Bradley Method & Breastfeeding with Bridgette: what do users think?
Briana Ramirez: Bridgette’s class was absolutely wonderful. She is so knowledgeable, answers all your questions, and the class was very engaging. This class really helped us to feel prepared and we highly recommend taking it!
Megan Crawford: I really believe Bridgette's Bradley Method birth class made all the difference for my labor and birth experience! She is an incredible and competent teacher and you can tell she enjoys what she does. Bridgette was always open to questions and offering support outside of class hours. This class gave my husband and I the tools and knowledge to have a natural labor and birth at home. Not only was this class helpful for labor and birth, but it was so informational regarding pregnancy, postpartum, and newborn days. We also used Bridgettes lactation consultation services which immensely helped our breastfeeding journey. I would 1000% recommend (and have done so) that every expecting couple take this class!
Sammi Pretznow: I had no idea how much I didn’t know. The class was so informative and encouraging. I couldn’t recommend taking her class more.
Hailey Monroe: Absolutely changed our lives as first time parents taking Bridgette's class! She is SO knowledgable and is happy to provide studies & extra info. We felt like we learned everything necessary and beyond. Highly recommend!
Cristian Tatu: I just want to say that, before this classes I never thought that as a future father i can learn and be educated so much. Bridgette is the most amazing teacher. If you really care about your baby, being a good parent, be educated, and being confident before birth, take the classes. You will appreciate it all your life.
Christine Mick: The Bradley birth classes Bridgette taught helped me prepare for the non-medicated vaginal birth that I was hoping for! Her class was extremely informative, it included all styles of learning and was very engaging, it was easy to remember everything that we learned even though we covered a lot. Bridgette is very knowledgeable and can answer all of your questions with confidence. She was easy to work with as far as scheduling and always easy to get a hold of. I took this class wanting to be prepared because I was originally planning on having a home birth, but in the very end of my pregnancy my blood platelets dropped too low and I had to start planning a hospital birth. Bridgette helped me with my birth plan. Because of this class, I felt very informed about all of my options and all of my rights as a patient. I also felt very comfortable and at ease that my significant other was well informed and could fully advocate for me when I was in the throes of labor, even though he didn’t know too much about birth other than the basics when we started. It teaches all about how your husband/partner/coach can play an active role in helping you through labor from massage and positioning to understanding the phases of labor and how to encourage you through them. We also covered quite a bit about breastfeeding. Even in the hospital I was able to have a completely non-medicated natural birth and start our breastfeeding journey out strong with an easy recovery for everyone. All in all, this class was invaluable and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is considering it.
Kelsey girardot: Bridgette is wonderful! Even though the class is a major time commitment, we absolutely loved it. We learned so much and feel prepared for our upcoming birth. Bridgette made class engaging and is so knowledgeable. We truly enjoyed our time in these classes and recommend them to everyone looking into reclaiming their power and striving to experience a physiological birth.
Hannah Dewar: My husband and I are so thankful for Bridgette’s class! We consider ourselves to be naturally-minded people when it comes to the health of our family, but we didn’t realize how much there is to learn about natural childbirth. This class answered many questions, about healthy pregnancy, labor and delivery, the postpartum experience, breastfeeding, and how to set up our baby for life-long health. This class also helped ease fears and concerns around birth, and has overall helped us to feel empowered about our birth. Bridgette is an excellent instructor, open to any and all questions, and makes labor and delivery something to look forward to instead of something that is often viewed with dread. I truly cannot imagine not having this information as we approach the birth of our baby!
Haley Sturza: Bridgette and her class are amazing! This is such a great informative and supportive place to learn. It really helped us prepare for our natural birth to come!
Melinda Hufstetler: Bridgette is an amazing Bradley teacher! My husband and I learned so much for our upcoming birth. You’d think we’d already know a bunch from already being a first time parent but absolutely not! We are so much more prepared for this birth than our last one thanks to Bridgette!
Dan Patton: Extremely worthwhile class! We knew very little going in about pregnancy and the birthing process, and we leave every class session feeling so much more prepared and empowered for this experience. Bridgette is an excellent instructor and makes the class sessions fun and interactive. It has absolutely been worth our time and money to make the trip from Port Huron to Center Line each week. 100% would recommend!
Heather Copeland: Bridgette is extremely professional and easy to communicate with! I originally was referred to Brigette by my midwife and took her breast feeding class. As a first time mom, the class was so helpful in setting the foundation for the breast feeding journey I was planning for my son! Once he was finally here, I was struggling with his latch. I did not hesitate to reach out to Bridgette and had her come to the house for a consultation. This consultation gave me such a sense of relief and Bridgette was able to show me hands-on the concepts she taught in her class. I am so thankful to have her as a resource during this time and would highly recommend her services to anyone wanting to learn more about breast feeding!!
Daniel Comboni: Bridgette was an amazing instructor. My wife and I were expecting our first baby and had no idea what delivery and breastfeeding looked like. It involves much more than most people think. This class was a pathway that God provided for us to prepare for such an intense and wonderful event. I would highly recommend this class to all new parents!
Luke Holmes: Thanks to the Bradley Birthing Method and Bridgette's excellent instruction, my wife and I were able to have our first baby completely naturally and unmedicated at the Alternative Birthing Center in Southfield! If you're a couple that is considering natural childbirth and wants to feel prepared going into it, this course is ABSOLUTELY worth your time and money. As a husband with no prior experience or knowledge related to pregnancy/birth, this 12-week course equipped me with loads of knowledge and allowed me to be a great coach for my wife during labor. Not to mention, Bridgette is also a certified Lactation Consultant and has been an awesome resource to my wife who is navigating breastfeeding our newborn.
Jennifer Briske: I can’t recommend this class enough for expecting parents! Very informative and balanced. You of course will learn how to achieve a natural birth, but it will also help prepare you for all situations. Bridgette is an amazing and supportive instructor. Even weeks after the class she answers questions quickly and supports parents.
Michele Oberholtzer: My husband and I planned a home birth so we enrolled in this class to make sure we had extra education to prepare us for the additional responsibilities we were taking on. When instead we ended up in the hospital and an emergency c section, we found ourselves using what wed learned OVER and OVER again to navigate this unexpected and rather dramatic turn of events. Bridgette is extremely knowledgeable and very caring. It's a lot of time but you will learn so much and you need all the gel you can get if you want a natural birth in the current era!
Alexandra Christenson: Bridgette's breastfeeding basics class was incredibly informative. It's a must for any mom planning on breastfeeding.
Jennifer Brown: Bridgette is awesome! She is friendly and knowledgeable. Her class helped us prepare for the births of both of our babies. She also assisted us with lactation support with baby #1. And she has been supportive and encouraging through the years anytime I message her with a question for myself or even a friend. Highly recommend!!
Katie Koch: If it weren’t for the Bradley classes my husband and I took with Bridgette, I never would have had the birth I wanted at home. I was originally planning a hospital birth with an OB but as I went through the classes, I realized there was so much I didn’t know. Once I learned about all my birth options, I realized that a home birth would be better and I made the switch in the middle of my pregnancy. Not only did Bridgette do an amazing job of teaching my husband and I about our options and rights, she directed me to an amazing midwife who took care of me and my baby the rest of my pregnancy and postpartum. She has also been a great resource and help with breastfeeding!
Nicole Elliott: We took Bridgettes birthing class and I firmly believe she is the reason we were able to have the home birth we desired! She is so knowledgeable and continues to support you after the class! Anytime I have a question or concern she is always there to help. Highly recommend!!
Jennifer Papuga: My husband and I are due with our first baby any time now. We took Bridgette's Bradley classes and feel like they have been extremely informative and helped us prepare for this upcoming labor and dilivery. My husband and I enjoyed being in person and hands on. Over the 12 weeks, we feel these classes helped give us tools to mentally and physically prepare for labor and dilivery. These classes have helped my husband and I also understand on a deeper level what we are going through and the changed and what to expect as pregnancy and labor and dilivery progress. He is excited to be an active part in the birth of our baby and I feel these classes have helped give him this confidence and deeper understanding to coach and be there for me. Bridgette has many years of knowledge and it shows in many ways with her evidence based answers and throughout explanation of concepts. We really enjoyed her upbeat energetic personality and her prepared laid out easy to understand and follow instructions each class. We highly recommend these classes for anyone who is expecting. Hospital or home birth. If you are looking for ways to successfully have a more natural centerd birth or even lactation support.. if you are pregnant this is a great investment. We were even given the Inshurance coads and the courses we either fully or partially covered by inshurance. If your searching for a child birth educator, you really have stumbled on one of the best. I've been in birth work for quite a long time and can say from a professional and personal experience Bridgette is truly helping many families and I highly recommend her.

Birthing Center - Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital: what do users think?
Iohla Conway: Poked 5x preparing for C-section smh anesthesia experience terrible staff...uum soso... wasn't pleased with room left there sick smh bad cold after having a baby felt terrible for 3 long days at home smh...no response to letter written to hospital.
Lisa Belden: Inside the main hospital. I just went to use the ATM
Nathan Greer: Disgusting horrible bedside manor "with most not all" cleanliness was horrible I had to ask a nurse to pickup a dirty open needle on the floor it's crazy how nasty some of the hospitals really are .....
Jerrel Lewis: Horrible hospital. Went to emergency and the Dr was weird and creepy and diagnosed me with “Colitis” a viral infection and told me it was nothing they could do. A month later. Come to find out my gallbladder was shot. Had to go to a Henry Ford to find that out. Not to mention my weddings in 6 weeks and I had to have emergency surgery and Ascension sent me home with Tylenol. What a joke of a hospital! Stay away
Afjal Hussain: My cousin worked there for a few months, and the workers and manager were really unpleasant, and everyone did whatever they wanted. Manager wasn't a manager at all. He or she was basically telling others what to do and acting more like a friend than a manager. He or she also has own favorites. So, if you wish to work or be seen at this facility, I would advise against it. I strongly advise against it.
Angi Smith: Keep your loved ones far from here. They told my grandmother she was perfectly fine 2 days ago..she died today due to hospital neglect. They don't care about you here. Disturbingly careless staff and doctors. Run far away from them
Musleh Uddin: Simply the worst hospital ever. Never come here.
Yon Broda: Worst hospital ever, and I was born here! Everytime I go without fail they take 6 hours for the entire visit, I've sat next to a man that had his femur sticking out that was waiting for 15 minutes before I got in and he still didn't get to go in the back for another 15. Please if you value your life and it's an actual emergency don't go here, you'll die
Benjamin Lobur: Not very fast
Kathy Pallarito: This hospital and its medical staff killed my husband with their negligence, incompetence and carelessness. Voicing my concern to Margaret White in Patient Relations, she told me that my husband wasn't the only person to die of Covid, she has the compassion of a rattlesnake! Out of 5 stars, this hospital rates a 1.8, my dog's veterinarian has a rating of 4.5! This hospital has had a bad reputation for patient care going back to when it was known as South Macomb.
Simon: Dr Fishman is the man.
Katie Wallace: WORST EMERGENCY ROOM EVER. Waited over 4 hours until I finally threw in the towel and left. Many others had been waiting much longer and just as angry. My whole right side of my stomach is inflamed and sore to the touch. Guess I’ll have to take my chances because there’s absolutely no chance in receiving help at this hospital . Never never again.
sarkar sayem: I wish I could give -10 if possible. Worst hospital system ever. Their behavior is very unprofessional and they no transparency at all. If you want your relatives to die, bring them here.
Harun Ali: My dad admitted for stomick pain and they waching him four days, there is no change about my dad health and getting worse his pain . After that I dicided to change hospital and move to Troy Beaumont . Sorry to say that please avoid this hospital and 00000 star for there service .one of the worse hospital in MI ...
George Matus: I highly recommend staying away from this hospital. They charge 10x what they should for items and refuse to work with you at all financially. They also force their religious views on you with morning prayers over the speakers, parking spots for clergy instead of pregnant women, and limit what doctors associated with the hospital can do for patients. Many doctors here are rude and condescending to their co-workers and patients.
andrea kenealy: I gave birth July 8 2020 to a beautiful perfect baby girl. I had gone in because of preclampsia. It was the most terrifying experience HOWEVER the staff was AMAZING. More than amazing really. All the nurses and doctors- Papple, Barcardi, Kassab, Tumaneng, and all the nurses. Edie the nurse was the one who helped during my crazy labor- I had a team- but she let me squeeze her hand. I can’t say enough amazing things. I love all of you and am extremely grateful.
Bobby McCarthy: Awful "hospital". Medical care is lacking, actual doctors aren't here, they ordered a CT scan, after over 3 hours of waiting, we're about to leave. Tomorrow, we're going to Henry Ford. Never again will we come to this place.
dorothy shader: Cameron, ER resident was the nicest, most caring person when my sister was in the ER.Will make a wonderful doctor. St. John Macomb has the nicest, caring staff of doctors, nurses, staff, and although they're under a lot of pressure, positive and your not just a patient to them like many hospitals. Your a person first. During one of the most difficul times of my life this past week with my sisters diagnosis, she has nothing but good things to say about the staff. Me too, thank you St. John Macomb!! This isn't the birthing center ER, don't know how it got listed here. Regular ER
Cesar Torres: Great nurses and doctors. Thanks for helping me
Humayun Rashid: The nurse name 'Kelsey' is just a great nurse and a good human being! My brother Hassan Rashid hospitalized due to bad epilepsy seizure. He has mental disability but the Nurse kelsey gave a great care to him. She tried to understand my brother's immature and disabled behavior by talking with me so that she could get him and give him a good care. She communicated with family and try to gather information about his behavior so that she could give him proper care. She was very conscious about the feeding of my brother because my mentally disabled are not able to communicate and he has language barrier too. Kelsey tried to feed him on proper time, game him extraordinary care. I am so grateful to get her as my brothers nurse for two day time shifts. She is just awesome! Kelsey, thank you for everything you did!
Ron A: Went to er talked to a doctor for a total of 30 seconds. They gave me wrong diagnosis and charged me over 5 grand to just tell me to see a urologist

HypnoBirthing with Elizabeth Ireland: what do users think?
claire cannon: I had the most wonderful experience giving birth and it is because of this class and Elizabeth! She is so genuine and answered every single question I had no matter how small or silly. With this course I was able to be in control of my birthing experience, understand what was happening to my body, and have the unmedicated birth I was dreaming about. It all went according to plan and perfectly! I would not have been able to do all of this without Elizabeth and Hypnobirthing. It is worth the money since this will be the most important experience of your life thus far! Remember you spend thousands on a wedding - you should absolutely invest in your pregnancy and birth! Thank you Elizabeth! I will definitely take a refresher course with baby #2! Education is power!
Stephanie Illian: HypnoBirthing with Elizabeth Ireland was a total game changer for me during the birthing of baby #3! Her compassionate delivery of the educational material makes it accessible and easily implementable . The surge breathing technique completely changed how I experienced my labor. And my physical post-partum experience has been completely different than that of my first two labors. If you have any doubt as to whether or not you should consider taking the course, DO IT!!! No matter what number birth this is for you. There is immense power in education! And Elizabeth is fantastic, knowledgeable & passionate about helping you achieve the birthing experience you desire!!!!
kimberly fox: Elizabeth was fantastic! We did a private in home class with her and I feel that it was 10000% worth it to prepare myself and my husband for what is to come with our labor and birth!Going into her class, I was dead set on getting an epidural and just going with the flow of what the doctors/nurses told me was routine. After her class, I feel way better informed and prepared to make decisions based on what is best for both me and baby! On top of that, I feel prepared to go into labor and not need an epidural! This class didn’t just help inform and prepare me, but it also helped prepare my husband. Not just for our birth, but also for the weeks leading up! Taking this class allowed him to become way more involved in the process and has helped me feel supported in more ways than one through my pregnancy!I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Elizabeth and her class and what it has done to help me feel prepared for birth! If you are on the fence about taking the class, just do it!!!
Courtney Faraday: Such a great experience! I would highly recommend this class before giving birth!
Kathryn Lafrinere: Cannot say enough good about Elizabeth!! She had an incredible wealth of knowledge and positive, gleaming energy that helped guide us through our first pregnancy journey! Elizabeth was very approachable throughout the course and really took the time to explain everything in great detail. We feel more than ever ready for our baby's arrival thanks to her and are looking forward to a positive birth experience using the tools and techniques she taught us!
Heather Seitz: As first time parents Elizabeth helped my husband and I feel more comfortable and give us more confidence to have the natural birth that we want. We did one on one skype sessions with her which I would highly recommend. It was so nice not having to leave our home after work to attend a class. She was very patient and enthusiastic which helped me relax about the delivery process and now I am looking forward to it! I cannot recommend Elizabeth enough.
Ashley Haack: Being first time parents Elizabeth really helped my husband and I gain knowledge and confidence in the ability to become great parents. She was very compassionate and understanding to our specific needs and wants and catered the class to us. She made me understand that no matter how my birth may end up it will still be peaceful and calm because I have control and will make it that way
Emilyjane928 Emily: Elizabeth's passion and enthusiasm for birth really shines through. She has a 'no fear' take and really helps you understand how the body is meant to work during natural birth. Highly recommend!!!
Brittany Smith: Elizabeth was great and very helpful! I would highly recommend her for a hypnobirthing class!

Birthing By Calm HypnoBirthing Childbirth Classes with Tiffany Timmins: what do users think?
Alyssa Lewis: I didn’t have a pain free labor experience (thanks back labor) but I was able to stay calm using the tools and methods learned in Tiffany’s class. I recommend her to all of my friends who want to have a natural birth.
Dipo Owoiya: We are glad we found Birthing by Calm. Tiffany made the class very informative and also plenty of options that a lotof women didn't know once we started asking associates. It is essentialfor women to take a class with Tiffanyto understand the birthing process from a mothers perspective with guiding resources in making a more rounded decisions for both the mother and the father. We learnt a few things the makes this pregnancy a lot easier than our first. You won't regret taking this class.
Maria Kuczynski: I am so grateful to have found this class to be a part of for my second birth. My first birth went well but I did have an epidural and unfortunately suffered complications afterwards. I wanted a different experience for my second birth and wanted to do it naturally and when I heard about this class I wanted to take it to have every tool in my tool belt to have an enjoyable natural delivery and boy did it deliver! My second delivery came fast and the feeling of my body knowing exactly what to do and when to do it and to simply focus on my breathing was a game changer. I was in awe of women’s bodies after my first baby and even more so after my second and cannot thank Tiffany enough! I would recommend this class to anyone wanting to have an amazing powerful birth experience!
Matana Wanarojee: We recently took class with Tiffany and really enjoyed it. This will be our first, so we really didn't have any experience going in. We feel much more prepared, educated and confident. Thank you so much Tiffany!!
Elizabeth Lang: I highly recommend taking Tiffany’s hypnobirthing course! I enjoyed that the course was a series of classes that allowed my husband and I to process the information we learned at each class and be able to follow up and ask questions at the next. I very much enjoyed having the opportunity to take this course in person as Tiffany worked with us on breathing and relaxation techniques.Having taken two other general birth classes (each just one session), I feel the most informed, prepared and confident after finishing hypnobirthing with Tiffany. I now understand how my body was built for birth, how to trust my birthing body, and options I may be presented with in the hospital setting. My husband gained a great deal from this course and how he can be a supportive birthing partner. In addition, Tiffany provides helpful resources that are included with the course fee such as the Hypnobirthing: The Mongan Method book by Marie Mongan (creator of hypnobirthing) and relaxation/affirmation audios.Thank you, Tiffany, for sharing hypnobirthing with me and my husband!
Claudia Thomas: this class truly saved me. i found bbc for my second pregnancy, due to having a very traumatic first birthing experience .. i wanted to branch out and try hypnobirthing and Tiffany made the class absolutely worth it. She gave so much insightful information and advice on how to advocate for myself and help me forgive and move past the trauma of my first birth experience. I can honestly say that I feel very confident and safe this pregnancy due to Tiffany’s guidance! So much love for her! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Margaret Zack: I had terrible experiences during my first two births and for my third I wanted to be more prepared. Not to make sure everything went right, but knowing that there will always be things out of my control, I wanted to know how I could be confident and flexible and calm during my labor. Tiffany helped my husband and I understand the options that we have for birth, how to know what was right for US and our baby, and express that to our midwife. The practices we learned in our private class showed us what was possible and we were able to put them to use not only during the labor, but to stay calm and collected on the weeks leading up to our birth.Of course, the birth did not go as perfectly as we wanted, but we were able to stay focused and make decisions as we went along, and vocalize and set boundaries with the medical staff at our hospital. Because of Birthing by Calm, I was able to have such a healing birth experience and our little one’s first breaths were in a beautiful calm environment where she felt loved and cared for. I am so grateful I learned to trust and honor my incredible body and that my husband learned exactly what to do to support me and the baby through preparation, surges, birth and beyond. I am still using what I learned and our little one is almost 3 months old!Thank you so much!
Katie Bush: My husband and I took Tiffany’s class prior to the birth of our second child. We had a home birth planned and wanted to be as knowledgeable and prepared as possible. The techniques and positive outlook surrounding birth was empowering. I appreciated that the class taught new parents that they have the authority to make educated decisions on their own regarding their pregnancy, birth and baby. I wish I had taken hypnobirthing before going into the hospital with my first baby. Knowledge is power and Tiffany’s class definitely helped put me in the right headspace for birthing. If we have baby #3, I will definitely be following the same path. Thanks for the tools and guidance that helped pave the way towards our ideal birth. They were indispensable.
Christy Greb: Tiffany is amazing! As a first time Mom she made it possible to go into the unknown of labor and delivery with so much calm and confidence and continues to offer support beyond just the class if she can. Great place to also meet other parents and feel empowered in pursuing the birthing experience and journey that feels best for you and your baby!
Josh Corr (TSL Outdoors): This class was such a blessing! Such a calm environment and we met great people. Hypnobirthing really helped to heal my past birth traumas in an attempt to have a homebirth for my 3rd. Although I ended up having a much needed csection, I was able to stay positive and calm throughout the whole process and even postpartum. Where I would’ve considered this birth traumatic in the past, I definitely feel the complete opposite and have hypnobirthing to thank for that! Baby came out so calm and barely ever cries. What an awesome life-changing experience and knowledge that I can use in daily life now. Thank you so much!
Matt Young: My wife and I signed up for hypnobirthing not knowing really what to expect and we can not recommend it more. Tiffany put both of our minds at ease about the childbirth process and encourage an overall positive mindset for not only going through the birthing process but you can carry the lessons learned throughout other aspects of life.My wife ended up needing a C-section because our little man was breech but we were still able to use many of the calming influences to stay on track leading up to, during and after birth.Hypnobirthing is a no-brainer in our opinion for anyone expecting a little one! We will be huge advocates moving forward.
Shane Trantham: Highly recommend the class. My wife and I did the free workshop to make sure it was a good fit. Tiffany was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. If you have thoughts about HypnoBirthing at all, try the free workshop.
Whitney Lawn: *Update* This class changed my entire outlook on the birthing experience and helped me to stay calm and trust my body when I had my baby girl in January. It was a better experience than I could have ever imagined. The breathing techniques helped me breathe through the surges and what I learned in the class helped me to be confident enough to trust my body. I am here to tell you it is absolutely possible to have a beautiful birthing experience, without pain, without induction, and without medication. If you are on the fence about taking her class, do it!! Thank you Tiffany 3My husband and I took Tiffany's hypnobirthing course recently and it was wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and taught us a lot of invaluable tools to prepare for the birth of our little one. She was able to help me put aside my fears and truly look forward to the birthing experience. We don't live nearby so it was a bit of a drive but absolutely worth it. Tiffany has a very calming way about her and has a sense of humor as well. I highly recommend taking her course, whether you want a natural birth, learn helpful tools and breathing techniques, advocate for yourself at the hospital, and/or set aside your fears and trust your body.
teia irwin: TIffany was an excellent instructor in HypnoBirthing. She was wonderful at accommodating our crazy schedule too. I feel much more confident for our delivery day.
Sarah: Tiffany went above and beyond, taking her time to privately address a few concerns of mine that were getting in the way of my envisioning a pain free, natural birth. She really wants to support women in achieving the birth of their dreams. Check out her videos on YouTube by searching Birthing by Calm, for a great introduction to Tiffany and her philosophy.
Maria Melistas: Before taking this course I was nervous about birthing for the first time unmedicated! After the course, I felt so prepared I didn't even have questions at the end of the course. I'm comfortable with the whole process now and am excited to welcome my little one! Tiffany goes above and beyond and makes you feel very comfortable! You wont regret signing up!
Keely Bules: My husband and I took Tiffany’s class in preparation for our third baby. She is spectacular! She has a very warm and comforting presence about her. I had never felt so confident about giving birth before. We had the most amazing birthing experience and we owe it all to Tiffany! Thank you so much!
eleni tikkanen: Just finished my hypnobirthing course with Tiffany and it exceeded my expectations! Everything I’ve ever been scared about since I was a little girl about giving birth has gone out the window. She gave me the confidence to ask questions when necessary, and the confidence in my body to know what it’s doing when it comes to birthing! I’ve yet to have my baby, but I’m going in to it feeling ready & excited for the journey. Thank you so much Tiffany!!
Linda Morphew: This experience was more than I expected. Hypnobirthing techniques/philosophy is valuable in itself, but Tiffany's demeanor and ability to engage people was critical to how valuable the experience was for me. It helped me better understand childbirthing and my options. it helped me to believe that natural childbirth does not have to be unusual or scary or painful, as that is generally what the culture surrounding childbirth trains you to believe. What I learned and practiced will go well beyond childbirth. It helped to develop positive thinking, acceptance, confidence, and relaxation that I will use from now and beyond having my child. I just finished the classes a week ago and although I have not yet birthed my child, the effects on my state of being, letting go of things that have been holding me down, and feelings of calm happiness are apparent. I went into it excited and as a self-advocate already, so I know it may be a different experience for others, but if you go into Tiffany's class with an open mind to learn and an allowance for unfettered hypnosis/relaxation, wonderful things could happen to you too. Thank you, Tiffany!
April-Rose Flynn: Hypnobirthing gave me better confidence in myself and letting me know it's okay to push when you want/feel you need to, that you don't have to wait for them to say it's okay. To listen to your body. That's what helped the most from my experience! We learned so much! Thank you Tiffany, you have great talent in what you do with hypnobirthing!
Jafar Amin: We took hypoTiffany’s birthing class and it was an eye opening experience to say the least.Frankly speaking , as new parents we couldn’t ask more and we learned a lot about natural birth, breathing techniques and relaxation. I highly recommend her class 😊

Tabitha Walford: Ashely is just an amazing woman and teacher. I love the atmosphere she sets for the classes and she knows exactly what us momma's (especially first time momma's) need to know!! I loved the class and the book that she gave with it and in just 5 or so weeks we will be meeting our baby girl by using all of these tips and methods to having a calm and positive birth!! I cant thank ashley enough and when my friends eventually start having their own babies I will highly recommend this class!!
Riley Dillard: We loved the class. Ashley was very knowledgeable and helpful even outside of class times.
Katie Valley: My birth partner and I had such a positive experience taking the hypnobirthing classes with Sam. We both feel prepared and informed going into labor and delivery and look forward to sharing our birthing story soon!
Andrea Rentz: Sam was really great. She is passionate about educating and empowering couples to have the birth of their dreams. Even though my birth ended up with a gentle c-section instead of the water birth I had hoped for, the information and coping skills this class taught me allowed my partner and I to make informed decisions and process our emotions in the moment. I highly recommend this class and am so grateful to have gone through it.
christina ross: This was a great series of classes to help an expecting couple prepare for childbirth. I felt much more confident and connected to the process after this course. I would highly recommend it. Ashley was a fun and relatable teacher and you can’t beat the opportunity to connect with other couples we are going through all the same things that you are. We were thrilled to bring baby Desmond into the world safety and calmly without the use of any drugs. It was a beautiful process that I will cherish forever. This class really helped us achieve our goal.
Elizabeth Tokar: Can’t recommend enough. Tori was amazing and tailored our sessions to our situation (previous surgery, etc). We have felt so much more confident and prepared with their assistance.
Jessica Pack: Highly recommend! My husband and I feel so much more informed after our 5 weeks of classes with Tori. We felt welcomed, understood, and cared for. We are so excited to welcome our little guy into the world, free of fear! Thank you so much Tori! ❤️
Alesha Biggs: I highly recommend. Ashley was extremely helpful and informative. My fiancé and I have so much peace stepping into this next chapter after attending the hypnobirthing class.
Angela: After reading a book on hypnobirthing, my husband and I decided to take a class with Ashley in preparation for our first baby (she’ll be arriving in a few months!). We had an amazing experience! Ashley is so knowledgeable and helpful, and the class was very holistic in nature. She talks about not just hypnobirthing but everything a couple could want to know about having a natural, healthy labor, breastfeeding, and postpartum experience. I highly recommend!
Amanda Lind: Loved working with Alyssa in Brighton! She clearly has a true passion for what she does and all of the information in class was very nicely complimented by her stories from her work as a birth doula. It was super easy to get a long with her and become friends throughout the process. We feel A LOT more confident going into our birth experience and like we got a lot of information that we would not have gotten through the generic hospital class. Also love that Alyssa has offered to be a resource going forward if we have any additional questions that come up - after all there is a lot of information to learn and take in. Can't wait to put our learnings to practice!
Frances Murphy: I am so thankful for this hypnobirthing class. It opened my eyes to a side of birth that we don't normally see and provided me with confidence in giving birth to our first baby.
Chuck Edwards: Danielle is not only crazy knowledgeable, she's also an amazing person. My wife and I hired her to educate us on birthing options, doctors and hospitals. She came to our home, making it super convenient. She provided us all the ins n out of everything to know regarding giving birth in Metro Detroit. She sent a follow-up email outlining what we talked about. Coolest part is long after she had gotten our pay, she was there for us to answer questions and continue to guide us through delivery. I cannot highly enough recommend Metro-Detroit HypnoBirthing.
Leah K: Not only is Danielle full of knowledge, but she is kind, compassionate and you can tell she loves what she does!
Kristin Melfi: Dani is amazing at what she does!
Samantha Mical: One of the best choices during my pregnancy. Danielle gave me countless tools that were priceless during my labor. She was able to accomodate my husband and I's hectic work schedules with private weekend classes. Had that not been an option we would not have been able to take the course. We learned so much and I am able to use many of those techniques daily. Even after having baby! Passionate, wonderful business!
Rachael Elizabeth: Dani is an amazing educator! She is very passionate about helping mamas have amazing births! I highly recommend her classes to learn her amazing approach to labor and delivery. She helps mamas that are unsure of what to expect in labor, learn successful skills to calmly birth baby gently earth side.
Emily Bliss: I would recommend that every parent to be take a birthing class of some kind before your little bundle of joy arrives. My husband and I chose to take Hypnobirthing with Danielle in preparation of our second child. We were not able to attend any of the hypnobirthing classes around and Danielle was so helpful working with our schedule to make sure we were could attend a private class. She was great and helped us be more at ease. No matter what you prepare for anything can happen and she provided us with a variety of strategies to be calm and bring our daughter into the world.
Elise Bowerman: Danielle provides women (couples) the education and reassurance that pregnancy and birthing are experiences to be excited about! As a Prenatal Yoga teacher, HypnoBirthing is a perfect compliment in preparation for the transformative process birthing offers. I highly recommend Danielle's program to ALL my students to not only provide insight that they're capable of birthing without fear; but also to inform and encourage their birthing partner of the normalization of birth, and how they can assist in the process.
Amanda King: Danielle's passion for preparing women for childbirth is outstanding, she is definitely someone I will refer my clients to if they are interested in a HypnoBirthing course. I will be taking the class in the future when we get pregnant again!
Laurie burns: Dani and I came to know each other through the hypnobirth class I chose to take before my little peanut was born. I am a single Mom and Dani was kind enough to agree to be my partner during class, which later turned into a partnership for mine and Josi's birth and a lifelong friendship. I was blessed with Dani during my pregnancy to help talk through decisions about my birthing plan, share her abundant knowledge of hypnobirthing and the vastness of possibilities that may be a part of my birth story, my concerns about vaccines/other medical concerns and ultimately a conversation about my water breaking that led to our trip to L&D.Dani was there with me during the birth process at St Joe's to advocate for the important things I outlined in my birth plan, give me encouragement during the most difficult parts of labor and help me find comfort in my own birthing process. She is also very special because she was the angel that tastefully and firmly advocated for delay of pitocin, birthing positions, delay of unnecessary monitoring and delayed cord clamping (which were all requested in my birth plan) and then cut the cord when it was finally time to do so (all after almost having to catch my flying peanut midair). She has continues to be a fountain of knowledge, encouragement and love! We love her so much and hope others are able to benefit from the passion and love she shares with each of her clients. We love you, Dani!💞
Steve Smiddy: My wife and I just finished the class with Danielle! Great experience! She shows that she cares!
