However the entire business has became very unprofessional, we were quoted 140.00 for getting our taxes for 2022 done by the receptionist, when I picked them up, they changed me 180.00, today just 2 weeks later my sister picked hers up and paid 100.00, same exact process was completed on both. My parents were quoted 50.00 for theirs to he fone, they were charged 60.00. John gave nothing but excuses as to why this has happened.

She told me I owe,rather than getting money back like the years before. Needless to say they lost 3 customers, I doesn't pay to be rude especially when you're double wrong and unapologetic.
