ZeeTheCook Culinary Studio: what do users think?
Carmen Sutherlin: Had Chef Zee lead a cooking workshop for a large group of kids for an organization that I am part of and she was great. She made it more than about food but life skills and lessons that easily resonated with the children.
Tamam Baiz: We had my daughter’s birthday party at ZeeTheCook this weekend and it was AMAZING 😍😍😍😍 The kids had a blast and the moms got a break too! I did not have to set up or tear down anything or clean any mess! They did EVERYTHING! I highly recommend for birthdays!!! The kids kept talking about how much fun they had and we got so many pictures from Zee. We will definitely be back!
Reem Abazeid: I need to thank you so much for hosting my son’s BD. It was the best. He loved everything and surely he had a blast. Thanks my dear you made it come true for me and him. God bless you❤️❤️
Stephanie Moon: My husband and I did a virtual class and enjoyed a fun date night from the comfort of our home! Zee was very sweet and helpful, and the food turned out delicious! :)
Carrie Foggia: What a fun class! So healthy and delicious. Appreciate how much pride and fun she takes in her food and lessons!!
Adam A: It’s alright
Anna McAvoy-Emrick: I did a virtual cooking class with Zee and it was wonderful. She had good tips to share, went at a pretty good pace, and made it versatile to the people you were going to be feeding. She had great energy and made it feel almost like we were cooking in the same space. Highly recommend!
Megan Edwards: My son did a virtual cooking class with our local library and we had so much fun! And the food was delicious! I can't wait for him to cook again!
Sara Chizick: I took an online cooking class with Zee and loved it!! I signed up to add a new dish to our rotation of evening dinners and the recipes I learned are all keepers! Added bonus they are healthy! Not only do I have new recipes I love, I gained confidence and cooking techniques that will enhance my own dishes as well. I am a bake-for-fun person and have never really loved to cook, but Zee’s Zoom class completely changed that! Zee gave so many helpful tips and had such positive energy! When I was making a salad dressing, Zee was able to support me over Zoom to adjust the taste to make it perfect! My 12-year-old cooked right along with me and enjoyed it as much as I did. Thank you for a wonderful experience! 💕
Mitch Kuchenberg: Zee gave my coworkers and I a virtual cooking lesson. We made fattoush and Egyptian spice cookies. Everything was phenomenal and Zee was such a good instructor! If you're looking for a fun social outing for a group of people (friends, coworkers, etc.) definitely go here! Great experience.
Michael Roy: Positive:Professionalism,Qualityamazing entrepreneurial endeavor. great food, very talented owner and manager! wonderful staff would recommend to everyone!
Malak Ouza: Zee the cook is one of a kind! I have had other meal preps but nothing like hers. Not only is the food good but the service is exceptional! She’s always going above and beyond to make sure she accommodates my needs . She changes up some meals for me that work to my taste. And she delivers to my door ! Not only that but she she delivers twice a week and there is so much variety of food , you won’t get bored . I am very pleased with Ztc meal preps and plan to continue for at least another 6 months to a year , if not more ! Basically I will be using ztc until I start to cook for myself lol! But who wants to cook when you have this amazing service ! Invest in yourself , it’s worth it! Plus she is clean and cooks middle eastern food , Italian , Mexician, american , etc. Cheaper and cleaner than eating out 🙌🏻.
K T: My 3 kids love Zee The Cook Culinary Camp! On their first day my youngest who is 4 was a bit nervous to go without me. I was so impressed with the staff, they were so kind and patient with her. They also sent me photos of her having a great time! My kids keep begging to go back, they loved cooking, playing games, and going to the park! Zee The Cook’s prices are affordable and its a great summer program for kids, I highly recommend her studio for camp and birthdays! We will be back every year :)
Hani Elachkar: Cool place, delicious food, fun times the best place ever
FA1708: My niece loves cooking and wants to be a chef when she grows up. Signing her up for the summer camp was the perfect gift. She's learned many new skills and is excited that she gets to cook and put those skills to use. She enjoyed the activities they did each day and loved the staff. Would definitely sign her up again!
Lara Merhi: Positive:ValueI like this place and my kids enjoy every single moment there. They get the chance to cook and make food themselves. It was so funny when my son came back home one time and told me "I know how to crack eggs now" 😂
Michelle Wareham: Virtual cooking class sponsored by Henry Ford Health System’s Middle Eastern Employee Resource Group. Made Fattoush salad, cheesy spring rolls, baba ghanoush, and Ramadan/Eid cookies in my kitchen with live instruction from Zee at a fast-pace (2 hours). She helped me navigate my way thru the recipes successfully and my family enjoyed them. Loved her tip about keeping the salad fresh. Thank you Zee (and HFHS eMERGe) for the fun evening.
Donya akel: When I first started my meal prep journey with ZeeTheCook, I was nervous that it wouldn’t work or that it won’t fit my lifestyle.I asked the manager, Ladana lots of questions and she answered each one carefully and honestly.I made the decision to get started 2 months ago and since then- I’ve lost over 15 pounds, and feel lighter and healthier. Now that I’ve lost a lot of weight, I started going to the gym and everything is working out perfectly. I’m building muscle and losing fat. Thank you Zee and team! The meals are delicious, the staff is professional and the results speak for themselves! The best!
Dominique P: Zee and staff are great! My son had the best experience. He said the environment and vibe were awesome. He learned alot in just one day. He can't wait to return!
Karen Haines: Zee, Thank you for a wonderful cooking experience. It was entertaining and educational!I spent a lot of time around Italians in my young adult-hood (had 2 Italian sister-in-laws and was easily adopted into their whole families). Most of my cooking is in the Italian theme and I routinely make minestrone, BUT I have never had MINESTRONE as tasty as yours! I think the major difference is the lemon? It had quite a “zeeng” to it and I will make it that way going forward.Totally loved the FATTOUSH and have had it almost every day for lunch.
Amy Kandes: I loved cooking with my group of coworkers on this virtual cooking class! Zee and her team are very professional and the food was wonderful! I'm particularly grateful for a very flavorful, and easy homemade Fattoush DRESSING! I have been searching for a long while to find a restaurant tasting salad dressing and Zee gave us the "secret" ingredient- which was lacking in my previous versions. Thanks, Zee! Hope to "see" you soon!

Dorsey College - Roseville, MI Campus (Culinary Building): what do users think?
B Waters: A young lady name Katie in the evening class did awesome job with my hair.
Monica Ely: My first TIME there using their services. Staff was outgoing and friendly. My hair stylist (Autumn). Did a excellent JOB. Braids VERY neat AND straight. Curls in the BACK WAS bouncy and even LOOKING. I love how their teacher TOOK interest in the style. She shows true leadership. I WAS A VERY satisfied CUSTOMER.😊😀 WILL definitely BE BACK FOR their services. A lil pricey then I expected, but ALL in ALL a VERY HAPPY walk in CUSTOMER. Good JOB Dorsey BUSINESS school. Thumbs ☝ TO YOU guys. U DESERVE it.!!!!
Tina Wilson: I attended Dorsey & graduated with my Culinary Degree. Borrowing money, paying back the loans you have to be serious about getting this education & stick with it. I attended Dorsey Culinary Academy in Waterford unfortunately it closed a year ago how sad for the community. I was very happy with the tools my Chefs taught me & was job ready for my internship. Great experience I will always remember the happy memories.
Nekara JaNell: Good Clean facility, the staff were extremely nice and helpful, they only downfall is that they are super expensive
Michael Tardy: I absolutely love this school, the chef's are amazing and I love learning from them and about there experiences.
K!d K0VA: The staff really cares
Rozay J: I love Dorsey Roseville Academy very much!! From the 1st day I came to enroll I was treated with the utmost respect. Doug my admissions counselor was very informative and pleasant. I appreciated the fact that he wasn't trying to sell to me, he genuinely wanted to know what I wanted to do which was the Culinary Arts Program. Kevin in financial aid was always on top of things, which made the process very smooth. The administration staff is always pleasant and willing to help when you need it. Mrs. Andrea Solomon is one in particular. Mrs. Solomon is very hard-working and easy to talk to. When I 1st met her she said, "Honey I'm your mom until you graduate, so just let me know what you need!" That meant so much to me!Once I got in the program I knew that I had made the right decision. In the beginning I was very nervous but Chef Matt Schelling and Chef Russell Zampich helped me to understand that this is the best place to make mistakes...and boy have I made some!! These 2 chefs along with many others (chef simmons, chef j, chef kokenyedsi) has guided me along the way which allowed me to tap into my knowledge of what cooking really is. Cooking is so much more comfortable to me along with following recipes. I even got over my fear of killing a lobster!!!!!!!Being an adult and parent trying to complete higher education is NOT EASY AT ALL!! But being here at Dorsey Roseville campus with such positive, encouraging and motivating staff and teachers makes it all worth what I came here for. I am proud to say that I've completed my 1st 12 week module with honors and perfect attendance and on December 19, 2019 I will complete my 2nd 12 week module with honors as well and I honestly can say I couldn't have done any of this without the help of my chefs!!
B Wayne: Good place to be if you want to learn Culinary Arts. Great Chef instructors, fast pace hands on training like if you were working in a restaurant. Also learning new things everyday about food. Great place to go!!!!!
Sean Livingston: Very nice school really nice place to start your career
Gabriel Estrada: I am a dorsey culinary academy almni. Dorsey culinary academy has great instructors they care about there student's and if it wasnt for dorsey school culinary academy teaching me i would have not been makeing more money and not have a career today
James Dornbach: It was a great experience for me i love to cook since i was kid and i learn alot from all the chefs
Lamar Jones: Great school, great staff
Alexis Watts: I am a proud graduate of the culinary program and it was a great experience. The teacher I had the pleasure of being taught by helped shaped me into the culinarian I am today. For such a short amount of time you learn so much so you should definitely make sure you come to class everyday, participate in everything you can, join the ACF as a student save some money etc. At Dorsey you have chefs who have competed in the competitions all over the world placed highly, the great Chef Milos, and even the great honor of wining the ACF award of chef of the year twice none other than Chef Schellig your dean of students. Best experience of my life.
Heather Turvaville: I attended and graduated from Dorsey Schools Culinary Academy in 2018-2019 and my experience there was AMAZING. The staff was always willing to help when you need it, but also weren't afraid of being hard on you and pushing you to your fullest potential. The knowledge I attained within the short, accelerated time I was there has been key in my successes in the culinary field. Very much worth the time and money.
Elaunda “QueenFatima” Williams: This is one of the best experiences ever!!! I've been cooking since age 12 and was delighted when I found out about Dorsey Culinary Academy. I learned about all the fundamentals of cooking and proper techniques for certain dishes along with Knife skills .(very important)Safety and Sanitation was a big deal during school because it's a big deal in the Culinary world. I am currently a Cook at the Hilton Hotels and Proud to be a Dorsey Alumni Class of 2014.
Cakes by Shay: Good school I had the most wonderful experience there . And the chefs are amazing 💞
MsRel Anonymous-Walking: I graduated from DCA in Roseville (Dorsey Culinary Academy) 4 years ago...wow!! My experience there was absolutely wonderful. My classmates and my instructors became my source of strength as during my time I experienced two very painful losses. Chef Matt gave my first work study job and MAN...did he work me! I became a catering assistant and a very trusted student and individual mentor. My time at Dorsey was filled with highs and lows, but I'm so grateful for the life skills I left with. I accomplished goals and exceeded them. I would love to come back and be a part of the school again in some capacity. I am a PROUD graduate who writes this response from my heart!
Fredrick cain: My experience was all worth it. Caught the bus the entire winter. My instructors made sure we knew and had all the information possible. If you want a career in a short amount of time in the classroom, this is the place for you
Quentin Buchanan: My culinary journey started with Dorsey Culinary Academy. Awesome teachers that are full of knowledge and always willing to help whenever help is needed.
Callie Sky: Teachers and staff are amazing!
Brittany Duncan: Had a great time with my chefs, I’ve learned a lot throughout the culinary program. I’m happy I got off the couch and signed up❤️❤️
