HDD failure with data that meant a great deal to me. After a year of patience, that would test an elephant dealing with some very negative results on a warranty claim. DueSouthProductions: Friendly and prompt service.Two 3TB Hard Drives that had some moisture damage and I had exhausted what my level of expertise allowed me to do including replacing the control board.They were able to recover everything in about a week after the free estimate.Recovery was roughly $1100 for each 3TB HD.Only thing that sort of soured me was the fact that they charged me an additional $180 dollars for a 4TB HD with my recovered files on it as a delivery method.I just bought a 5TB HD from amazon for $90 so that's pretty ridiculous in my opinion; especially after having to spend $2200 on the recovery.It would have went down smoother had they just included it in the price and not told me.Overall I'd recommend though.
