Jay Mot: I guess you have to look the part to get service. I stood around and waited indicating. They will be with you in a moment. But as soon as someone else came in they were indicated if you need anything let them know. I took that as my cue to walk out thank you very much.... One star is too much.
Kim Spreeman: I really really really wanted to give them 5 stars....the cabinets were ordered in the wrong size, and one was broke. This delayed my kitchen about a month. I currently have no running water, no dishwasher, and can't seem to get a hold of a manager. I even had to cancel my daughter's 5th birthday party. I've been looking forward to this kitchen remodel for 7 years now and I'm just crushed. 💔*Edit. I'm very impressed with the quick responses we received from them. Fingers crossed with a quick remedy.**The "remedy" was not quick at all! After I posted this wr didn't hear from our sales rep, no one even called to check in once the project was ✅ done except to collect the lady payment in which they tried to tack on charges for their mistake!!!Absolute horrible experience
Alan Falkowski: Went there to learn about the RTA cabinets they offer. Thought I would give my business to a local retailer instead of an online company. The person in the store in Sterling Heights acted like I was bothering her. She was not only condescending, but seemed annoyed that i was there. She sat at her desk and pointed at things across the room. When I asked if she could compare prices for the models I was interested in she said all our pricing is custom. Why have a showroom if the people there aren't willing to politely answer questions and help customers?

I've emailed her a lot and every time Melissa responded very quickly and she was very professional. Cabinets were delivered fast and look great. We are very happy. Jacquelyn Ingweiller: Working with Jacob was the best experience. I'd recommend him 1000x over. We came to him in a very unusual circumstance after getting burned by a dead beat contractor and he saved us. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, easy to work with. David Eldridge: My wife and I was looking for a company to help us design our kitchen after looking at a few place I stumble onto Cabinets Express and spoke to Chachee after speaking to him and meeting him he heard our needs and even made some great suggestions that made our kitchen even better. Chachee was patient thorough and even went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied.
David Keel: My wife and I worked with Jacob and he was a blessing to have especially since this was a project the we were going to tackle with no experience in installing cabinets. He did more that just sale us the cabinets. He came and coached us at our house (3×) on how to make the install easier and called us to check on our progress. We were able to complete the kitchen cabinets from building them to installing them and it came out amazing! We were very satisfied with the product as we ordered solid wood cabinets and they cost less than larger competitors that wanted to sell us cabinets with partical boards on the side. I strongly recommend using CE and definitely would refer you to Jacob!
Eileen Getz: Amazing customer service - Jacob went above and beyond! I arrived at the showroom 15 min before closing and 2 hours later I had a beautiful, affordable Kitchen design. At no point did he make me feel that I was over staying my welcome. He took the time to answer every question and offered great suggestions for my kitchen space.
