So dry and stringy, half of the 2 kinds I bought weren't even edible. They were clearly either frozen and reheated or they had been sitting under a lamp for way too long. Believe what others are saying. Don't waste your time.

They could've told the people their food wasn't ready yet and to come back inside after 10 mins to keep the lobby clear. Covid is not gone. Staff problems may be an issue but there are smart ways to implement efficiency such as check food rack and if your name isn't there then it's not ready so come back in 10 mins, something like that. Common sense... Next time I'll go to the Roseville location.

Lauren Rao: I’ve never met a bad wing until now. Ordered through doordash and received smoked wings in four different flavors though we didn’t order smoked at all. (Went back and looked at the order to make sure.) The sauces weren’t enjoyable and the allege *hot* Cajun dry rub wasn’t even mild. In fact, the lemon pepper and Cajun dry rub tasted almost identical since there was so little flavor on them. We won’t be ordering from here again.*Edit. In response to the owner's response: despite my order being seemingly incorrect with the addition of smoked, that doesn't change the fact that the seasonings themselves were not good. I stand by the fact that the "hot cajun dry rub" was mild at best.

I'm willing to bet those gloves where not changed. in 30 minutes of waiting I seen 2 carry out orders completed. one customer talk to Mgr and orders came out real quick. like 4 in a row.

Tasteless. Garlic parmesan was what I got. The only picture I took was of the over cooked fries. Consider yourself warned. The coke was good. No recommendations here. Just don't get the sandwich.

Employees announced several times "just waiting" on fries for everyone's orders. 4 other people waiting. At the 40 minute mark went back to counter. Order was up and ready on their metal shelves getting cold. Never ever did they call out any orders being ready and there were 5 or 6 on the shelf NOW! Horrible service for waiting customers that were patiently and quietly waiting.

I warned him to avoid this location and he made an error. This was 8:30 p.m. on a Sunday and when he arrives nobody is there and it's closed. According to the phone prompt (answering machine) and their Google listing they're supposed to be open until midnight on Sunday. The unfortunate part is that he was able to place an order on the website for a store that was not open, now he has to try and get his money back because his c.c. was already charged as the order was confirmed received and confirmed ready for pick-up on the website.Just atrociously operated location and I refuse to go back. Mistakes happen on missing items sure, but missing half an order twice, being rude, and all of this other nonsense with the store hours is too much. I really do not post reviews often, but being in the kitchen industry myself, I cannot help but warn everyone else from being a patron here.
