Robin DeHayes: I was doing some very serious shopping. Was purchasing 2 bedding sets, 1 purse, 1 tote bag, earrings, 1 dress, 1 mirror 5 ceramic candle sticks, kitchen towels and some rugs. I made my way to the restroom and did my business. Unfortunately there was NO toilet paper in any of the stalls. I ended up using a kleenex from my purse. I found 2 employees and asked them for toilet paper and they gave me bacterial furniture wipes. Then i talked to the manager who was very condescending and when i questioned him he acted like it was bo big deal. How is this man a manager? Hopefully he found some or went to the store to purchase some!!So basically he threw away a 300.00 sale!!!I doubt i will ever return to your store! Your loss!Robin DeHayes

Mark Jackson: When the fitting room had no attendant for ten minutes I went looking with six items I wanted to try on. Approached two female employees asking for the fitting room attendant who couldn’t help. Finally one pointed to a large male at front of store. I went to him and asked to try on my selections. His attitude was that I was clearly putting him out but he walked to the back but as we approached he informs me it is the attendants lunch time and I would have to wait further. I said no I have no more time and was I forEd I needed to restock the items or wait! I again said no these are yours to keep and gently tossed the selections to his open arms. He started screaming I threw them at him and loudly orders me to “leave or be trespassed” .I turned and was walking to the door when he yells for another male to throw me out because I threw clothes at him! So the second male starts loudly ordering me out too. I was already on my way to the door. No problem I will never darken their door again.

Jubair Ahmed: Used to work here a few yrs ago, got paid less than the newer coworkers, I got paid $10.47 while they made $11, Bobby wouldn’t reduce my hours even though I was a high schooler, so I was working 9hr shifts as the greeter. Bertha the supervisor wasn’t any better had me do things that wasn’t in my job description. It was a whole mess, quit after 2 weeks n lots of people quit after me. Don’t work here if u value urself!! Bobby told me I just want a chill job and that I’ll never get an easier job, well he is dead wrong.

Sales Emails: I checked the Google listing prior to going to the store to see if it was open. When I arrived a sign was on the door that they were closed. Update your Google listing so people don’t waste their time and gas trying to stop at your store.
Tina Tierney: This is another great Marshalls store at Twelve Mile and Van Dyke in Warren. It's worth driving a little out of your way for. I live by the Lakeside location but I stop and shop at this one when I am in the area
Chris McDonald: Fully stocked and organized. Light shopping traffic inside the store when I went today around noon.My only complaint was that there were only 2 cashiers working. Thus, it took over 15mns to check out.

Stephanie: The lines! The lines! So many lines of people waiting at the register but still worth every minute to shop in this bee hive of a store! Many on here complain about lack of organization, or store cleanliness however this is a VERY busy location with plenty of foot traffic. It's honestly like a busy garage sale and worth venturing to! They have great clothes and home goods. With kids stuff, I'd say they could do better with boys clothing (there is less selection than with baby girl clothing and merchandise).The sales associates are concerned about theft so they do tend to follow customers at times however this store clearly has a problem with theft, especially in the cosmetics area. I'd say they do a good job considering.So if you are shopping here it's a definite treasure hunt you'll appreciate!

Philip Bond (Mr Phil): I haven't been to this Marshalls in awhile. I am a fan of Marshals and the clothes they represent in their stock. I was there to find a couple of pairs of pants I needed for job interviews, I found two at great prices, also found a secret surprise. I was there looking through housewares and found a 72 pack of Starbucks Keurig pods for a very good price. I will definitely be going back to this Marshalls again,in fact I need to buy some pants and shirts. The store was neat and clean and organized, if you need to find something this is the Marshalls go to

Toya Craig: First, I would like to say the store is very clean and you can find all sizes I do understand that there is a return policy, and we all have rules to follow, but I do think some of the management needs to learn how to treat customers and not just be biased to one race and I hate to use the word race because we are living in a different time but I guess not. I had a bad experience about two weeks ago and yes this is 2023 and this is the month of April and I had it in the month of April with a manager very rude very disrespectful treated me as if I was coming in as a thief came in with a receipt and I like I said I do understand there is a return policy had a very very bad experience with them . I think sometimes we need to be reminded of why we got the position and sometimes we need to go back to the basics, which is how to treat people and I know that some days we have good days and bad days, but never should’ve been taken out on a customer , now other staff members were very very very great. I will not discredit everybody but the management steel needs to be in pool not all of them, but some of them do need to be important, and being reminded of why they got promoted into that position.

Please be careful with using Klarna to pay for your merchandise, I recently did this, took 2 items back same day delivered , I think all is resolved , I guess they have some policy where you only get in store credit , well I didn't know this , I misplace my return receipt and now I'm out of $50.!! Plus no fitting rooms open to try on clothes to make sure items fit. Consumers beware do not misplace receipts until everything is resolved , never ever will I give my money to rainbow!!!

Chrissy Timpikin: This new location won’t last long (Hoover and 11 mile). The store manager and other employees are terrible and extremely rude. You won’t ever be greeted or asked if you need any assistance. The security guard follows women around as if everyone is a thief. These women are very messy and they exhibit the average behavior you would expect from people who are unhappy with the job and wages, but they truly can’t earn more. The two times I’ve been here I’ve witnessed them talk about customers in the dressing room or others who have left the store. Don’t you realize these people help you get a check?? Rainbow corporate needs to retrain their staff on proper customer service an not having “personal” conversations on the floor. I won’t spend another dime here. I’m sure it will close in a year or two. Visit Oakland Mall where the staff is a little more professional.

Kit Kat: Worst children's store I have ever been to!!! I recommend going to a different store for baby clothes somewhere that's more friendly so it doesn't ruin your shopping experience!!! The lady working there (theresa) was very rude and irritating and I found out I can get the same exact clothes they have there cheaper at Kohl's and even Meijer and at least other stores have buggy's to put a car seat in so I don't have to lug out the stroller in the snow. I can't believe a baby store doesn't have buggy's.Today I am adding to my post I decided to give this store one more try the store was a mess and the guy working there was very rude as well if you are not happy working there and want to show other customers you have an attitude work somewhere else.

I didn't update my Carters Profile Account for them to contact me.Tim and Bree are fantastic and patient workers. I appreciate all the help that they have been with my package going all the way to WA.Tim gave me a lot of needed information which helped tremendously. Bree helped me this morning with my tracking # and the details of the package. I am satisfied.The store is clean, quite organized, tim is on top of his customer service game. I like the fact that I was present for an altercation. Tim and the other woman working along side took well care of the frustrated customer and did everything in their power to help her.I rarely leave 5 stars for my reviews.Keep up the good work you guys!

The manager (old blonde haired lady) is the most miserable person I have ever met and I cannot believe she still has a job after her rude and inexcusable behavior time and time again. She even messed up my online order, and when I went in to get it fixed did nothing to fix the situation even though she sent me two of the exact same product because she was too busy interrupting me and being rude to do her job correctly. Someone that rude and miserable should not be around children, it's obvious by how she looks and treats kids that she can't stand them. Just awaiting the day that the doors to this location will be closed because Carter's turns a blind eye to what is happening in this store.
