    Bill Netter: I've been a patient at Davita Macomb Kidney Center since May 21st, 2014 ....UPDATED: 06/05/2021Stay as far away from Macomb DaVita Kidney Center as you humanly can! The staff that used to run that Center have either quit or moved on because this particular DaVita dialysis center is absolutely terrible. I even moved from Macomb DaVita to Starwood DaVita which is in Royal Oak about 6 years ago and I could not be happier with my move. All the staff people at this Starrwood Davita including Diana, Kaitlyn, Jessie, John, and a few other staff are wonderful technicians and I can't give them a higher mark than five stars. They all care about their patients, and they work their butts off! Davita does not take care of their employees very well as far as I'm concerned. But these people keep coming in every day and sometimes doing 12 to 14-hour shifts, and then having to return the very next morning again at 4 AM. So I give all kinds of credit to the staff, just not to the company itself. The company needs to take better care of their employees who in turn take such good care of us patients. So I give this Starwood DaVita five stars for the people there are employed here. Everyone here including most of the patients for the most part all seem to be good people. If you have to have dialysis treatments, this is a good place to get it! Hope this helps!

    Ronald Hartwig: Of all the Davita Dialysis centers I have been at, and I have been at 5 of them from Alabama to Michigan, this is by far the best. Staff is prompt when you have a problem, and always concerned about your needs. I love the fact that they offer nocturnal dialysis as well as at home dialysis training.

    Donna Price: I am a patient at Davita Dialysis and when I arrive at 4:20 a.m. on Tuesday to have my treatment no one was there, usually the guard is there to let you in but this week Tuesday and Thursday I stayed outside over 20 minutes waiting for someone to come in Tuesday I was outside sitting at the table in the parking lot and two cars are out there as well, but neither one of the people in the two cars even asked did I want to sit down and stay warm till people came to open up the door to let us in,and this was on Tuesday the 20th at 4:20a.m. and when I went on Thursday the 22nd the same thing, only this time I was outside alone so I just stood at the door until the nurse came and she let me in. I was so thankful to Jehovah that nothing happened to me while being out there alone waiting for more than 25 minutes to be let in the building. I did not appreciate this it was way too cold to be standing outside waiting for someone to get there and they know that patients are dropped off early in the morning by transportation drivers who drive off as soon as they drop you off. Being left there standing and waiting on someone to come and open up the door and this is not cool.
