Andrew Moses: We have been going to Biondo's for 12 years to get our meats. We buy all of our hamburger and chicken breast and ground sausage, in bulk, from them to stock up the freezer. They are always friendly and helpful. I've even been able to pick their minds, a few times, on a recipe for a special meal.

I have discovered some fun spices and pastas and amish apple butter, not to mention that meat counter. The sandwiches and little pizzas at the front counter are always awesome, too.

Now their RESTAURANT is a whole 'nother story.Every single time we've eaten there it's been absolutely outstanding. Usually, when I eat a chicken shawarma from anywhere else it's very dry. Ben Wojdyla: This is a really interesting place if you're looking for novel proteins. Tucked away in a neighborhood and off the beaten path, Butcher Boy does small scale meat processing, so if you're a hunter or urban farmer this might be convenient if you want professional butchering. They also have a small shop area with three freezers full of out of the ordinary meats.Bison, venison, camel, alligator, pheasant, rabbit, elk, ostrich, snake... all kinds of whole cuts and ground, expertly packaged and sold frozen. They also have some cased meats (the hunters sausage made from elk is delicious), locally made pierogis, and a few other items.Real mom and pop operation - pick what you like and a proprietor will ring you up in the side room. All told, a nice little secret hole in the wall if you want to try something new for a special occasion.
Silver X Gold: So i have not visited this location yet, but i have had their meat products from a store they sell their meat too. And they are awesome! Love the venison steak's and Elk burgers! Cant wait to give this place a visit and stock up my freezer!
Shawn Moore: I've been a customer for near 40 years now there's good reasons for that. Great products, service and people.
Cole Kubenez: Brought my doe in to be processed. She weighed 90# field dressed. I requested bone in whole shanks, whole backstraps, tenderloins and roasts. All of the rest I wanted ground. Only got 2.5 shanks (fronts and a chunk of one of the rears), less than 1/2 of my backstraps, 1 tenderloin, 2 roasts and 9 packages of ground venison. These totaled under 30#. When I called to see if they simply forgot to give me a box, I was greeted by one of the rudest women that I have ever dealt with. She told me that deer don't have front shanks (despite that being what I was given) and that whole backstraps are only 7"x4"x2". She wouldn't even go look to make sure nothing was left behind.

My doctor told me ans i couldn't remember if deer or buffalo was better for my high blood pressure. Lady said definitely buffalo was better and she was right when i asked my doctor. I will say they primarily do distribution so yes the store isn't the most inviting and of course they specialize in game and novelty meats that aren't mass produced so yes they do have to freeze somethings. That said it's a unique store with great selection and a lot of fun and interesting stuff.

John Yurek: I've bought a few different kinds of meat from here on about 4 occasions. Very interesting choices. Prices initially seem high to me, but now seem reasonable after I consideded it is not normal mass production meat like Chicken or Beef. As others have stated, the store is not as nice an most retail stores nowadays. Since everything I buy is frozen and sealed, the store appearance is not a big deal to me personally.Im not a hunter, so no experience with their processing business.

Yusuf Cline: Today was the first time I visited Dearborn Halal Meats as since I reverted, I have been in Houghton, which is nine hours from here. Up there we do not have any halal butcher shops, so I did not know what to expect, ask for, etc. However, Ali, and his family, were very kind, helpful, and comforting to talk too while they prepared my order. I definitely recommend coming here, and I will definitely be stopping by this shop again!

Pam: First time visiting today. I had the Ruben and it was so good. My fiance had the pastrami and really enjoyed it. Their onion rings are delicious and so are the ruben egg rolls.Staff was super friendly and the food came out really quick. Restaurant is nice and clean. Would definitely recommend stopping here!

Mae J: Well it was my very first time trying the front page on/off Burnert Rd. Heard people at the job talking about it, saw a Turkey sandwich the meat portion is what prompted me to go try it out. Meat portion I received was "No Way" near the sandwich I saw, guess perhaps they sell more corn beef than Turkey. I paid 15.36 and they actually charged me .50 cents more for them to grill the sandwich, I expected it to be on the order of a grilled cheese but thicker & tastier 🤨😒. It came out too fast for what I was expecting. Yes, I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!. Seems the sandwich they gave me was made from the scraps from cutting the meat on the slicer, also my stomach began to hurt. I'll take the trip to Hygrade Deli where I know I can get what I want!!!. Thought & hoped front page was gonna be our new spot😔NOT!!!....They should be ashamed of themselves, some working people look like they've been too work. Feel this was a form of judgement....Too Bad SOooo Sad for them

First, the nice young woman, who was also absolutely beautiful, greeted me as I walked in. The cook also looked up with a smile and said hello as well. Great atmosphere. Has a small town feel, with a big town taste. I had the #5 Corned Beef and Kraut sandwich, with a side order of Corned Beef Egg Rolls. Everything was amazing. I will be coming back in the near future. Thanks again!

Dan Hanson: Been coming here for years growing up in the neighborhood I was hesitant to continue goin there after Sean sold the place but the new owner has turned out to be pretty genuine my only complaint is the awning out front looks terrible and for most people that is the first thing they look at before walking into the establishment
