B P: Tahanie was easy to work with and professional. The designs turned out great. There was a delay that was a bit of a hiccup. The owner removed part of the images on our storefront and left our business like that for over 3 weeks, which was very unprofessional to leave a storefront in a manner of such. I am quite sure he would not have left his own store in such a way. Luis made excuses pointing to his installers which was not great business. He then badgered myself and staff for invoice payment the next day until paid in full (13 days after complete install) The signs and graphics when finally installed look very nice.LUIS per your reply, I AM corporate. AND I had to submit the review for APPROVAL to ACCOUNTING due to changes in invoicing. It took them longer to pay because of the reviews that had to be done. YOU did NOT contact anyone at corporate. I am corporate contact. Stop being a deceptive business owner. You should know better. And I have emails I can screen shot and add to this review, including the blaming emails on your installers etc... I am pretty sure you don't want that. RELAX. you are paid in full, and best know I will not return or recommend your business. But I wish you the best!

Ever Mendoza: Had a decal for my truck that I wanted replaced on the tailgate. Was very impressed with the quality of the decal and design. Even more impressive was the customer service and attention to detail from ther team. The old decal had severe adhesive residue left on the tailgate when they removed it, and they spent more hours than anticipated just trying to remove the old residue, to make sure they provided a quality job to my expectations. They did not charge me for those hours which shows their high level of commitment to customer satisfaction and quality work. Very happy with the work and would recomend them to anyone looking for decals on their vehicles or any other application!

Wild Bins: Instead of a review I am going to write a direct message to anyone looking for signage. If you are looking for any type of signage this is the only company that you should use. Not to knock anyone else's business but from my experience you will be taking a big chance with anyone else. I have had over 50 signs installed for various businesses. I made a mistake once listening to a partner of mine and getting signs done for cheaper. It was a huge loss and regret. They looked nice from the outside but didn't last 3 months before leds or God knows what started failing. Poor installation, etc. If you are looking for the cheapest sign and install, ProSigns, is not the place for you. ProSigns uses only the best tools, materials and fabrication process. Come visit the store at night and compare my sign with every other sign in the plaza. You will notice that all of the other signs have gray areas in the channel letters or letters completely out etc. Pro Signs takes so much pride in their business. Border View Lodge: Took almost 3 months to get a simple sign. Called many, many times and got the run around every time. Showed up damaged in a box you could fit 10 of them in and had barely any packing material. Shop somewhere else for what you need.

Jason Dunham: Good place to deliver, however, they are very strict about not allowing truck drivers to use their bathroom, I was able to use it, but I learned about the Asian Squat Toilet in the process, and now I understand why the hassle. An easy solution is to provide a "Porta-John" toilet outside the building for truck drivers to use. It is not very much to ask, and would go along way making it a better place to deliver to.

CM: Absolutely worst experience ever dealing with this company. Spent close to $30k on 2 Samsung Menu Boards (through our chemical company). Sent back multiple times. First ones looked used and no security doors as ordered, then they sent the exact same “used” TV’s back to us after having touched them up with paint (still no security doors!), then finally they sent them back to us with screw on covers (with white flanges on black TV’s!!!) which are NOT doors and not per the drawings. What are my staff supposed to do? lift and bolt on steel plates every night??! We give up! You lose our future business (how short-sighted of you!) Hopefully others can learn from our experience. Next time I buy from Sonny’s as they have same menu boards. Zero stars TSS!!!!!
