Iam Keva: This is my first time eating at THIS location on Vandyke & 696... I first ate at The Crab House many years ago at their location on 7 Mile and Evergreen area and that was when the small crab leg dinners were $9.99 when they first opened up. I remember living in Clinton Township on 16 Mile road and Groesbeck and driving all the way to 7 Mile and Evergreen several times a month. The food was good at this location customer service was pretty good. My picture isn't the best picture because the lighting was terrible (sorry about that and my daughter tilted the bag and they rearranged the food and some of sauce spilled out. One daughter loves the eggs and my other daughter wanted a piece of chicken with her fried catfish) but it tasted really delicious. It was fresh and hot. The wait wasn't too long and you can also dine in. The dining area is fairly large and it was clean. I recommend this place and I will be returning.

Tarhonda Stinson: My first visit and I enjoyed the customer service as well as the food. I was taken care of by Charles a.k.a. Chuck who took the time to prepare my meal in spite of the fact that they are closed on Sunday and Mondays. He was there prepping the Chili for the following day when he noticed me pulling on the door. I love Salmon so I ordered a dinner which included a garlic baked potato corn on the cob and a egg. I waited 15-20 minutes max and it was worth the wait. The Salmon was tender and well seasoned. Everything was good and I can't wait to go back! The reviews had me nervous but I'm glad I had my own experience.

Carl Jackson: Horrible just horrible. Spent $52 on a measly ribeye dinner. I wanted asparagus, they were out of course. So I chose broccoli,HOLD THE HUGE BLACK HAIR. WITH ME HAVING RED HAIR I was disgusted. A long black kinda curly hair just Marinated in my broccoli. Place needs to be shut down for a deep cleaning and a re-training. No quality at all dog food.

N Smith: I ordered the crab fries. They were made with what looked like Ore-Ida crinkled fries with a small amount of crab meat and cheese on top. For the price, I expected more. This location also needs a DEEP cleaning. It was filthy and didn’t look like it’d been cleaned in months.

Justin David: Value! Service was kind, accommodating and knowledgeable about the menu which is VERY fairly priced. The food was wonderfully seasoned and portioned as well. The restaurant was clean with nice and fun decor. Can’t wait to be back.

Keelah Hawkins: I called a week prior to the date I wanted to come in with a group of 15+ and was told to call the day before so that they can be prepared. When i called i was then told because they had a issue with servers that i had to pay a $300 deposit to come the next day. There were no accommodations made just flat out told no unless i pay $300. I then called back after telling them no i was not paying that large deposit fee to speak to a manager, i was put on hold and then told he left for the day. You just lost out on great money now and later. Smh Get it together.

MIchael Maiani: Ordered here and I got the snow crab and lobster meal. Both were incredibly small to the point where they may as well have been samples at a taste test. My lobster tail had 4 whole bites of meat in it with a completely empty shell and the crab legs were so thin and small there was barely anything worth picking through. Biggest waste of $ I've ever spent on food.

Jallon Johnson: Our overall experience was really good we came early dinner around 4:00, and at this time the restaurant was not filled to capacity a few tables but what I found is we bring the crowd and we did! The food was decent my one disappointment is that the crab legs have gotten way smaller over the years so it's not really quality, but the taste is fine the rest of the food was average in portions, still love to come here especially since they remodeled the new look really brings an upbeat vibe. My drink was made excellent hats off to the bartender! This was an enjoyable experience the waitress was attentive making sure we had everything we needed. She checked on us frequently I can truly appreciate that.
