Thadine Kazmer: We stayed here with our cat while our floors were being refinished. The suite with a door between the bedroom and living room was great . The hotel is a little older and shows some wear but all in all was very nice and all the staff we met were very pleasant. It was a bit over the top noisy with parties on Friday nights but by 1 AM things settled down. I guess that has to be expected. I would stay again, that they allow up to 2 pets is a real plus.

Marissa Bolden: Hotel was very disgusting it was trash under my refrigerator and my air conditioner. I asked the front desk receptionist to have housekeeping come clean it, he said yes but no housekeepers ever came to clean it. I booked a king suite and the next morning when I tried to go get breakfast they said it wasn’t apart of my stay so I had to pay to eat breakfast, which is very unusual because I thought free breakfast came with your stay just like every other hotel does, so that was very weird. Their pool also closes at 9 so me and my spouse couldn’t even go for a late night swim even though we paid damn near $200 to stay in a king suite for one night. Last but not LEAST, the receptionists were so rude and didn’t care to accommodate me and my spouse requests. I usually love coming to hotels but because of my experience here I won’t be staying at another hotel for a while. So no swimming, no breakfast and my room was horrible. I truly regret staying here and if I could give this place negative stars I would. I literally would rather stay in a Red Roof Inn than stay at this horrible hotel. Please PICK ANOTHER HOTEL I BEG OF YOU.

Kris Amber: Came for a night away. The hotel is nice, needs some updates. I came during a city power outage so the hotel was booked up. My hallway smelled the whole night. Bathroom is very small. You have to make a $100 deposit which deposit are understandable but I’ve gone to nicer places and paid less in a deposit. Question would I come again, probably if I wasn’t paying or the price dropped.

A: Alright so I am actually quite surprised this hotel has just over 4 stars as a rating. I’m going to cut to the point of the positives and the negative I’ve experienced while staying here. First off, I had to switch the key card to my room a total of 5 times while staying here for 2 nights. They just randomly stop working and was forced to go to the front desk and get new ones each time. Next, the ice bin in the room was filled with used tissues from the previous people staying in the room. The bathroom has no ventilation so it gets super foggy while showering or even no exhaust when using the toilet. The bathroom also had a broken lock and and broken faucet in the bathtub. Not to mention the sink being outside of the bathroom and the one I had specifically had a faulty drain so it took a while for the water to go down. Woke up the first morning of my stay early since the lady at the front desk told us there was complimentary breakfast. Wrong. You have to pay for it. Not sure why I was told “complimentary”. The hallways seemed a little dirty on our floor as garbage would rarely be picked up off the ground. My room was not serviced once during my visit with no house keeping at all. No fresh sheets or fresh towels. Although I ran into issues, I will say the staff is polite and provide good customer service which is why I give 2 starts instead of 1.

Krystal Andrzejewski: Stayed with my daughter and a few friends for her birthday. Worst experience. We checked in late. The guy at the front desk Said he would keep the pool open a little longer for us to enjoy. That wasn’t the case. We were also told complimentary breakfast between 6-9am. NOPE! I had to call the front desk several times because the room next to us had a bunch of children screaming. I didn’t know if they were hurt or if there was a responsible adult. They were shaking our walls at 2-3 o’clock in the morning. The best they could do was knock of $20 for our experience. We couldn’t even get a roll away bed when we were told we would have one in our room. When we asked about it they acted like they didn’t know what a Cot was. This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Worst experience ever!!!! Don’t come here.

Althea Flanagan: If you are Military or a government worker do not book with any BONVOY Affiliated hotels! They act like they will accept your discount to get you to their properties but once there they have the option to ask if you are there on orders if not they will make you pay a regular rate! I had the worse experience with this at the courtyard warren Michigan !

Teeya Wells: The rooms were semi clean and the manager is super racist. She treat people of color and minorities bold. I had my 13 & 14 year old daughter with me. I left them at the room and ran to Walmart they ask housekeeping for towels because they got out the pool she told them to grab some of the cart & they was accused of harassing housekeeping and stealing things off the cart & the manager called the police on them because she called the room and assumed I was not there when my daughter answered the phone. We were evicted out of the hotel for no reason 30 mins later as well as they charged my debit card and credit card both $160 for incidentals as well as two different $30 payments they can’t explain. I will never go there again and wouldn’t recommend it if you have kids it isn’t kid friendly nor minority friendly.

Sarah Lynn: Update 3/8/23 stayed Feb 23-25 and booked and paid through Orbitz. They charged my card again for the room but gave me a receipt stating I owe $0. Still having a hard time getting my money back. NEVER again will I deal with this hotel!! Check in took a long time! Lobby is nice. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from the rooms next to you! Every phone conversation, every tv show watched. Bad crowd here now. Lots of yelling and fighting.Wouldn’t come back.

Heather Durham: The rooms were clean, BUT MANAGEMENT on afternoon shift was a joke, let employee talk to customer anyway and even over spoke customer. Then when you address Assistant Manager LEAH she had NO EMPATHY and said we dont have to service you.... LIKE REALLY we have no power and your response for your employees conduct was we dont have to service you!!! Leah you should not have the title you have, you should never work in customer service ever! If this is what MARRIOT has for customer service I WILL NEVER COME BACK! SHE AND THE OTHER SUPERVISOR IS A JOKE! Oh dont make me go into the racial remark you said also!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED AND SADDENED. I called corp, and hopefully district manager will be calling! They all need to be placed in in a class for customer service. I paid a total of 1200 for 2 rooms for 3 days during the power outages!!! THIS PLACE HERE FOR MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE!!!

Lazetta Elliott: At the location I made a reservation on line for a few family members coming in town the weekend of February 4th , for my mother’s 80th birthday celebration I got a rate $98.00 using my Government Discount, well when my family got there to check in they was told I needed to bring my Id in which I know that I called and the attendant said as long as I bring it by the time they check out it would be okay so on Sunday morning around 8:00 am I go and presented my ID (I am currently an Government employee and have be for 27 years) to the front desk to the Manager on duty and I was told very ruldly that it was not going to be honored because I was not an active member of the arm forces, This my first time ever experiencing this at a Marriott and I always had my Government discount honored, I explained to her that I had never heard of this she said oh well very rude that is is the policy at that location now that ment it was a $70.00 difference for each room from what I told my family 😂 so this meant that I felt obligated to pay the $70.00 difference per room I was quoted a rate of $ 98.00 per room online quote so I had to pay $140.00 because I had two rooms, I asked her to help me with any other discount because I didn’t know that policy changes from Hotle to Hotle she said very rude there was no other discount or waverer , and she was not gonna honor the online rate the was the front desk manager on duty on February 5th, I will not be going back to that location or will I recommended any one else her customer service was unbelievable, rude nasty and just unconcerned 😂 She needs to be fired !!!
