benjamin percefull: My brother and I brought our mom here for her birthday and a new experience to try REAL Italian food instead of fake Italian like avantis here in Peoria. This has been hands down the absolute best restaurant I've been to since before the pandemic!!! The food is absolutely out of this world and the prices are very fair for how amazing the food is and the service is very friendly. Even the owner came out and greeted several guests. Over all if anyone wants Italian food in Central Illinois they need to try Rizzis!!!
Brian Burns: Food was just ok. The waitress walked past us several times before I had to stop her and ask for service. After that the service was just ok. The atmosphere was ok. It was a little pricey for being in Peoria. Overall, my experience was just ok. If it wasn't late and I didn't have to drive back to Chicago then Rizzi's wouldn't be my first choice.Parking: There was enough space for parking.

Edward Bratt: This is has a European style feel to the restaurant with small close tables in a small more intimate setting. The food is delicious. I love their marinara sauce on about anything. I had the manicotti wish I loved. Not huge potions but plenty, so you don't feel stuffed and room for a dessert. The staff is friendly and pleasant. They are plenty busy so you might want to go early to get a table. I'm not sure if they take reservations.

It’s very laid back and unpretentious and they have such an wide range of options. Ms. Cherian was so thoughtful and flexible and it made renting 30 costumes (school dance) such a breeze. Jim Santilli: I do not recommend this company. I booked a 2 hour character and face painter. The cost was more than $300, which was immediately charged to my credit card. Immediately after booking, I attempted to contact this company multiple times by phone and e-mail. They were non-responsive. They also did not show up to the event and I heard nothing. I requested and expect a full refund. Based on other reviews, I now see this is a common problem. It is a true shame children are repeatedly disappointed by this company.

Breauna L. Roach: I paid in full over $200 for Spiderman (Miles Morales) to come to my daughter's birthday party and they never showed up. I waited an entire hour. I called, left messages, dialed every number I could find with no response.The number they gave me in the "the character will arrive in 1 hour" email was a number to someone's personal cell phone , who told me I had the wrong number, and I've yet to receive a call back or refund or any kind of explanation. Not to mention a party full of children expecting a Spiderman that never came. This has been such a disappointing and dishes experience. Why a business dealing in the entertainment of children would be so careless about following through for issues customers, I cannot understand. Not only did they take hundreds of dollars from me, fail to provide service, refund, or apology, they also robbed the children of an experience we were all looking forward to. Never again.
TezAnne Barber: Had Carnival setup for grandchildren ordered the MINIONS 1 month in advanced for Sat August 20th 2pm...PAID IN FULL before the event...they sent me MICKEY MOUSE!!! I refused, for I showed the rep the screenshot of my order that clearly stated MINIONS. The them and tattoos station were set to MINIONS!Called their business...goes to voicemail..Both the rep and I called their business could not get a hold of NO ONE!!! No called me back and it is Monday 3pm...this is not the way to do business! Demanding a FULL REFUND, no services were rendered
