Alisha Ali: I did a mobile order around 8:20 pm. Online and on the app it states that the store closes at 9 pm. When I got there nobody was responding in the drive-thru and all the lights were off, the store was closed. If the store was closed why did the app let me submit my order? I paid for it and everything.

Chris Vanatta: Ten mins sitting in a drive through, 1 car from speaker. They are taking an order, making other cars wait ten mins while they fill the order. I would rather drive 4 miles east to go to a better location. Hire more staff or someone who knows what they’re doing. I worked Tim Hortons for a while on Hallroad so the location was always busy, we would never let our drive through get this bad or the entire store was in trouble. Get it together, making coffee isn’t brain surgery, shouldn’t be this hard.

DragonA GravelTrain: Definitely not friendly to truck drivers. Even though it says open at 4am they don’t open the doors until much later and will tell you that they can not help you even if you make it clear that you are a truck driver and can not possibly fit in their driveway.

Oswaldo Solis: Def wouldnt come here for the food... ordered the chicken panini and it tasted like it was microwaved... it didnt even have the strippes of being presses like the pictures, i ordered it wth coffee and they only put like 2/3 of coffee in the cup, had to tell them to fill it. Some of the tables looked as if no one cleans the lobby. The coffee was good though.
