Ikeeah White: My laptop is working faster than it ever did! I ended up calling Mark after another repair place had my laptop for 8 days and never fixed it with no explanation. I was so frustrated and Mark turned it around for me! My laptop was damaged after an xbox fell on it, cracking the screen and damaging the harddrive plus bending the frame. I got it back in 5 days with a fresh screen and lighting speed! I never remember a time when I could turn on ANY computer and get right to work without issue. Mark has my HIGHEST recommendation!!!

Abil Zaman: The guys went above and beyond for my needs. The front desk guy Tommy and the technician Nick helped me out quite a bit when my Lenovo laptop just decided to not show anything on the display anymore. Turns out I had a specific display chip that was lifting apart from my motherboard, and they even ordered a replacement part to try to repair my motherboard instead of giving up on it right away. They set me up with a better refurbished Lenovo laptop that's designed to last. Combining all the services they did for me, it was easy to tell that they were just trying to help out with my issue, otherwise they could've easily charged me through the roof. I recommend them for computer services for sure!
Al Owski: I bought my office tower from them years ago and it serves me reliably. I just bought an HP 830 Elite and I love it. Because these are refurbs, I expect there will be minor glitches and indeed there were. But in each case, they addressed the issue promptly. It helps that I have corporate IT and computer experience. Still the value proposition is hard to beat. Using refurbs saves money and reduces e-waste.

Martin Bonkowski: I dropped my PC off this morning at 10 am with a liquid cooling kit to be installed. They told me they would contact me today for a quote. So I gave them until 10 minutes before closing to get in contact with me and never did. When I called them they said the guy that does that is not in today. I wish they would have told me that earlier. Very bad experience for the first time there. I would recommend somewhere else with better communication.

Paul Black: They brag about being in business for 15-20 years. But some people don’t know about them is that there racist. They use the "N" word over and over when customers are not around. And if they could get away with it would not have them as customers. They are high priced; they use software that you can purchase. Take your computer problems to someone else. There are plenty of computer places around. Right across the street down a little bit as a matter of fact. So next time your around that area, stop in and ask carl or tim. And ask them why they are racist.

Ali And Qasim Shah: My laptop, HP Spectre x360, was having some issues with the screen. Unfortunately, my warranty had expired so I could not send it back to HP. Therefore, I went to a couple of repair shops but they all gave me very expensive quotes. Computronics however, gave me a great price and fixed the screen.
