Megan Adkins: If you like companies that lie and offer you a $300 pre-paid card for switching services, if you like your service going in and out all day long, if you like rude customer service then this company is for you! Everyone who doesn't like those things stay away! Customer is beyond rude and you have to call them A LOT almost daily! Because you lose service multiple times a day! They are offering you a promotion to switch over to them for a $300 pre-paid visa card after 90 days of service and paying on time, well friends that is a LIE! After 90 days of being ontime they did not honor it and ran around in circles making excuses! Do yourself a favor and just walk away, do not think about doing business with them.
Renee Gismondi: Made 3 installation appointments...still no service. First tech said I needed to schedule professional install. Schedule it and no show. Third appointment, tech contacted me an hour before the scheduled time while I was at work, he said okay when I explained this and that he would be there at my scheduled time...no show. Spent hours on the phone with customer service to no avail.

No box for a month but did receive a BILL that was somewhat of a threat about collection agency for unpaid equipment charges! 225.00 for Telephone Modem and 169.00 for WOW!tv+box. Called customer service and after a very long wait ( not unusual) could barely understand the representative. Only 2 drop off area in the entire state of Michigan. Thank goodness I looked at the google maps because the drop center closest to me looks as if it’s closed. Hoping box comes in mail as I requested for the second time. Shady business for sure. Happy now with Spectrum

Guess I'm going to another company UPDATE: they got my payment method switched over before I had a chance to call around other internet company's. So problem solved for now so I'll move up to 2 stars

Michael Atherton: I’m not a wow customer. One of their installers removed a fake locked padlock from my gate and entered my yard without permission. Used my trash cans. I don’t have wow. No poles or utilities on my property. No door knocking and never said anything to my wife as she was leaving the house. My cameras caught him. My 2 older kids were home. Why was he in my yard? I want him fired. If I was home I would have let him meet my 2 dogs.

Holly: I have been trying to cancel my account with WOW since February, when thankfully moved to a location that we could get internet with a reputable company. I was told that 5-7 days after the billing cycle (March 10th), I would receive a box in the mail at my new address to send the equipment back. I finally got an email that there would be a box sent to me mid April- but not after they charged me for their equipment. Shockingly, they sent the box to the old address. I called 2 different times trying to get a box to return the equipment each time, they said “it will be in the mail in 3-5 business days and never came. I contacted Wow again and was able to speak with a manager - after waiting on hold for 40 minutes and dealing with an awful woman that didn’t want to let me speak with a manager because “she could help me;” we scheduled a technician to come out to the new address to pick the equipment up. THEY SENT THE TECHNICIAN TO THE OLD ADDRESS OVER AN HOUR AWAY. It is now May 1st and I am at a loss on what to do. My auto pay with them was never canceled, I’ve been told that they cannot refund my money for the internet bills they took out of the account because the account was not actually closed until April- although I received emails all of February and March to “come back” & “they’re sorry to see us go.” They cannot refund my equipment until they receive my equipment and if they get it back it will be 4+ weeks. This company is truly awful. They cannot complete even the most minuscule of tasks. I was married and had my last name changed almost a year ago and that has still not been updated. DO ANYTHING YOU CAN TO AVOID SERVICE WITH WOW.

The prices they advertise online don't include their $1 extra charge, and can only be achieved if you have auto payment (though enrolling in autopay doesn't actually lower the price, just makes it so you don't see you're getting stuck with the higher price.

They told me it would take 7-10 business days. Today I received a bill… so I called them and she said did you fill out the return form. I said what return form? Apparently, the person I spoke to weeks ago doesn’t know how to do their job and forget to start a return form. Wow! You guys are a class act!

John Warner: I did a Comcast move/install on 1/19/23 for cable tv (3 boxes), internet and home phone. The Tech said he couldn't install a cable line in the family room I wanted run from the attic down the outside of the wall to the tv. He suggested going with a wireless cable box. I decided to go with 3 wireless boxes but tech didn't have those in his truck. I took the 3 new wired boxes to the Xfinity store to swap for 3 wireless boxes. Nick Alarcon, Sales Consultant, did the swap for me and answered several of my questions. He also gave me his business card with his cell phone number, in case I had more questions.

I didn't wait long for Fred, from this location, to assist! #Blownaway by his professionalism, courtesy and EFFECTIVENESS! Scott Gerhart: Very fast reliable internet. My only complaints are the pricing and one terabyte data cap. Its annoying too have too call and negotiate every year or two. Also not a fan because when people started ditching cable for streaming services Comcast/xfinity increased the cost of internet. The military discount is not that good compared too many other companies. Please don't retaliate Comcast as i am still a customer.In addition to my previous review i am downgradingto 1 star because.... I have had the xfinity home security cameras for 8-9 months and it have never worked and tech after tech come out to fix this and cannot but xfinity will not give me money back for the cameras so i am paying for and owning something that will never work. I spent over 20 hours on the phone, with techs, or by myself trying to pair these camers to my internet with no success, techs say my internet equipment is not compatible with the xfinity home security system cameras and that i need to call customer service to get a refund for camers, i call them and they don't listen to me, we go through another entire troubleshooting process that doesn't work and they force me to have a tech come who cannot do anything and cancels the appointment. I have seriously had it with this greedy company and makes huge profits for only investors and high ups in company. I have no other choice where i live so this nurse/veteran gets to keep paying high costs

Frank NYC: My experience is with Comcast in general, not this store. Comcast uses subcontractors, and we have hand a problem for a few months created by a tech who took the liberty of cutting and disconnecting our home phone cabling leaving us with only one of six jacks working. So far, we are waiting 6 weeks for some one to fix the problem. Comcast does not take responsibility for its subcontractors, and left it up to us to resolve the problem. Comcast supervisors NEVER return telephone calls and provide statuses. Basically, the service is fine until there is a problem and you need to escalate an issue. Comcast has the tendency to make changes without testing them first. They made a change to their network last year that brought down over 500,000 customers and customer service claimed ignorance to any issues. Their apps are buggy, and each update breaks working features. They need to do less offshore support and get resources that know what they are doing.

Two weeks later I get a notification my phone bill is past due! So I called the number and they said this store put it towards my internet bill which I don’t owe a bill!!!! So I went back into the store they gave me the run around for a hour before I had to go back to work! We ask for the store manager he never came out to address us just sent a message to let us know he was sending a email out. They told me to call a 1800 number to no avail. So today again I go into the store I ask for a manager, the sane guy says he is the manager now… ok… so I ask for a manager name over him he refused. Instead he said we can’t refund you, because u left ! Sir I left because your manager had me waiting for a hour never seen him never came out the back to address the issue! So he refused to give me a card he refuse to give me Woodward store number he was real nasty. Nothing but kids working in here. I am literally making a police report and then taking them to court for suffering and time!!!! U have the receipt as well. It was there mistake and I treat me like trash!!!!! Over my money

Tabitha Gean: The 2 gentlemen at this store get 5 stars but the company as a while I wish I got give them negative stars. We downgraded to just internet middle of month. Told us we would get prorated for the days we used both cable and internet which was fine. When the time came for our bill they tried charging us for a whole month for both. Went to one of the many stores they looked into our account and apologized and said we shouldn't have been charged that. They said calling customer service might help since billing department was closed. They hung up multiple times on us and the store associate helping us. The associate caught them lying to him and us. They finally got a supervisor on the line well after 1.5 hrs of her just repeating herself. Was told since it was there fault they would pay it. And our new balance would be such and such for the next time we need to pay and now we are getting fee's attached to our bill and told we still have to pay the original amount or face shut off

Kaitlin Bedro: Brought back a mobile phone xfinity mailed me for no apparent reason. Refused to take it without charging an arbitrary $35, refused to waive the fee, refused to call customer service when I told them I get nowhere on the phone trying to get this back to them. Trying to do the company a favor by returning a piece of tech they mistakenly sent for me, get penalized for it. They acted like I was talking about receiving the device from a separate company. Obnoxious.

After a long wait for customer service (no one else but me in line) and waiting forever for him to tap away on his computer, nothing accomplished. I still have to call xfinity to turn off. Absolutely stupid. Spectrum was able to do this in minutes at a store in a little town up north. Not a big metro store.

My son and I went to the store the first day and we were told that the safe was locked and I would have to come back on Sunday after 12 o'clock. We did just that. When we arrived, we were told that they were out of all phones except Apple Phones. The man knew 100% that we were there the day before for a Samsung phone. The manager told me they had been out of those phones for more than a week. A waste of time!!
