PML-MY-BOS: They made up a debt on me to try and collect currently talking to a lawyer about a lawsuit for the illegal actions they take. Things look pretty good on my end will post update when available.

Cindy and Garret have been amazing with everything from helping me understand the payment statements by sitting down with me and going over everything step by step to helping me set up my account on their website and everything in between. They have our business for life! We may just be a small company but they treat us like we’re the most important account they have with every interaction between us. Highly recommend this company!

They can't eve nice enough to prove details why they billed to their customers.When I received an invoice from them without showing why they billed to us on the invoice. It just shows the amount and the dates. I called this company. They transferred my call to the managing partner Garret Angelo. But he started to yelled at me: "You are small business. We won't keep track with you as we have much bigger customers. We didn't make any profits from you. " Then he sent a nasty email to my company.Garret Angelo said in his linkedin profile: Be honest, help people, solve problems.But he can't even be nice and tell me why he billed to my company. Instead, he is very nasty to me and sent nasty email to my company. He didn't help me anything as his customer for years. Instead, he caused bigger problem.Did Garret understand either he or his company won't pay any bills they received unless they know why they are billed? This is so nasty. I wish you find some peace late at night when no one talks to you anymore. It’s Friday. Is it necessary to ruin the weekends? You are the collection company, if you want people to pay you to make profits, you need to be nicer. I am very nice to you and try to call you to find out why you billed us. Most people will just throw your bills in the trash. Don’t even bother to call you. Guess what, I will never talk to you or your company again since you are so nasty to me.

I had a $140 bill which was settled and forgiven by the vendor....J J Marshall turned it into a disgraceful $250+ situation on my credit report even after the original bill was settled and forgiven from original vendor.... J J Marshall hounded me even after the original settlement....

Shae Blake: Violated FDCPA by not reading Mini Miranda on an outbound call made to me. Called back to ask for the collections to be removed and the manager rudely handled the call and when I asked to confirm my account was noted with my complaint he wouldn’t confirm. Bad place of business and I will be following up to make sure it is removed within 30 days for their violation.

Besides, this bill had already been paid months ago. And they wonder why people don’t show them respect! My client demands! What a joke!

D.L. Tarrant: This company wouldn’t take a settlement!!! So guess what...instead of getting “something” I waited 5 years and they got NOTHING.My advice....DO NOT pay JJ Marshall.Concentrate on getting the rest of your credit together and leave JJ Marshall on your report until after 7 years by LAW they have to take it off. You’ll be ok. I now have an 804 credit score.

When I responded that it was Wayne County, he said no, we are all set, and hung up on me. Not very professional. It's fine to turn down business you don't want, but I'd expect more professionalism out of such a company. This employee definitely needs some customer service training.
