekdays to get her that (which I did not really know what she is asking for) but she said I prefer you not going within working hours which was 9am-7pm. Apparently, she did not need anything since she knew that my insurance was from UofM and I had to go between 9 and 5pm in order to find them. Just excuses not to pay me.At the interview with Chebbani, he mentioned that in the tax season there are some days when we stay till 7pm (knowing that we are not paid for the extra hours), but when I started I knew from my coworkers that we are staying till 7pm everyday. These guys are so vague and this reminds me when Michelle advised one of my coworkers to be "always vague" with clients!I can just keep talking about this office on and on. I did quit the job after getting frustrated and I did not get any vacation days/sick days since if you skip one day they will just deduct it from you pay, and if you ask for your employee manual they refuse to give it to you. On the manual it is listed that you get your bday off, but if they are eager to find excuse to deduct from your pay, would they give you such a thing? Sure not.They will do anything to save some $$$ that is why 7 out of 10 accountants left in 2018 and 5 out 10 accountants left in 2019.

catherine powers: I have been a client of OMNEX for over fifteen years. I would not have my taxes done anywhere else. I trust them and if I have a tax question there is always someone to answer that question (even after tax time). The cost to get my taxes done is very reasonable. There are years where my taxes have been very complicated and my OMNEX accountant was very patient and provided stellar service. I will not go elsewhere.

Mohanad Saleh: I tried to file my taxes with Omnex 2 years ago and it was a night mare for me and my family!!! Forms were filled incorrectly and I was told to do my spouse tax ID my my self and to go to the IRS and file everything there! I went there the IRS agent states that the forms filled by the accountant in a wrong way and I couldn't file my taxes for 2015! I called them back today to file 2015/2016 taxes and I requested to talk with a different accountant but all what he cared is he wanna charge me for his time and didn't agree with the price that was offered for me before!!!My advice not to file your taxes here! They don't have customer service at all! No respect for your experience!
