EltorroGuano: Called ahead of time. They said yes, we can get the running boards for your truck and install them but require 50% down to order parts and he needed to see the truck. I came the following day and waited for 15 minutes in their showroom which was completely empty. Decided to call them and let them know I was there. When the phone wrang, someone came out of the back. Then I waited another 10 minutes only to have the gentlemen tell me this was a complicated process, and he couldn't get the running boards until January 2023. I wonder why the installation kit didn't rate the installation process as Expert then? I asked if he could get them on Amazon. Then he said, too much Liability. Listen, if you don't want the job, then just tell me. Don't drag all the way over to you, make me wait then tell me you can't get the parts. Let me just say, this kind of treatment is the reason American Businesses are failing today.

The gentleman who installed the cover was equally as friendly and helpful , I would highly recommend this place for any truck accessories you may need!

Gave 5 stars so people will read this review.Caveat Emptor people read the NEGATIVE REVIEWS...I am not the only person who has had to deal with this Interloper!!!I went elsewhere and found the Part cheap!Without the third degree.These are Tonneau covers and Caps...not space shuttles. Don't buy into this guy's modis operandi. I hung up the phone on him because he would not shut up.

Cold Water Jimmy: Got my cap top manufactured (color matched by the ARE factory) about 2 years ago. I have had many compliments about it and many of them thought it was a GM factory product for Chevy Colorado. Well, it was custom color matched and manufactured by ARE but installed by Steve Gibb's crew at Mid-West Truck Accessories on Grand River.This is how it looks now. It still looks brand new even after 2 years. I had a little issue with one of the top racks and Steve researched it and it was covered by the manufacturers warranty. This is what I call excellent service. Inside the cap, I had his crew install LED lights. At night, these lights make it look like daytime. If you want a quality product coupled with excellent service by professionals, go to Mid-West Truck Accessories. You can't go wrong!!!
