S L: It was a nice luxurious experience. There was a couple things that bothered me. I was celebrating my college graduation and bday, So my boyfriend got us a room at MGM. But there website wasn’t working for booking, we called them to book. They stated it was our cards that wasn’t working. We tried both my card and his card (2 different banks) and they still blamed us. So we had to pay more to book through Expedia. But once we were there the security was super rude each time. We have CA IDs and we’re both 23. The security insisted that our IDs were fake. They looked at it while giving us sketchy looks, scanned it (which worked) but they continued to check it after the scan with black light and magnifying glass. Then after all that they quizzed us about CA. This was a hassle that occurred 5 times. So I guess MGM loves the elderly more.
Corey Nolan: This places is really top-notch for casinos in Detroit. I'm not a big gambler but my buddies enjoy it. Got my players card and they gave me 5.00 of free play. Won a little on the slots, but gave it back pretty quickly. The food was pretty good, we ate at a new hot chicken place located inside. The valet was great! I forgot my phone at one of the machines and they held the truck out front til we were able to find the phone and get back out the door. So hats off to MGM for a great experience!The bad ...* drink stations could use a little work.* they could have a 15$ craps less table .*****Update *****Was there yesterday and enjoyed the 15$ tables I never thought I would see !

Gutter Barbie: What a welcoming community of bingo folks! I have been wanting to play-SO GLAD MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WAS @Plaza Bingo 12! The professionals working in there were super patient, hustled around and made a fun atmosphere, were nice and made it a great time! They even checked around on us! The people sitting by us were cool and helped us out too! I read a lot of reviews about how some places were not nice to new people and that really turned me off. It does move fast, and there is all these side games that make it interesting, and ramp up winnings. They offered the paper and the electronic board, there is snacks and everything was really clean and comfortable. I can’t wait to go back and play again!

Thomas Biland: It’s a pretty good spot, would be better with pizza and fixing the monitors. They move pretty quick and change games frequently. Lots of regulars, so if your not familiar with operations it can get confusing. Had seen many people accidentally mark wrong cards at wrong times due to in consistency of games, lack of communication and speed at which games are run. Free dobber for first visit, really cool people, get there early for decent seat.

People hold phone conversations on speaker, they yell at the bingo caller if they can’t get there numbers called, smokers smoke directly in front of the the door and non-smokers have to walk through it. They allow people to hold spots in line with bingo Danvers or chairs, and others to get tickets for friends that are sitting down. There really need to be some changes

Erin Welsh: By far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked a king suite for my partner’s graduation from WSU. We called in the morning to inquire about early check-in, however, the woman who answered the phone had nothing but attitude, completely ignored our questions or us talking on the phone and just heavy breather into the microphone…When we arrived to check-in the line was held up by one of the staff flirting with a customer. When we got to our room there were stains all over the carpet and on the bedding. We ordered room service and we’re delivered 2 of everything ordered. When I said I did not order two of everything I was told it was “not her problem” by the person delivering the food and I was still charged for two of everything.Later than evening after coming back to the hotel after going out we placed an order from doordash. The order was left at the front desk. I called down to ask if an order was left and was met with rudeness and when I asked if it could be brought to my room I was told it “wasn’t her job” by the staff member and that “anyone who wants it can just come and take it, we don’t check.”Then when I went to grab our order there were four men (on staff) surrounding the bags that then proceeded to cat call me at 1am- this was extremely uncomfortable as a female by herself.Then the next morning when trying to check out it took 15 minutes to get ahold of the front desk to ask for a luggage cart and another 30 for that luggage cart to arrive.Overall this was a terrible experience and very unprofessional staff. Going forward all of our business will be with MGM and I suggest others take their business there as well

Bob Doe: Great rooms and service. a bit of a maze and haul to actually get to the hotel portion. Wish the casino and hotel complimented each other better. The food here was so-so. great little breakfast diner. Not much in the area so expect to uber everywhere you need to go. May look close on the map but since near a major highway it’s not exactly walkable. Casino is lively with a few bars scattered throughout.Rooms: clean, spacious with a great bathroom. wish there was a microwave.Nearby activities: not much walkable but close uber ride to downtown detroitWalkability: Nothing with a half mile to a mile. Jimmy I: I would NOT recommend. I booked this hotel through Priceline. The Manager GQ is very very nice. The hotel was the worst hotel you can possibly stay at. Look at the pictures I post. It speaks for its self. Shower did not work. No electricity. The have a no pets sign on the door but they 100% allowed dogs. The smell of marijuana through the rooms.

I took it to the front desk to show the manager. The staff said no managers were working. Then refused to look at the BED BUG I HAD CAUGHT AND PUT in a cup. Jo Singleton: We got a handicap assessable room it was disgusting. The room has mold, water damage, and the floors were so dirty!!!!! Our room key constantly doesn’t work. What’s scarier is that when you go to the desk to get a new key they don’t ask for ID or a name for who’s in the room, they just give you a new key. This is our third and LAST time staying at a Days Inn. We’ve stayed at 2 separate locations in the Detroit area while visiting in-laws. Both were terrible. We thought if we went further out they would be better. Wyndham should be ashamed having this location under their brand.

Jonas Marshall: I booked at this hotel because I was from out of town. I was allowed to book with my temporary papers with my face on it as well. I had an amazing stay. So I rebooked the hotel for a later date. They claim they can't take it and turned me away. I was stuck with nowhere to go and have to wait since I booked through a third party to get my money back.The room was renovated and I can say I had no problems with the room.

They have roaches and bed bugs. Management won’t check into any complaint. The rooms are super dusty and dirty. The toilets are broken. The pop machine is always empty. It took my money and the person at the front desk walked away in the middle of the complaint. This place is trashed and if it had an inspection it would be shut down.

Mark Thompson: This hotel should be torn down and rebuilt. The place says smoke free however hallways smell like a 90s dive bar. The floors are uneven and move under your feet. The floors in the room are the same. The room was 80% clean and the bed was the best feature of the whole room and stay. It was not worth $70 for the night I stayed there. I would never take my kids here.

The only downside there was no place for the runners to wait until race time but outside. It was a cold day and it would have been nice for the casino to be open.

Debbie Niemann: Son's wedding was at this venue; although beautiful, it was an extremely hot August day and did not seem they had the A/C at a comfortable temp for wedding party and guests. Elevator not working for handicapped people that attended so it made it almost impossible for these people to go upstairs for the wedding dinner. These are things that future renters must ask if wanting a successful wedding event.

Outdoor concrete's 🎟️🎤👨🏽🎤👩🏿🎤👩🎓👨🎓🍾👰🏼. I'm a photographer so this could be a great place to enjoy. There are no good eateries are a place to walk to enjoy the park if you come to Atlanta you will see that we have the beltline which is awesome a lot of people come there you have so much to see great graffiti places to eat from start to finish. It's somewhere you'll never get tired of. We also have a activity park for the kids and the adults indoor and outdoor and we have a part for the babies and a splash pad for the little kids when it gets to hot and it's safer. No one will drown
