I mean it's the same prices I would be paying on ebay Or amazon or any other site like that poshmark anything like that the prices Your prices are not any cheaper even. If I were to buy him from Walmart's? There's a clearance are still the same price so the Are a bit steep?
Scott Soucy: Didn't buy anything on this trip, but I got to have an interesting conversation with the gentleman behind the counter about autographs and how much things have changed since the 70's and 80's. Store has a great selection of shirts, masks and just about anything you could want for horror & Halloween buffs.

I want they have it all year round. I don't have to wait till Halloween to go in there and buy my things. Hollow Wxlf: Shipping is slow as molasses. 5-10 day processing time is a bit much, then postage label takes another 3-4 days to update and actually be picked up by carrier. So about 2 weeks just for your order just to ship to you for items that were already in stock. Kinda no excuse for such a long processing time, small family owned or not that’s ridiculous. normal processing time anywhere is 3-5 days then it ships to you, another 3-5 days, so under 10 days. don’t expect a timely shipment seems like they pick your order when they feel like getting around to it. I’m speaking as someone who works in a 365 halloween store and in a huge city. I love the products and happy there is a place like this to order from, just seems like customer service isn’t a priority. I tend to order when it’s my last resort solely because of how long it takes to get me my stuff. No hate here just expressing frustration and hope it’s heard. stay spooky creeps!

Angelfromda813: After ordering a Ghost Face 25th anniversary mask back in August I’d call a week after I ordered asking about the update for my order just for them to tell me they are waiting for more of the masks to come in to call back the next week , I waited till the end of that week to call again for them to say the same thing , basically it was call back next week for a few weeks which was pretty frustrating, The next time I called they told me they had some of the masks in that they are waiting for funworld to send them new masks because the ones they had the whole time had Blue Spots and Defects. Last week I called they said they finally got them in , today is October 6th I finally received my order just for the mask to basically ruined , it was out of its original shape because it was shoved in a small box and also has the defects such as the blue dots and also another defect. Great people !!! Just wish the communication was better and also wish the packed my item better.

Kathryn Ballard: Jasmin was extremely helpful when I was asking specific details about balloons, she never got frustrated with my questions and worked with me through the whole process. Shannon was extremely kind when I called a few minutes later to change a few details about my order. The store was out of helium and the workers were dealing with frustrated customers and they all maintained professionalism and never got flustered or frustrated with rude customers. I was extremely impressed with everyone in the store tonight. They are doing a great job.

Caroline Whyte: the best ever!! as a scream fan, it can be tough to find cool merch while out and about in various media stores, due to licensure etc etc. Screamers did not disappoint! whether it's October and you're looking for a costume, or it's just a random day in April or June and you're an obsessed horror fan like me, this place is the most fun, welcoming, and immersive space for casual enjoyers and collectors alike!!

Crista Moore: Don’t waste your time doing curbside. Ordered my daughters birthday balloons for curbside as I have an ill infant. Once we arrived we completed the “we are here” link. No one ever ended up bringing our order out. Went in and told they didn’t receive our notification. Then we were given the incorrect order, they came out and told us as we were putting the balloons in the car. Next time I will spend the extra time driving to Celebration Station in Livonia.

I found a different costume so I called that same day to cancel my order (stated on their website that to cancel my order i had to call call the store, which I did). There were two ladies I talked to for 5 + minutes. They assured me they canceled my order and I would be refunded my money. I still haven’t received my money back. The website also says if you don’t pick up your order it will be automatically canceled and refunded… so even in they did forget to cancel it, wouldn’t it have been refunded automatically as I never went to pick it up? Shady

Jennifer Parks: I love Party City, but let me tell you...I drove there tonight and hit the biggest pothole ever! You cannot see it at all and my car took a serious hit from it. If you are going to party city please watch where you drive! I made sure I took photos right after I hit it! I asked the lady inside who is responsible for the parking lot and it's upkeep. She said the person who owns the strip mall, not sure who that is, but somebody needs to fill this hole IMMEDIATELY!...or put something warning people that it is there! My car I'm sure, has suffered some kind of damage. My steering wheel felt loose after hitting it and smashing the bottom of my car. I am hoping I do not wake up with my tires flat! In situations like this, someone should be responsible for your repairs or paying for your vehicle to be checked. Wasn't sure where else to put this, so no one else has the same issue other than the party city reviews. After all it is directly in front of their store.

Teresa Moodie: The only reason they are getting three stars instead of one or two is because the women who waited on me was wonderful short African American women I think her initial was an I it was a different kind of name she had grey hair anyway she needs a raise this places prices are ridiculous and unfortunately it’s like the only place to get party supply’s so they have the advantage to over charge for example can anyone tell me why I can buy a balloon from them filled up for ten bucks but if I bring my own balloons I still have to pay ten bucks does that seem right I literally bought a bunch of decorations for my sons grad party at several different places when it was time to get the balloons filled up I went to party city cause again where else can I go it was going to cost almost two hundred dollars to fill the balloons just to fill them and they would only last four to six hours and trust me it was not a lot of balloons they wanted ten dollars for one foiled balloon like really am I the only person that thinks that’s crazy and definitely taking advantage of the situation of being the only party supplie place around needless to say my sons party had no balloons cause I could not see paying that for balloons that I already had bought elsewhere

So I just gave her a whatever look. She the proceeds to walk around the corner and tells customers " chop chop." Shame on you! I will never come to this location. Sad thing is this was my first time at this location 😪 😔.

The only thing they could improve on based on our most recent shopping experience, is to have bags to hold candy from the bulk section at the front of the store. Our kids picked out a bunch of candy, but there was no where to put them, so I grabbed a random hat to store them in until we got to check out. Otherwise, it’s awesome; clean and well-organized.
