Inactive: To be honest, this is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to in my life. I really enjoyed the cheeseburgers and chili cheese fries, the staff was very friendly and the items here are not too expensive. Highly recommend this place.
Jordan Keyes: Ordered a grilled chicken pita. When I got home there was the smallest amount of chicken possible inside to even call it a chicken pita. And barely even any Tomatoe or Lettuce. With the only ingredients being a pita, chicken, Lettuce and Tomatoe. You would think there would be more than a speck of each for $15. When I opened the box the pita actually looked empty. I bought this so I wouldn't have to cook but there was so little food I have to cook anyways. 30 minutes waiting and $15 wasted.Better go anywhere else. Or just cook yourself. You will have to buy more food elsewhere anyways.P. S. After about 10 minutes after eating I got sick from the little bit of food I did eat. I guess it's good they didn't give me more food. Would have killed me.

Sarah Ostoin: I had a very disappointing experience with Boston Market. I placed an order in advance, hoping to pick it up after my kids' swim class, only to find the restaurant closed without explanation. Despite their website showing that they were open, their open times cannot be trusted to be accurate, and their website won't prevent you from ordering if they are closed. I had to spend additional time and money to find an alternative meal, despite having made prior arrangements. Although they eventually refunded my money, it was not a favor but rather something that should have been done anyway. However, there was no attempt to make up for the inconvenience I endured, nor was there any explanation or reassurance that this would not happen again in the future. I am still waiting for my money to be returned As a result, I cannot recommend Boston Market and give them a one-star rating."
Robyn Anderson: Guessing this location is next on it's way out. Not sure if new management or what but Boston Market out of chicken in the middle of the day 2 weeks ago. No bread the week before that. Today, they are serving dry, old looking mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, soup, rice and (1) pot pie. NOTHING else. Don't bother with this location. Wasted trip.

Ka Po: These mashed potatoes are instant and they are gross. They are going in to the garbage. The used to be real potatoes and tasty. What happened. Boston Market is expensive and the food has really declined. No wonder the restaurant chain is in trouble.

C H: Edit: It's been over a week and I have yet to receive my refund.Been here a few times, and unfortunately this location is the best nearby me.Food is good, but unfortunately many times now I've gone in and they either ran out of food or were too lazy to make it at the end of the night.I wish they had a system set up where you aren't able to order food from them if they're out. Now they've given me the roundabout to get a refund back from them.
