Conn Godfrey: Dropped off an older wall clock to have it's insides repaired or replaced. The work was done ahead of schedule and on budget. Already dropped off an antique watch that needs work done as well. Very pleased with their wok to date!

Dominique Grass: !! OVERPRICED - shafted - scam - racketeering !!$57 to adjust the hour and minute hands - this takes 10 minutes, at most. Never provided an estimate at drop--off or later.I watched the battery store replace the battery and lube the sealing ring, which took 5 minutes. They checked if the watch kept the time accurate for 3 weeks, which takes 1 minute per day.I should not have ignored the other reviews.At drop-off I already got a bad vibe of the watch repair person.I am considering filing a complaint at the better business bureau.The shop does not deserve any business!

Eric remains available even afterward, and just talked me through resetting the clock for daylight savings. The repair price was more than reasonable considering the amount of work he put in and the service he continues to provide.

He could have told me it was a factory defect he couldn't resolve as it was an old timepiece but he discovered the issue and fixed it. John Ambrogio: I took my grandfathers pocket watch to Lance, to be fixed. It hasn't been touched since 1934, and when I got it back about two weeks later, it looked and worked like new. My grandfather would be proud of the work Lance did to the watch. I also ordered a glass dome, from Lance, to hold the watch, because I want to pass it on to my grandson. Just a perfect place to bring your watch, no matter how old, to be repaired.
