Natalie Johns: Don’t recommend morning cashier worst customer service ever
Grace matt: I come here most days, since my job is fairly close. The staff seems to always be irritated, which is fine- but it kinda rubs off on others.
Sparky the Detroit Doggo: Less than stellar . Poor selection , empty shelves , dirty floors . Got a hot dog with chili . The chili wasn't like other 7-11's . Runny and flavorless . Ate half and threw the other half away . I'll remember not to stop by here again .
Ashley Guerin: I have been attending this store for 10+ years! Ever since the new owner took over 5or so years ago IT HAS BEEN TRASSSH & trashed. I go into 7-11 at least 5x a week and am a very frequent customer, specially for a slurped! To over over $2 for a slurpee, stand there for several minutes trying to get the maximum amount, to get home LITERALLY maybe two minutes away, & it’s already quarter of the way gone!! The machines need to be fixed!! Or how about the owner stop being cheap & TURN THE CO2 down?!?!Will be going somewhere else!

Marie 6: We were standing in line by the lottery machine waiting to get service. The rude cashier took care of other customers then proceeded to go to the back get items and stock up stuff. As if we were not standing there. He was not welcomeing at all. If you have no customer service skills I do not think that job is for him. If he is having a bad day that's ok to but do not rub it off on customers. We work with people all day. I would never treat anyone like that. Treat people how you want to be treated.
joseph ellul: The store is filthy dirty. The manager is completely rude & make sure you check your recipe, they will end up scanning items multiple times to hopefully charge you. I brought this up to the manager and ended up getting into an argument as he was telling me I am wrong but I have the receipt to where I was charged things multiple times. Good luck with their customer service as well, I was hung up on multiple times by 7 11. I don't does not matter but I truthfully will never go to the 7 11 again!
Michael Belwood: Masks are evidently not required at this store. Most of the customers, plus the cashier, were not wearing a mask. This seems to be a common practice at this particular location. I won't be going back here again.

James Phillips: Worst 7 11 I've ever been too tried to call and see if they had what I needed before I wasted my time and drove there but the phone went straight to voicemail which was full and couldn't accept anymore voicemails. So I drive there and attempt to ask if they sell regular eggs uncooked and they looked at me like I was dumb and walked away without saying a word. Never again

Retha Lynn: Received Uber eats and got the chicken bowl and there was no chicken! 2 or 3 pieces of burnt chicken, rice was thick and gummy prepared sloppy!!! Food was cold. Ordered a brownie and didn’t receive it. Called the store and was told they didn’t have any more brownies left. To let Uber eats know so I can get a refund. Received all gummy rice and beans no meat very disappointed with my food!!
John Messmer: This restaurant has been hit and miss for quite a while. When they miss, they really miss. This review is for my most recent trip. The food was great and the friendly young lady who was working the register was polite and upbeat. It was refreshing, especially these days. Great Job Team Qudoba!

She hasn't made it yet. It's 12:45. Ok chicken and steak. Sorry no steak. She hasn't cooked more yet. As I'm standing at the counter the veggie girl has the pan flipped upside down on the fire, I'm assuming to burn off any residue and not use a clean pan. Sure enough when I get to the table the veggies are covered in charcoal carbon who knows how many times she's burned the pan clean now it's all on the veggies. 17 dollars and two bites later i threw it out. Ill never return to this Qdoba. Upper management these employees are killing your business and need retraining.

Gigalo Doeski: The household ordered delivery. Everything we got was fresh, fragrant, and delicious. I ordered the steak wheat burrito with jalapenos, corn salsa and cilantro vinaigrette. Oh was that a big hit. My tummy loves you. :) Definitely ordering that again.
KS: A Qdoba is a Qdoba is a Qdoba. There is something about chains that leaves me a little high and dry with what to say. The food is precisely what you expect from a Qdoba. I've ordered out from here on several occasions in the past, and if you want a massive burrito with the ala carte selection of food that they offer? You'll get what you want. It's that simple.So, that said: It is a cleanly run location, though it also tends to be a little on the busy sign, so keep that in mind. This means that with its staffing you'll wait a little longer than you might expect to get the food at some times. Still, you'll get your burrito and be able to enjoy it in the same seating arrangements you'll find in any other of its sort.That said, it's not a bad Qdoba. The staff are hard working and polite, and the food's good, so if this is what you want, bon appetit.

Ron Hofer: Hi. I walked into 7-11 located at 10 mile road and Groesbeck Highway in Warren Michigan at about 8pm On veteran's day, provided my veteran I.D., and asked for the 1/4 lb. Big bite hotdog that was being offered to veterans for free and the clerk refused to honor the promotion.

mike johnson: I come here everyday at 9:30am. The food is eather never ready or been sitting for hours. The hotdog BUNS are always hard. And they just tell u put it in the microwave. Once and a great while u get something good out of there. If I could leave no stars or less I would. Step it up. If i dis this at my work i wouldn't have a job!
