Megan Adkins: If you like companies that lie and offer you a $300 pre-paid card for switching services, if you like your service going in and out all day long, if you like rude customer service then this company is for you! Everyone who doesn't like those things stay away! Customer is beyond rude and you have to call them A LOT almost daily! Because you lose service multiple times a day! They are offering you a promotion to switch over to them for a $300 pre-paid visa card after 90 days of service and paying on time, well friends that is a LIE! After 90 days of being ontime they did not honor it and ran around in circles making excuses! Do yourself a favor and just walk away, do not think about doing business with them.
Renee Gismondi: Made 3 installation appointments...still no service. First tech said I needed to schedule professional install. Schedule it and no show. Third appointment, tech contacted me an hour before the scheduled time while I was at work, he said okay when I explained this and that he would be there at my scheduled time...no show. Spent hours on the phone with customer service to no avail.

No box for a month but did receive a BILL that was somewhat of a threat about collection agency for unpaid equipment charges! 225.00 for Telephone Modem and 169.00 for WOW!tv+box. Called customer service and after a very long wait ( not unusual) could barely understand the representative. Only 2 drop off area in the entire state of Michigan. Thank goodness I looked at the google maps because the drop center closest to me looks as if it’s closed. Hoping box comes in mail as I requested for the second time. Shady business for sure. Happy now with Spectrum

Michael Atherton: I’m not a wow customer. One of their installers removed a fake locked padlock from my gate and entered my yard without permission. Used my trash cans. I don’t have wow. No poles or utilities on my property. No door knocking and never said anything to my wife as she was leaving the house. My cameras caught him. My 2 older kids were home. Why was he in my yard? I want him fired. If I was home I would have let him meet my 2 dogs.

Holly: I have been trying to cancel my account with WOW since February, when thankfully moved to a location that we could get internet with a reputable company. I was told that 5-7 days after the billing cycle (March 10th), I would receive a box in the mail at my new address to send the equipment back. I finally got an email that there would be a box sent to me mid April- but not after they charged me for their equipment. Shockingly, they sent the box to the old address. I called 2 different times trying to get a box to return the equipment each time, they said “it will be in the mail in 3-5 business days and never came. I contacted Wow again and was able to speak with a manager - after waiting on hold for 40 minutes and dealing with an awful woman that didn’t want to let me speak with a manager because “she could help me;” we scheduled a technician to come out to the new address to pick the equipment up. THEY SENT THE TECHNICIAN TO THE OLD ADDRESS OVER AN HOUR AWAY. It is now May 1st and I am at a loss on what to do. My auto pay with them was never canceled, I’ve been told that they cannot refund my money for the internet bills they took out of the account because the account was not actually closed until April- although I received emails all of February and March to “come back” & “they’re sorry to see us go.” They cannot refund my equipment until they receive my equipment and if they get it back it will be 4+ weeks. This company is truly awful. They cannot complete even the most minuscule of tasks. I was married and had my last name changed almost a year ago and that has still not been updated. DO ANYTHING YOU CAN TO AVOID SERVICE WITH WOW.

The prices they advertise online don't include their $1 extra charge, and can only be achieved if you have auto payment (though enrolling in autopay doesn't actually lower the price, just makes it so you don't see you're getting stuck with the higher price.

Apparently, the person I spoke to weeks ago doesn’t know how to do their job and forget to start a return form. Wow! You guys are a class act!

He really deserves to be recognized and promoted and I hope Micro Center keeps more people like him on staff. He really created an experience that permanently changed how I think about Micro Center, not just sales people but intelligent, enthusiastic, knowledgeable hobbyists like myself. David H: 5 stars goes to 1 minus from one bad transaction. 15 days return on a motherboard is a ridiculous rip off of your customers. It takes time to gather the parts for a build and then a day to put it all together and install. When it dies 4 days later you tell me to f-off.... My company and I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars there despite being a 2 hour drive away and this was the last one. I will order from amazon first and I hate amazon!

They asked me for my email confirmation that my order was received. I told them it was an open box PC listed for pickup at their store and didn't think it needed to be delivered from anywhere. They told me that without a confirmation email they couldn't help me and I should go home to wait for my email. I showed him my phone with my account brought up showing that the order was "complete". He didn't really look at it and just said i need to come back when I get my email confirmation.I drove back home, then talked with the online support who put me in touch with the store manager. The manager apologized and said it WAS at the store and the agent was wrong. He offered to throw in a free hard drive for my troubles.When the order was picked up I didn't realize until I got home that they charged me for the hard drive that was supposed to be free to make up for the fact they had me drive out there twice to get a computer that was there the whole time.I have heard nothing but great things about microcenter but my experience was bad to say the least.

The 6pack is cheap and it used to be free helium. Today I bought the 2 6packs and went to leave but I was stopped an treated as if I was stealing. I said I wasn't aware because last time and I was cut off with well its changed. I said okay and after waiting 15mins for a price the man without a name said it was 18.95.... FOR TWELVE balloons to be filled because I purchased the balloons already. I stated I'm not paying that. They went on to treat me like I'm cheap because I wouldn't pay over a dollar per balloon for helium. So I finally went to the isle found the sign and took a photo. It's. 85 a Balloon. I paid and the only person willing to offer an apology was the nice person that blew up my ballons.

They always seem to have everything in stock that is needed and prices with the rebate are always some of the best around compared to the other stores. Huge parking lot with lots of spots never too busy.
Mohammed Ahmed: Extremely disappointed with my experience doing a store pick up. First off I had to go and pick my own lumber (why is it a store pick up if I have to pick it out myself). Secondly they didn’t assist with loading up my truck. Only reason it’s not a 0 because of Brian who was really nice and helped me load the trolly even though it was his department.

KDawg: This Menards location is currently partnered with a sales firm called One Nation Consulting, a third party AT&T sales division run by very shady individuals. In addition to offering very sub par deals on internet and cable, they've also just outright refused to pay two of their former employees. I would advise avoiding them at all costs, and I'm quite frankly ashamed on Menards behalf. I can't imagine why any respectable company would be associating themselves with people who treat their employees so poorly.

Martin Trump: Beyond Excellent customer service! It's Christmas Eve, 3-degrees with no furnace and frozen pipes. A month ago I bought a nice big entertainment center that looks like a fireplace but has a space heater. I plug the unit in and it's faulty. I'm panicking. Called Menards in Warren and spoke to Chris the store manager. Explained my situation and that I cannot break down the entertainment center to return, plus I no longer have the box. Of course the store closes in an hour. Chris said remove the space heater and bring it in for exchange. I was in disbelief that he already had a plan in place. Further, Chris had a team already lined up and waiting for me. I really appreciated Kemond from plumbing, Mike from I think electrical and Colleen at Customer Service. Within minutes Kemond had a replacement while Mike showed me additional space heaters I wanted also. Colleen ran the Customer Service desk like a real pro, having my exchange ready and my additional purchase rung up. I really appreciated how organized and efficient the teamwork was, but what I appreciated the most is just how respectful and courteous everyone was. You don't get awesome service or help like this anymore. In short, I'm DONE bouncing back and forth from Home Depot and Lowes. I like Menards. I like those people. I'm going to Menards from here on out. Thank you so very much for everything you've done for me.

Ashley Ototivo: Pretty sure someone just lost their life above my room. Wrestling on the ground sounded like the ceiling was going to fall through and glass shattering is what I heard for 20mins. The front desk did not seem surprised when informed. I’ve been terrified to come out the room and after calling to see if it’s safe the front desk lady says the male is at the front waiting for a ride! Like what? She 1st said it would be addressed and police where coming and now he is just at the front waiting for a ride? I have been watching out the window for police so I could leave and go about my daily activities planned but nope, it’s not safe to leave the room. We pre booked for 5 days and are looking into other hotels now and will loose our money because it was through a 3rd party! SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY & do not book here!

Jennifer Wenzel: The first time we stayed here was great. This time, however, was disappointing. The room was mostly clean but someone on the floor was smoking Marijuana and the whole floor smelled like skunk. It permeated everything and gave us headaches. Calling the front desk was fruitless, we were merely I formed it was a no smoking hotel....well duh. Obviously someone was not obeying the non smoking rule but from desk staff did not care. There were kids screaming on our floor until after midnight and using the hot tub was impossible as there was a HUGE party with dozens of kids running wild in the pool and hot tub. We saw only 2 adults for 20-30 kids, and again the front desk ignored the issue. Breakfast was okay. Just a disappointing stay compared to previously.
Ashley Nicole: Worst hotel I've been to in a while. Was given a room only to walk in and it be filthy. Went to complain and was given a 2nd room and that one was even worst than the first. Third room had a sticky bed side table and phone but by then I just said screw it and stayed in there since the rest of the room was moderately clean. Will never be back. Staff was apologetic and offered a free bag of chips and candy for the inconvenience.

A party was happening in the hallway, still going strong at 11pm, and management allowed it despite the crazy level of noise - screaming, singing, kids running down the hall banging walls. We moved rooms which was no better. And this photo shows how clean our room was - this was plainly visible next to the bed, gross.

This morning I had no choice but to catch an early flight out so I gathered my belongings and headed downstairs, the front desk clerk was upbeat and positive and even wished me a great rest of my day! Then I made my way to the breakfast lounge to grab my usual, 2 yogurts. There is where my experience was unmatched like never before… the lounge host was nothing short of unprofessional in loudly advising me that breakfast doesn’t start til 6 am! I replied, “sorry and put the yogurts back.” She said, “NO go ahead and take them, just wished you had asked.” Well let me share some professional advice, I was taught not to interrupt someone on the phone, so I politely helped myself. Lesson learned for both parties, your guests do have choices! Pic of what time I disturbed her, never again.

Rachel Mealer: Staff so why speak much english but were helpful. The place was very outdated and vending machines were usually empty. The indoor swimming pool is closed down. They only serve decaf coffee or tea in the mornings. The phones were damaged and house keeping only cleaned once a week if u reminded urself to tell them u wanted it done. Had to switch out towels on the spot and discount vet any extra. They so have washing machines and dryers. Would go back if necessary.

Mikayla Janae: So far my week long stay has been great! No real issues with the rooms or staff. For the pricing, it’s a beautiful place. I will add they have loads of rules Ex: -no visitors in rooms/ only lobby -no parties-no more than the max occupancy in the room per visit. (If you reserved a room for 2 or 4, those are the only ones allowed in that room)And the front desk can take awhile to service you but it’s quiet and clean. I’ll take it.

Tina Waszil: Pool is closed and there’s no sign that says otherwise. A ROACH hotel is located near the desk. Smoke detector is ripped out. There’s disgusting stains on the curtains. The faucet on the bathroom tub constantly leaks. Lamp doesn’t work near the bed. The refrigerator hasn’t stopped humming loud since we have been here. Very disappointed!! Only descent aspect was that it was near the venue we were venturing to. Great location- terrible accommodations. When we got back from the venue; the new clerk questioned if we even had a room here! Quite rude! Oh, and the dirty socks and trinkets we found all over the room were amazing 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️

Neila: Kohls need to fire racist staff! On May 7th, I stood in the Amazon return line for 40 minutes and watched Alivia only SERVICED white people. Her co-worker, Cory was assisting a person with a lot of returns who couldn't find her barcodes. Whenever a customer who is deeply melanated/middle eastern or black was next, Alivia went to tape boxes. I stood and took pictures of her doing this numerous times. The wait on the line was more than the 5 minutes posted on the sign.It was an interesting phenomenon since she appeared to be in recovery from methadone because most of her teeth are blackened.Kohls needs to do some diversity training with their staff because Roseville is a diverse community with many nationalities and people shouldn't be treated discriminatory when returning items.Equally disturbing, the customer who Cory was helping felt bad about this (because the line was so long) that she stepped aside while Cory assisted a woman who appeared to be black. Cory seemed nervous by the length of the line and the fact that Alivia was taping boxes while customers waited.I told him to keep their coupon because I'd NEVER shop there after witnessing this.

We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was not crowded. We had an Amazon return and made purchases and never waited in a line.
