Lumengo McGhee: I ve been going to the beauty supply store for a while never had a problem until recently I brought a wig I opened up the box and it was short I never put it on my head everything was intact. Someone else must have tried it on and left. Make up on the comb and I got blamed for something I did not do I wanted to return my wig to get a longer unit, but she blamed me for putting make up on it. Just be careful you guys. We spend our hard earned money, and we would like to get what we ask for at least I will order on line it’s is ridiculous

Sally: My mom, a licensed manicurist, has been shopping here for 20+ years and now, so have I! Love the owners who have all great customer services as well as great prices. They really have everything you could possibly need for your nail salon. The store is packed FULL with supplies. There are a few other nail supply stores in the area, but this is by far the best one!They have really strict Covid guidelines such as requiring all patrons to hand sanitize before coming in to shop and having signs about physical distancing. This is a great family business to support for all of you nail supply needs.

Reached out multiple times for an appointment and once I got one and arrived, no one was there. I waited, called and texted for over 30 minutes. She later told my friend I didn't have an appt. Very unprofessional. Sad to say, if you value your time, this isn't the place for you.

First Name Last Name: I had just heard about Lucky 9 and decided to stop by yesterday. It was a bit out of the way but I am so glad I went. I appreciate that they only sell to licensed PROFESSIONALS and not the general public. I cannot even explain how many home botch jobs I fix on a weekly basis. Anyway, I walked in opened an account and the woman behind the counter was extremely helpful. Se asked what texture I was looking for in acrylic powder and they pointed me to the products that would best suit my needs. The variety is amazing and no one follows you around like they do elsewhere, they simply let you wander and check stuff out. Prices are what you would expect, maybe slightly lower. Sophia Giordano: i am a nail tech in training. i’ve learned to do nails through youtube videos and other things but i’m waiting until i graduate high school to go to nail tech school. i was so excited because i though i found a store that i could get good products for an inexpensive price because i can’t find any stores near me. i drove 2 and a half hours to get to this store thinking that i didn’t need a license to just purchase nail polish. it’s nail polish, you can get it anywhere. but when i went to check out they said i needed a license. nowhere online does it say this so not only did i waist my time i also waisted money driving out there. the staff was rude when i was asking questions and the one lady completely ignored me. just know if you want to go here you need to be licensed, even for nails polish

Truth Matters: I really enjoyed my shopping experience at this location. I went to others stores and this by far was the best. This location prices are reasonable and affordable. I came here looking for Rhinestones (after not seeing anything at the others stores), the young lady who helped me was "WONDERFUL". She took her time to help me retrieve the Rhinestones that I wanted (that was about 15 to 30 minutes 😊). I was pleased with the store, I will be coming back. Thanks again everyone
