The employee girl looked like she did not want to work... Very lazy.. They way she made our dessert was a mess... Their was a finger print of hers on the clear cover up... Very disgusting! Terri Costello-Laski: I gave 2 stars, because my husband and kids got their orders right away. I wanted to give 1 star. Every time I come to this location, the same sour faced woman is behind the register. You ask a question and you get a short snotty tone or a sarcastic attitude.She has a ear bud in and will start talking as though she has a conversation going on with someone on her phone.Today, the blizzard i ordered never came. I had to remind her about it. When I got it, it was runny. She stated the ice cream machine ran out and they had to make more. Why didn't they ask me if I would mind another flavor ice cream? Why didn't they tell me what had happened. She offered me more ice cream if I wanted more, but by this time I was so over my experience I just wanted to leave. I tried to eat it and it was gross. After 3 bites I was grossed out & threw it away. I appreciated her effort, but it was too little too late.

Nicole Bell: 5 starts for whomever was in charge the night the blizzard machine was broken. You handled that like a champ. You kept the line moving to the best of your ability and seemed to be training a new younger person. I am sorry I didn't know you were having trouble before I put my order in. You should get a raise random lady. Also, this was happening a hour before close. My blizzard was perfect!

Erik Wild: The service was fast and decent enough, but 2 stars because there is definitely something wrong with the ice cream. I don't know if it went bad (I'm sure I'll know soon enough), or if it had melted and was re-frozen, but the taste and texture was not normal by any means. Definitely needs a look.

Young kids who are just making everything so difficult for no reason. Lucky I even want to spend money here. Won't be back either.

David Lyons: The last few times I came here they have had slow, sloppy service. Poor quality when making the blizzards, not mixed very well and lots of air holes in the cup. Very disappointed and doesn't seem to be getting and better. I don't plan on coming back.

April Kuiper: Will NOT be returning to this location!! Ordered two of the 88 cent blizzards. I'm told you can only order them on the app but there is nowhere on the app that you can. A worker and I looked. So she rung them up for me. Came out to over $6. What?? But there was no way of correcting her because everyone was too distracted over a fight between two coworkers that was happening in the back. One coworker literally had to break it up. There was screaming, using of the N word involved, cussing. And this place was packed with families and kids. My daughter was with me!!

Chanise Lackley: The location didn't have pretty much anything on the menu due to not receiving their shipment. Only food item available was chicken strip basket. So I order it, just to get all of them uncooked. The prices on the menu were incorrect. The menu says a 4pcs chicken strip basket is $8.99, yet it rung up for $11.99. What I was told they hadn't changed the board yet.

Henry Andrusz: Of all the DQ’s I’ve ever gone through the drive through, the wait at this one makes me pass it up all the time. If there are more than 2-3 cars in line I just keep going. So very slow here. If I go to the one on Hall or VanDyke in Utica you can have five cars in front of you and you’ll be out in less than 10 minutes. This one.. bring a book because I’ve sat there for 20+ minutes before. Just not worth trying it if there are other cars.
