Brian Crouse: Brighton Cleaning lost our trust and our business. What a disappointment! Found out we were getting over charged and so we changed suppliers. Then we got a bill for dispensers we no longer have that go back 7 years. Careful what you take on "loan" while paying for their high priced product. After spending $132,000 with them over just the last 8 years, they took us to small claims (which was dismissed) over 6 and 7 year old equipment they valued at $1,594.45 and are trying to bill us at full price ($110.50/unit) even though their agreement states "negotiable price" which Pete told me was usually billed at a 50% discount. We went to Tri-County Supply and purchased the same dispenser for $35/unit new. Also, after replacing a chemical dispenser whose settings were under Brighton Cleaning's lock and key, I believe we are now using 1/3 the level of chemicals. There are enough problems here that there's no way I would recommend this company.

famerio isa: Service is terrible! I dropped off 2 L.G.R. dehumidifiers & was told they were going to call me when the equipment was ready. Three weeks went by no call or anything. I had to call them & check if it was ready for pick up. Both of the dehumidifiers still don't work properly. They charged me $580.00. NOT only that I dropped off 1 more dehumidifier to because fixed & all they did was change a piece of plastic & charged me $130.00 if you need any restoration equipment or services go to ARAMSCO In taylor MI. BRIAN & EVERYONE THERE ARE NOT FRIENDLY OR HONEST.
